My Lord and God, I pray for the protection of innocent civilians from the terrorists' attacks within our shores. I ask for You to empower the authorities to intercept and capture sleeper cells within our country. Use Heavenly Might to stop them from carrying out their plots of destruction and prevent them from harming people. Move with resolve through these conflicts and restore safety in our neighborhoods, streets, and homes. And Lord, do anything in Your Power to stop this war with Iran. And protect our ally, Ysrael! Lord of all, pursuade those currently opposed to the purposes of this bill. Pressure them through their constituents. Expose their evil agendas where they exist. Bend the minds and hearts and consciences of those opposed. Bring the appropriate shame and conviction upon them. Father God, as I read of the events in the news I am often overwhelmed. I remind myself that You, Father, are bigger and mightier than anything else. In this realization I ground my thinking and begin to praise You. The hardship and evil is real. The evil enemy of mankind is overcome, to You be the glory.
