From ABC News. New Mexico election officials violated public disclosure provisions of the National Voter Registration Act by refusing to provide voter rolls to a conservative group and its public online database, a federal judge has ruled.

The opinion and order Friday from Albuquerque-based U.S. District Court Judge James Browning mostly sided with the Voter Reference Foundation and its efforts to expand a free database of registered voters so that groups and individuals can take it upon themselves to try to find potential irregularities or fraud. …
New Mexico election law bans the publication of voter registration data. It restricts the use of the data to political campaigning and noncommercial government purposes. But Browning ruled that system “severely burdens the circulation of voter data among the public” and violates federal disclosure requirements.
“The data sharing ban largely deprives individuals and entities of the ability to engage with disclosed records in such a way that facilitates identification of voter registration-related irregularities,” Browning wrote.
His ruling builds on a federal appeals court ruling in February that Maine must release its voter list to another conservative-backed group, the Public Interest Legal Foundation, that’s conducting independent audits by comparing voter rolls in one state against those in another. …
The New Mexico secretary of state’s office will appeal the order, said agency spokesman Alex Curtas.
Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, a Democrat, “will continue to do everything in her power to advocate for the protection of voters’ personal information and ultimately encourage voter participation,” Curtas said in an email. …

Almighty Father and Savior knows the truth and I pray that all officials would be also feel free to release all documents that would prove that all the votes are made by law abiding citizens. Everyone who desires the truth should have nothing to hide.

Secretary of State Maggie’s claim she is protecting the personal information of voters is laughable. It is more likely the demon-rats don’t want their election stealing scheme exposed. God shed Your light on them and expose the truth for everyone to see.
I think that Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver should follow Federal law and release the rolls as many other states have done.
Here in Michigan, there is an effort to handcount ballots to bypass the tabulator, shown to be corruptible. Lord, I ask you to open people’s eyes in my area to step up to be trained to handcount so that we are prepared to fill that position when needed. Also help us to make right connections to meet the people you have prepared for this work. In Jesus’ name! I also ask for the other problematic components of the process to be worked around according to law, in Jesus’ name.
I am sure a lot of cheating will be used in the next election in November. I have watched it for many years.
Rumor has it that people move and their names are not removed from their former state and sometimes these homeowners vote in both states. Or someone who knows they moved and also knew their name just goes and votes using their name as well as voting in another district under their own name etc. All sorts of things go on when “Power” is at stake. Also the people who check only need to hear the name and then they read off the address and the person just needs to say “yes” with no verification and they get to vote. So any Realtor (just an off the cuff idea) could go and vote in various districts (I have no proof). I am not giving people ideas on how to cheat here. So yes, having the lists would be helpful to stop fraud. An Easier way would be to have to prove that you are who you say you are with an ID.
There has been so much corruption when it comes to our elections. We need God To watch over the elections to make sure that everything is done correctly and fairly. Only God can make this happen because there’s too much evil in our country and too many people that just want power and will do anything to get it.
Father, thank You for working all things for the good of those who are called according to Your purposes. I also ask for fair and righteous elections this year in America and the world. Talk to Your children on who to vote for, make it clear. Your sheep hear Your Voice, Good Shepherd. May your Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. In Jesus Name that’s above all names. Amen.
Praise God for this ruling. I pray that this is but a beginning of our states needing to do what is right regatding elections, and eliminating election fraud in our nation. Thank you, Jesus.
The fact that this judge is willing to acknowledge this, in the below excerpt-, is a great stride forward in the effort prayerfully to dislodge the gridlock of evil and Distortion and thinking of courts in America.. especially in these blue States that have sold out -, and I rejoice that this thought was even forwarded and this effort was made by judge Browning.
Lord I pray you would make sure that this effort by Judge Browning is cemented into law-, and that common sense and Godliness would be returned to the dialogue and to jurisprudence in New Mexico-, and the lawmaking bodies there would return to the path of righteousness and abandon the narcotic and addictive effect of being manipulated by globalist world powers-, and our freedoms in New Mexico and every state in the United States would be returned-, our personal freedom and our health sovereignty… Our voting privilege being protected..which without protection-, is another step in dismantling our rights..let citizens rights to inspect voter rolls be protected, upheld..and no longer infringed upon. I believe that is an excellent idea to open the polls and publicly allow citizens to see who actually especially those parties, democrats, republicans, liberals, etc.
I believe since we are required to show drivers licenses or state issued id cards to vote that there should be a database that is shared at the state levels by government section overseen by both political parties to keep people from voting in two or more different states. That once an ID is scanned in one place, it is taken out of commission from being able to be scanned at another place.
It poses a danger, though too, because we do not do a good job in America of securing data sites and blocking access to hackers since even hospitals are nearly shut down with information being stolen. Jesus please help.
You’re fortunate that you have to show ID to vote. Here in New Mexico, anything goes under our corrupt Democrat-led government. Just give your name and address and sign a form (although they don’t ever confirm signatures) and you’re given a ballot.
