This mom was banned from seeing her daughter over refusing to support her trans identity. We must pray for families in this critical time.
From The Federalist. Jeanette Cooper, a mom in Chicago, has missed her daughter’s 13th, 14th, and 15th birthdays. She doesn’t get to be there as her daughter is learning to drive. In fact, she has only seen Sophia for eight and a half hours in the last three years. That’s because Cooper lost custody of her daughter after refusing to go along with Sophia’s belief that she is transgender.

When Sophia was 12, Cooper went to pick her up from a custodial visit at her father’s house, but her daughter refused to come home. Cooper learned that Sophia, whom the mother said had always come across as more feminine than Cooper, now identified as transgender and felt “unsafe” around her mom.
In a video interview with Kelsey Bolar for the Independent Women’s Forum, Cooper said the court did a seven-month investigation. “When they temporarily kept her with her dad for a period, I was fine with that. I thought that’s what they should do. That’s the responsibility of the court to investigate if a child is saying that they feel unsafe,” Cooper said.
But Cooper wouldn’t lie and say her daughter was not a girl….
According to the article, Cooper signed a new parenting agreement in which she gave up time with Sophia. “I suppose I agreed to it,” Cooper said. “I’m not sure I had any choice….”
“People who are imprisoned have more communication with their child than I do,” Cooper said. “That’s wrong….”

It is extremely unsettling that the Federalists and the Author are using a literal CHILD and twisting the narrative for political gains. From this very limited one-sided narrative, the child is 13 and therefore of age to choose which parent she wishes to live with. The child said that she didn’t feel safe with her mother who apparently couldn’t just support and love her child no matter what and refused to affirm the child’s identity. Children are not pets parents own. They are individuals, they have their own minds and the job of a parents is to support, love, provide, and nature them and model good behaviors. Its not to control them and badger them into adopting the parents beliefs.
I will keep her in my thoughts and I pray that the mother swallows her pride and learn to love her child fully no matter what.
Same thing happened to me, so I fasted and prayed for 2 weeks eating nothing but bread and drinking juice coffee and water and Bam after 2 years and filing 2 contempts of court I saw my child for the first time in 2 years. This is a spirit against families. We need to fast for this mom and daughter. God bless you!

Father God, I pray that pastors and pastoral leaders are bold to proclaim that harm that is being caused by the transgender agenda. Church leaders need to protect their flocks by openly proclaiming that this against the teaching in the bible. God knew us before we were formed in the womb.
Lord, we need you now in Jesus’ name. I pray.
Father, we ask for your mercy. Continue to arouse your church to pray and repent that we might experience your deliverance. We praise your name.
