You’re told that a man kicked a dog. How would you pass judgment on that man? What if you were told he kicked the dog because it was known to be rabid and was running to attack a baby playing in the grass? Would that change your judgment?

On August 12 a Colorado jury judged that Tina Peters was guilty of seven of 10 counts connected to using county employee Gerald Wood’s badge to help Conan Hayes, a cybersecurity expert, to make forensic copies of the election management server (EMS) hard drive.

Those of you who have been following Peters’ story since the FBI invaded her home in 2021 know that the forensic copies Hayes made were before and after a Trusted Build in the Dominion Voting Systems software, required by Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, and they were Peters’ attempt to maintain voting records from the 2020 and 2021 elections, which she was required to do by law.

The two copies showed that 29,000 election logs were deleted during the “Trusted Build.”

In her Declaration to the court, Peters said:

In my opinion, the indictment was politically motivated. It occurred two days after I announced my candidacy for Secretary of State, and only seven days after I delivered my second petition to the Board of County Commissioners, asking them to eliminate computer voting systems.

Then Peters went to court with her hands figuratively tied behind her back. Before the trial began she said:

At the urging of [District Attorney Daniel] Rubinstein, the Judge presiding over my criminal trial will not allow me to present evidence that exposes problems in the voting system, and Griswold’s erasure of election records during the Trusted Build installation. Such evidence would show the jury why, under the law, I was required to make the forensic images. 

On October 3, Judge Matthew Barrett, appointed by Colorado Governor Jared Polis (D), sentenced Peters to nine years in prison. Peters is 69, and since the average woman lives 80.2 years there’s a chance it could be a life sentence for her.

The judge would not allow her to post bond, so she cannot live at home while her case is appealed. He said, “Prison is for those folks where we send people who are a danger to all of us, whether it be by the pen or the sword or the word of the mouth.”

In other words he wanted to remove her freedom of speech.

During the trial Sherronna Bishop testified on behalf of Peters. We covered the story of the FBI breaking down the unlocked door of the Bishop home. That was in 2021, and the FBI still has yet to show a warrant or tell her what she was accused of.

Barrett threatened Bishop by calling her an “unindicted co-conspirator” and warning her before her testimony that she could incriminate herself, and her words could be used against her in a future stater or federal criminal case.

The day after Peters’ sentencing Bishop posted on Instagram:

Tina was their scape goat. They focused on making her look crazy and out of control. The charges are false. The felonies are an over sentencing at best, retaliation for exposing the fraud of the “Gold-standard election machines” at worse.

Tina Peters is a whistleblower. She should have had congressional protection asap. She did not act independently. She communicated with congresswoman Lauren Boebert before the images were made. BOEBERT was updated on all the events that would take place and had a meeting with Conan Hayes after the images were done. She told Clerk Peters, “You get em girl. I have your back!”

Tina Peters is a hero.

Equal Scales of Justice?

Those who accused Peters of wrongdoing have been caught in fraud, irregularities, and/or incompetence. For example:

• Someone on the team of Colorado’s Secretary of State Jena Griswold posted partial election system passwords for 34 of Colorado’s 64 counties online.
• Griswold’s office also sent out 30,000 invitations to non-citizens to register to vote.
• In a clear conflict of interest, other elected officials in the Mesa County election process were simultaneously employees of Dominion or Runbeck Election Services, the election supply company that printed unreadable ballots for Nevada for last month’s election, delivered the wrong sized ballots for Arizona in 2022, and did not provide chain of custody when counting ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, in 2020.

How will appointed judges instruct defense attorneys for any of these criminal activities?

We have one answer: The Libertarian Party of Colorado filed a petition attempting to force counties for which passwords were revealed to hand count ballots on November 5. Denver District Court Judge Kandace Gerdes, appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper (D), rejected the petition.

The Denver district attorney’s office has launched an investigation into how the passwords were posted on Griswold’s site, a crime punishable by 1-3 years in prison.

Courage Is Contagious

Bishop posted footage of Steve Bannon when he was released on October 29 after serving a four-month sentence for refusing to answer a subpoena in the January 6 congressional investigation. In the video he said, “If you’re not prepared to be thrown in prison by this weaponized justice department, then you’re not prepared to stand up and fight for our country.”

Bishop seems to be. She is an election security specialist for The Mom View, a Christian conservative program on Rumble.

On the September 9 episode she said that when her children watched the FBI invade their home it was quite a homeschooling moment. She said they’re learning that “a government that is so big it can give you everything you want can also take everything you have.”

She’s encouraged about the future:

This generation that’s going to come up, that’s watching right now. They’re going to be so powerful. They’re going to be the next greatest generation, because they’re watching the demise of the country that they love right now through the weaponization of bureaucracy.

Pray for Tina Peters and for Equal Scales

Many hope when Donald Trump takes office on January 20 Pam Bondi, his nomination to replace Merrick Garland as U.S. Attorney General, will put an end to the lawfare we’ve witnessed under the Biden administration. Many hope to see political prisoners like Tina Peters, Jan. 6 protestors, and Pro-Life activists freed.

Bishop posted:

A Trump administration for me means:

I’m looking forward to a free America, where individuals can thrive again without fear of abuse and retaliation by government. A nation where justice is blind and evenly distributed. I’m looking forward to reclaiming the land of our forefathers with the sacred reality that God established this nation and He will get the glory and the honor for her salvation.

This is not simply an issue of one person being punished. What is happening to Tina Peters happened to all others who opposed the Biden administration, including President Trump himself. Tina is only one of the most recent examples of someone who became a political prisoner for doing the right thing.

Bret Smith, IFA Colorado State Prayer Leader, has been praying for election integrity in Colorado since at least 2021. He shared this from his prayer journal that year: “We ask you Father, to expose the corruption, invalid votes, and overturn any and all elections that were fraudulent.”

Then in 2022 he journaled, “Cleanse the election process in Colorado, bring forth the evidence of voting fraud (see Mesa County), strike down reverse/invalidate fraudulent ballots, strongholds of corruption.”

He wrote about Peters’ sentencing, “We have been praying that Tina’s suffering be short, and she be strengthened and restored. As said in 1 Peter 5:10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

An anonymous friend of Peters visits her in prison regularly and made the following petition:

Please pray for the appellate judges. Pray they take up her motion for bond quickly and that they are just, which is all we need. Justice will see her home on bond pending the appeal, politics and corruption will see her imprisoned until the appeal is heard… in 1 to 2 years.
