Four pro-lifers now face prison time and hefty fines following convictions on Tuesday.
From The Daily Wire. Four pro-life Christians were convicted on Tuesday of FACE Act violations after they were charged by the Biden administration over a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility.

The four found guilty are Eva Edl, Eva Zastrow, James Zastrow, and Paul Place. They face a year in prison and thousands of dollars in fines upon sentencing. They are currently sent to be sentenced on July 30.
The decision came after a one day bench trial, meaning that the defendants’ fate was in the hands of Middle District of Tennessee Magistrate Judge Chip Frensly. …
The judge deliberated for less than half an hour. Immediately after the convictions, the defendants and their families went outside the courthouse to sing and pray.

Photos were displayed at the trial showing the four sitting in front of the door to Carafem, but their lawyers argued that the DOJ never proved they had actually blocked anyone from entering or actually inhibited the activities of the staff of the facility.
Testimony was heard from a former worker at Carafem, a Mt. Juliet police officer who processed the pro-lifers arrested on March 5, a woman who had an appointment at the facility the morning of the trial, and Caroline Davis who was one of those arrested at the protest before taking a plea deal and agreed to testify for the government. …

Lord, this is time that believers have to be bold on our stand for life. I pray that the person who turned against the other people praying in front of the clinic repents she cowered under pressure.
Now we are faced with standing with God’s truth or with the world. I chose God and his ways.
Yes. Jesus warned that believers would betray one another. Pray for the woman who folded under pressure that she will repent and become a Peter. The Lord differentiates between honest fear, which can be overcome, and a Judas spirit. None of us can judge the heart…that will be done, in the end, by the Lord and many of us will need to make the choice to stand with Him and our brothers and sisters or betray Him and them. Pray for strength and if the wrong choice is made under pressure, for true repentance which will lead to victory. Those who remain as betrayers will eventually come to hate the Lord and our former family. Do we must all pray for His strength.
It is very hard not to be angry. When protestors are able to destroy property, hurt police and take over city blocks.
People who aren’t being violent, end up going to prison. We live in enemy controlled country, this is not our home.
So will this case go to the Supreme Court?

Since the antichrist is the “man of lawlessness” it is only natural to see that same lawlessness expressed in institutions that were formerly dedicated to maintaining law in the this nation. A nation that “legalizes” the murder of one’s own child is not going to be overly concerned with upholding the right of peaceful protest. A federal law enforcement agency that sends a swat team to a family home just to send a message is engaging in black comedy, not law enforcement. Our national institutions have been ripped to shreds and we live now in a twilight world of satanically-induced insanity. Murder is a “right”. Unnatural sex is also a “right” and will soon come to include protection for sex with children and eventually, with animals. Gender has suddenly become “fluid” and the same will soon apply to species. In other words, the West has reached the point of clinical insanity where science is ignored, Godly natural boundaries are crossed and a civilization finds itself on the verge of collapse. This is the end result of post-modernism and the declaration that Truth does
not exist. Chaos will soon lead to totalitarianism and citizens will bitterly recall what it was to be free. Look to North Korea to see the antichrist future in a godless world. It will be an extremely harsh wake-up call for those who will not “call upon the Name of the Lord”. The world will soon see that the Christians right all along.
Judgment of God is going to fall on people that are doing Satan’s bid because the word says He will! Judge them! Father God may they see the truth before that happens and may their hearts be softened and opened up to Jesus!
Were they on the facility’s property? I have peacefully protested in many cities but we never stepped foot on private property. We stayed on the sidewalk and prayed & sang.
I am praying for mercy and for justice from the Lord God regardless of the circumstances
Helen – Thank you for your response and for sharing your lawful method for participating in peaceful protests. According to this article, they were not only on the facility’s property, they were blocking the facility’s entrance. The FACE Act of 1994 states that protesters can’t do that.

Lord, convict the one pro-lifer who turned state’s evidence to speak only truth and not be manipulated and threatened by the government. Reveal the hypocrisy of this Act which criminalized free speech and protest rather than killing babies in the womb. Protect all life, and protect those who speak for life. Amen
She probably did speak the truth. And some people still believe that trespass is not a great look for Christians. This was not a lawful protest.
It is sad that we have a president who claims to be a practicing Catholic weaponizing his administration to charge protesters of abortion. I regularly pray for him and his supporters. God will act in His time.
Dear Heavenly Father we pray your will over this and all situations. Please help these defendants win appeals and stop the Left from being able to use ludicrous laws against your people if that is your will. Father, you know we had rioting protests that destroyed property and injured/killed people all over America the last several years and police and government agencies turned their heads and did not prosecute anyone. Yet they are willing to throw these four people who were sitting in protest against MURDERING innocent babies into jail and fine them as well. Woe unto those that call evil good and good evil, that put darkness for light and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. (Isaiah 5:20) Have your way Lord. I pray that even if they are truly incarcerated that they will be strong and like Paul and Silas they will use their time in jail to witness about and for you and that you will bless them greatly. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray. Amen
