After his arrest, his imprisonment, and a long legal battle, Pastor Artur Pawlowski has emerged victorious. This is an answered prayer!
From Christian Post. A Canadian court has ruled in favor of a pastor who gained international notoriety for his steadfast objection to coronavirus restrictions and sought to have a lower court ruling holding him in contempt of court dismissed.

Sarah Miller, the lawyer for Pastor Artur Pawlowski of Street Church and the Cave of Adullam in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, announced in a tweet Friday that the Alberta Court of Appeal issued the outspoken pastor a “slam dunk win.”
“The Court of Appeal made a unanimous, sound decision and overturned the finding of contempt against my client,” Miller wrote.
The unanimous ruling from the three-judge panel vacated a lower court decision holding Pawlowski and his brother, Dawid, in contempt of court for holding an illegal public gathering in violation of Alberta’s provincial restrictions on large gatherings imposed during the coronavirus pandemic. The ruling ordered Alberta Health Services to pay Pawlowski and his brother Dawid $15,733.59.
“The finding of contempt and the sanction order are set aside,” the decision declared. “The fines that have been paid to them are to be reimbursed.”
Pawlowski regarded the ruling as a welcome development in an interview with Rebel News.
“I was speechless,” he recalled. “When I learned that this was a total vindication, I stopped talking.”
After lamenting that he had “lost hope in [the] justice system,” Pawlowski expressed gratitude that, “Finally, something positive, something good is happening.” He praised the ruling as “great news, not just for us….”
When asked if he would change his behavior if he had to do it all over again, Pawlowski responded in the negative.
“Every single thing I did, I did it from the heart,” he said.
Pawlowski indicated a desire that government officials would see the court decision as an order to “let us live our lives free” and “respect our fundamentally guaranteed rights….”
“Leave the pastors alone, leave the clergymen alone, leave the Christians alone. This country was built on Judeo-Christian values, the supremacy of God and the rule of law,” he said. “We’re not criminals. Those that did that to us are the criminals. And I hope one day, we will be able to go after the real villains and charge them for the crimes that they have committed….”

Praise the Lord for His great justice, intervention and mercy. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Praise God for this godly righteous Pastor Artur Pawlowski as he walked the walk and talked the talk standing against ungodly actions and laws contrary to our Rights and Freedoms in Canada. The enormous crime he and his brother Dawid committed was feeding people that where homeless as well as holding a church service and speaking .
Praise God that major power brokers as well as oversteps of control by governmental leaders have been exposed for all to witness. Great changes are in motion right now in the Province of Alberta, Canada. New leadership is being chosen as this is being written. Nothing escapes our ever present God as His justice is already going forward.

Keeping the faith and praying for justice .
PRAISE GOD and thank the judge who made a righteous decision(s) to completely free Pastor Pawlawski. He did nothing wrong. He has been obedient to Jesus Christ and preaches The Gospel and helps the homeless and poor and helps widows and orphans. The tyranny of what has been known to be free countries during this “plandemic” has been horrible – removing all freedom for each one to decide whether to get a potentially very harmful shot, (which does NOT prevent people from getting covid). It has been a TERRIBLE 2 and 1/2 years. I praise God SO MUCH for setting Pastor Pawlawski free!!!! I am a serious, committed Christian and I and so many of my friends have prayed much for Pastor Artur Pawlawski and other pastors. Our own pastor has been persecuted and falsely accused, (Pastor Mike McClure). The Gospel has gone forth. Thank The Lord!!!

This is awesome and a great victory for the church, but I would just like to know the Court’s actual reasoning, did they overturn this because they found that particular law or mandate at the time to be unlawful? If that is the case, then I would believe all the other arrests and fines were also overturned, correct? Does anyone know the answers to this? ty
Well, whatever the underlying circumstances or Pathways of either righteousness or deceit.. the important thing here is this is a very substantial and even pivotal victory.. and this is a point where we must regather our strength and muster again our fortitude in our spirituality-, and press forward even harder..
yes, I agree that is really important to know, because if the “law” which was probably an “emergency mandate” was found to be illegal in the first place, it would be unenforceable and unjust and no one should have been arrested or criminalized for not following a mandate issued by unelected “experts” or bureaucrats or people on boards – these things were never voted into law – just people in positions of unelected power forcing their will upon fellow citizens – we do not want this to happen again – especially if it was illegal and unjust the first time around – no reason to repeat the loss of freedoms we all suffered under the guise of our governments knowing best and protecting us, making decisions for us that are ours alone to make for ourselves. This decision sends a message of hope and encouragement that there are still those individuals out there brave enough to do what is right. I personally heard Pastor preach at my church some months back. He had video showing the unfair way he and his brother had been treated. I went to praying and asking the Lord to help him in any way he needed..I am praising God right now for this victory. I sense in my spirit that we, here in America are going to see more of this in the days to come..The church needs to rise up and take back what the enemy has stolen. I’m standing on the scripture 2 Chronicles 7:14..If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways then will I hear from heaven and will heal their land. I praise God for doing what He does best. He wasPastor Pawlowski refuge and safety; He is our God that we place our Faith in there is no other God. When we place our Faith and completely trust Him his faithful promises are our armor and protection. When I saw him being drugged on that highway I prayed. Pastor Powlowski to have the strength to stand strong. His power from God and Gods words in Psalms 91- v 14 says: I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. There were hundreds that went before God to deliver prayer for the Pastor and his family. My heart is full for this family and how it stood for God. I have been reading Gods words in Psalms 91 very faithfully it gives me strength and desire to live in the shelter of The Most High our Abba Father. Be blessed.

Just because he (and I, and most everyone) was against the lockdowns, that didn’t give him the right to call the police vile names and to continually screech like Hitler. He is a provocateur who wanted international attention for HIMSELF. He didn’t do this for God, he did all of this for himself. He will now have to think of something else to do in order to rile up the police so that his international tour of “Saint Provocateur” can continue.
He was in his church preaching the gospel and health officials came in trying to shut him down. They called police that pulled him out of his meeting, put him on the ground and handcuffed him and took him to jail. He came from a communist country and the canadian health officials and police arrogantly violated his legal civil rights and you call his actions nazism? Why are you on this prayer line? Nothing he said or did was nazi like. Please see documentary about Hitler. His speech was not like nazi’s.
