The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.
Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. . . .
Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. The lawsuit says:
Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.

This case presents a question of law: Did the Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? These non-legislative changes to the Defendant States’ election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.
Texas approached the Supreme Court directly because Article III provides that it is the court of first impression on subjects where it has original jurisdiction, such as disputes between two or more states. . . .

God we look to you. After you bring us through we are going to need you more than ever. Holy Spirit thank you for making us aware of our utter dependance on God. May we take joy in that as we move when you say move and stand still when you say be still. We are your’s, we trust in you and find rest (even while working) as we finally realize you are enough.
Let us pray many other states follow Texas’ lead!!! We proclaim, declare and decree that the Supreme Court will uphold true, free, fair, honest, upright, and transparent election procedures that conform to the procedures set forth in the Constitution.

As a resident of Texas, I thank Senator Cruz and any other Texas legislators for initiating this law suit before the Supreme Court of the US. I pray that other states will follow this lead, as it’s not right for a few rogue states to have the say in this fraudulent election. I pray that God will look upon this endeavor favorably.

I live in Georgia.
I saw on the internet that the number of absentee ballots for the State of Georgia rose from about 230,000 in 2018 with a 3.5% rejection rate due to validity of signatures to 1.2 million votes with only a 0.3% rejection rate in the 2020 Presidential election.
I emailed my county state senators and house reps last week asking for a special session to look into the agreement reached in March 2020 between Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the Democratic in the methodology of validating and certifying absentee ballot signatures.
Not one has responded.
The very democracy of our whole country is on the line here. There will be no need to vote in future elections if the outcome can be changed by fraudulent ballots and/or fraudulent voting machines.
Do not be fooled. Christians will not be allowed to live in peace if these results stand.
God’s word says that righteousness and justice are the foundations of God’s throne. I am asking God himself to rend the heavens and come down into this situation for his righteousness and justice to prevail.
So did I and many others. I sent one of the cybersecurity experts’ affidavit to Governor Kemp and several State Reps or Senators along with a letter asking for an investigation. Unfortunately, it seems that either they are in too deep and are being blackmailed or they are simply too weak to stand up to the evil powers that are responsible for this mess. Millions are praying throughout the world. God’s got a strategy and we just need to pray into it and be obedient if he tells us to do something. Believe me, these state officials have received thousands of phone calls, emails, letters. WE are not the problem. It is the forces controlling them that are the problem. Supposedly, the GBI is investigating or is going to investigate, not sure which. Who knows who is crooked there, though? Our deliverer is God himself.
Father God, hope lives. It always lives. Hope never dies. Your word says that you have begotten us unto a LIVING hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Hope lives because you live. For God so loved the world that he sent his Son… God is LOVE. We are more than conquerors in Christ. Hope cannot die because you died and rose again. Help us remember this when it is so dark that we can’t discern if our very own eyes are opened or closed. Father God, please encourage your people to memorize the Word of God, to hide it in their hearts, to do as the Psalmist who said “My heart is stirred by a noble theme as I recite my verses for the King.” Strengthen those who are weak in faith. Convict those who are carnal. Spark a fire in those who are are immature. May they hunger for the meat of the WORD, Lord. In the coming trials, Lord; we need all hands on deck. Thank you, Lord. We know that the “alteration of voting requirements and/or restrictions” was a “target” of the liberal left & key members of the Democratic party during their utilization of the pandemic to “make changes to the 2020 election vote tally”. Now people may not like that I pointed out the Democratic party but there is ZERO room to sugarcoat what has been done. When fraud, theft, deception and willing participation in it has been committed, it is NOT the time to dance around with nice words regarding what happened. We can still be merciful & compassionate but when it comes to willful fraud in order to cheat people on a massive scale….I have determined to stand my ground and seek both truth and justice until everything is uncovered.
They saw this as an opportunity. If you know of anyone that tries to explain it any other way —- don’t buy it for one second. There was NO reason to do this other than to try and create windows of opportunity to cheat and defraud the people of the United States. We are dealing with the enemy Satan working through people and their organizations. It is unlike any battle we have seen in our lifetime on a scale this massive. It’s not only nationwide but as each day passes, we now see facts revealed that it is global fraud.
Lord we pause to thank you for TX filing lawsuits. We pray that other states will file similar lawsuits because this not only affects the states listed but the entire USA. We ask that you would instill the needed courage for others to bring this forth. We boldly ask for Your favor to be on this lawsuit and that it will help to redirect and change our election results. Help those involved reviewing this lawsuit(s) to realize that we cannot go forward in this muddled mess of deception and accept a fair result. Lord, we plead with you to continue to expose the truth of what has happened.
In your holy name we desire the Courts of Heaven to provide Your already determined decisions to be exercised on earth. Thank you Lord God – show us your mercy once again and pour out the spirit of truth regarding this election.

For the hand of God is not too short to set a table in the wilderness of corruption and fraud, calling all to partake of truth and justice.

the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, will be a light to their path and shed light on truth;
the Spirit of Counsel and Might, will guide their work and grant them strength and favor;
the Spirit of Knowledge and fear of the Lord will be poured out that all the peoples of the earth may know the hand of the Lord, that it is mighty, that they may fear the Lord our God forever (Joshua 4:24) and find the knowledge of God (Pv 2:5)to lead them into all truth.
We declare a war cry that this battle shall be won, not by might, not by power but by Your Spirit O Lord.

On this feast day of the Mother of Jesus, the Immaculate Conception, I pray for her intercession to God our Father to move the justices of SCOTUS to expedite the hearing of this rightful lawsuit from the State of Texas. Heavenly Father, allow their hearts and minds to recall the greatness of our country and the intent of our forefathers as they wrote the U.S. Constitution. As your children, we know all authority comes from you. Now, as never before in the history of our nation, we beseech your omnipotent authority to be poured upon this last vestige of Hope to maintain our country’s sovereignty and prevent it from falling into the hands of those who would destroy her and all for which she stands: “one nation under God with liberty and justice for all”. Thank you for the brave patriots Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas; Brent Webster, First Assistant Attorney; General of Texas; and Lawrence Joseph,Special Counsel to the Attorney General of Texas. Protect them with Your divine shield, the blood of Jesus. It’s true how can four rogue states steal all of America’s votes. They make very valid arguments. THIS CASE PRESENTS CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTIONS OF IMMENSE NATIONAL CONSEQUENCE THAT WARRANT THE US SUPREME COURT TO INTERVENE. By their unlawful acts, the Defendant States of States of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and the Pennsylvania have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution. Lawful elections are at the heart of our constitutional democracy. The public, and indeed the candidates themselves, have a compelling interest in ensuring that the selection of a President, any President is legitimate.
Question – Did Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking or allowing non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? If so, the Court should first administratively stay or temporarily restrain the Defendant States from voting in the electoral college until further order of this Court and then issue a preliminary injunction or stay against their doing so until the conclusion of this case on the merits. This Court is the only forum that can delay the deadline for the appointment of presidential electors. To safeguard public legitimacy at this unprecedented moment and restore public trust in the presidential election, this Court should extend the December 14, 2020 deadline for Defendant States’ certification of presidential electors to allow these investigations to be completed.
AMEN! We love you Texas. God bless Texas for their bold move. Father move mightily on behalf of the nation through this lawsuit and the other strategic plans to unmask the devil and destroy his efforts. Jesus is Lord over all. Amen!

Lord we thank you for this move by Texas! Lord as on nation under you we come. We pray you would unite our hearts in the search for truth. We ask you to fill those who are pursuing truth to be filled with your presence, mind and heart as they pursue boldly this hostile enemy of truth.
