From The Daily Wire: NBC Sports reporter Michele Tafoya revealed in an interview this week that the reason she left the leftist news organization was because she wanted to fight for American values by advocating for middle of the road ideas and pushing back against far-left wokeness in schools.
“It’s been on my mind for quite a while,” Tafoya told Fox News host Tucker Carlson. “I’ve been waking up every day with a palpable pull at my gut. That my side, my view, my middle ground, kind of moderate viewpoint is not being represented to the rest of the world, I didn’t feel. And so, rather than, you know, just banging it out on Twitter or Instagram every day, I thought, I’ve got to do something. I have benefited greatly from the American dream. And I feel like for the sake of my kids, and because I so love this country, I’ve got to start giving back…”
“I’m just astonished that we’re so looking in the rearview mirror and not absorbing the progress that we’ve made in this country and building on it and recognizing it,” Tafoya told Carlson. “And it breaks my heart, that my kids are being taught that skin color matters. And to me, if you want white people to step up, I was stepping up when I addressed the school and said, why are we having these picnics for families of color? Why are we separating our kids? The world is integrated; let’s continue that and have everyone find out what we all have in common, not just what we have in common with people who look like us.”

I pray for the reporters and parents and even teachers and children to have a Holy Boldness in fighting Critical Race Theory with the Truth. May we stand and speak out on all occasions where this topic needs to be heard. May our nation be healed and strengthened by the Truth through Jesus, who is our Truth, Life and Way. Let us continue in prayer and sharing both in public and in private, the love and truth of Christ.

Good she quit but she’s not going far enough. Supporting all that our founding Fathers intended and instituted is the only way to go. Not just the road of “compromise” which is just a more gradual road to socialism!

I pray that Michele’s courageous action will inspire a mass exodus of other reporters from the leftist media. I’m sure there is a multitude of others who have just been waiting for someone to start the parade.

So inspired and encouraged by listening to this interview and learning what Michele Tafoya has done – quitting her job, speaking at her children’s school – she is standing up and speaking out for what is right. As she mentioned in her interview, so many are afraid to do this now, because of the repercussions – speech isn’t really free right now and if our speech isn’t free then our country cannot continue to be free. Michele is a perfect example of “the power of one” post on http://www.mtothe5th.wordpress.com; hopefully others will be inspired to follow her lead in not remaining silent while our children are being taught the opposite of what MLK preached, that it’s our character that matters, not the color of our skin. We are all God’s children, created in His image.

Thank you all for all of your fervent effectual prayers, they have availed much in my and my husband’s lives in our total healing from covid! Your prayers and partaking of communion daily has wrought another miraculous healing in my body. Two Wednesdays ago, I was covered with burning hives head to foot for the 11th week! The devil tried his best to kill me that night but Jesus had other plans for my life! Glory to His name greater than any name here on and under the Earth and any in the heavenly places. My husband was at the hospital having his Ramicade infusion, an all day procedure. All of a sudden hives attacked my throat, I couldn’t swallow and I was suffocating and could not breathe. I told Jesus if He wanted to take me home to Heaven that way, I was more than ready and willing to go with Him, but asked Him to let me prepare hubby first. So He strengthened me enough to find our advanced directives that instruct the EMTs not to resuscitate me ! Then I wrote down the phone number to contact the NH Cremation Society and I told him they would come and pick up my body. Then bless everyone with my personal belongings in Jesus’name. And I thanked him for being such a kind and loving husband for these eight years. Then I crawled back into bed, turned off the light and waited to fall asleep and wake up in Jesus’ loving arms. The minute I turned off the light , my husband came through the door and came into our bedroom,turned on the light and told me I looked like death warmed over. He said he was going to make some sage tea to drink and water with electrolytes because I was extremely dehydrated. Then he went to do the dishes and pray. Soon came back into the room and informed me that he didn’t plan on going up in the Rapture to meet Jesus face to face in those clouds of glory, we are going up together, so we will have no more talk about DNRs or death in our home again. Well, 2 hours later I could not only breathe freely but I was able to eat a healthy supper and the rest is His-;story of glory! Hallelujah ❣️ I guess God isn’t ready for me yet and He still has me here for His reasons and purposes! May Holy Spirit help to forever do Him proud and keep the enemy of all of our souls,under my feet, dancing the holy dance on his head! Amen , giving glory, honor,and fame to Jesus, our Lord, Savior, Healer, Protected, Provider, Friend and One True Lover of our souls who saves, keeps, restores and make us all whole🙏❣️
All of us human beings are here to live wisely to the best of our ability. That is our destiny. We are not here to be fools. But the left, unfortunately, plays the fool and says your destiny is determined by your skin color, not your commitment to wise living. In my humble opinion, those who love wisdom are the winners; those who love foolishness are the losers.
I am happy that she is standing up for conservative values, that she will be helping promote a conservative candidate for Governor, so needed here in Minnesota! But Father I pray You open her eyes to know the truth regarding the sanctity of life. As she said in a local interview, she is pro choice. Father I ask you bring truth to her life to know that all children are wanted and deserving of life.

I know what it’s like to be judged cruelly because of my little person stature and for way too long I let it make me feel self conscious and odd and unaccepted by others. Instead of focusing on my uniqueness and how God made me I let it COLOR my life and how I felt less than and lacking. Especially when others felt a need to point out my odd uniqueness in a demeaning manner. Being ridiculed and treated cruelly is not comfortable at all but if people would stop comparing and measuring by earthly standards and look to Jesus for their value there would be a whole different world to enjoy and grow in. I pray for spiritual healing for all that have ever been harmed or slighted because of their skin color, handicap, stature, economic status, IQ, anything that doesn’t go along with what’s considered normal standards and view themselves through Gods eyes. Praise Jesus for the healing only He can give to anyone and everyone that ask. May everyone who has issues with self esteem call on Jesus to show them how beautiful and wonderfully made they are to Him!

Lord, I ,as well as many others, are tired of hearing all of these positive things happening, yet nothing ever being changed. I pray father that justice will be done. I pray that the truth will come to the light and lies be revealed.. I pray for the media and big tech to repent and change their moral standards to be in alignment with your word. I pray that the far left tactics crumble like the Soviet union did. That was a huge miracle that we never thought possible. So nothing is impossible with you Lord. I think that what that Reporter (Michele) is doing is great! I STAND with her 100%.
