Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell’s lawsuit in Georgia hit another roadblock on Monday. A federal judge dropped the case, saying what the lawsuit asks for is too extraordinary. . . .
It argues almost 100,000 votes are illegal in Georgia’s Nov. 3 election, and the results in the state should be overturned.
Powell is representing a group of Republican plaintiffs seeking to invalidate the election results in Georgia.
The suit alleges, citing expert analysis, that at least 96,600 votes were illegally counted during the 2020 general election in the Peach State.
Federal Judge for United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Timothy Batten said Powell’s request to completely reject the election results was the most “extraordinary relief ever sought in any federal court in connection with an election,” and the judge is “unwilling” to overturn the will of millions of Georgia voters.
The judge said there is “no question in my mind” that if he had granted Powell’s case, his decision would have been reversed by the circuit court. . . .
A federal judge in Georgia on Dec. 7 dismissed an election-related lawsuit brought by Powell, arguing that the plaintiffs have no standing to bring the lawsuit, should have filed it with a state court, and brought the suit too late.
Powell said she plans to appeal the judge’s decision. She told The Epoch Times in an email that her legal team “will proceed as fast as possible to the Supreme Court.”
Her team will appeal the dismissal of the election lawsuit tossed by a federal judge on Monday.

Father and Supreme Judge of the universe, I thank You that justice and truth will prevail in America and that the final election results will reflect that justice and truth. Hundreds of thousands of Your church have already petitioned Your court, and we believe You have ruled in our favor. We, therefore, are standing in thanksgiving and praise – watching to see Your swift justice! Hallelujah! Dear Lord, what is this evil power that holds sway over so many? It is nothing compared to you Lord, please smite it. Lord let our journey through their darkness end. Lord, please topple the wicked and raise up the will of the good people of this nation. Lord, the evil that grips our nation is like a cancer in our body. What would you have us do to remove it? Please give us the courage, wisdom, and clarity to see. Please Dear Lord, after getting these two pieces of bad news in quick succession I feel like I have been kicked in the stomach, and I know many may be taking this even worse. Please Lord, please, hear our prayers. Lord as you know the Supreme Court have refused to hear Senator’s appeal in Pennsylvania. Lord please step in. There was a law change in breach of the Constitution. How are we to pray Lord? Our eyes are on you to deliver us.

Another judge who lacks the courage to look for the truth. He is more worried about a favorable decision or ruling being overturned by another court.
Lord – we look throughout our national landscape for judges, rulers and officials who value truth over anything else. Those people are hard to find. Lord, we desire to see your hand even in this decision because we don’t always understand why sometimes “no” is the answer we are given.
Continue to give fortitude, strength, knowledge and great wisdom to Sydney Powell and their team. Direct them down the paths they need to go and show them great favor in their quest to unleash the truth that is covering all the fraud we know has taken place in our nation.

Lord we come in agreement with our sister Susan’s prayer. Lord we have noone but you to help us. Psalm 107- Lord every example in this Psalm you helped them when they turned to you. We your people turn to you on behalf of America and all the souls going to hell in America and around the world. We come on behalf of the unborn. We come on behalf of Israel. We come on behalf of the church in US and around the world. That is our plea Lord. If there has been widespread fraud to bring about a demonic agenda, what next Lord? Please deliver us Lord. And Father, as Intercessor reminded us of the true stakes here, that some are marching toward hell we humbly ask you to be merciful to workers of election and political iniquities. Forgive their sins, and allow the sweet conviction of the Holy Spirit to fall upon them, convicting them of their errors and leading them to confession and repentance, then they shall be blessed!

The Supreme Court refused to take up Senator Kelly’s appeal. I feel as though the enemy is surrounding America. Lord deliver us in this battle. Expose what is going on. In Jesus name. Amen
The SCOTUS will only hear one case on similar matters; let us trust the Lord lead them to take up the TX case as perhaps it has more merit – and we know that it allows direct access to the SC and more states (greater reach) can join the suit. Do not be discouraged – truth is marching on!

Agree with Susan’s comments to your post, Intercessor. I felt discouraged, when I heard the news that they denied the suit from Kelly. I cried to the Lord and said, “How can they get away with this? How can this be happening?” I apologized to the Lord for questioning Him but had to express honestly what I was feeling from my heart. Luckily, God is merciful!!
A few hours later, after a call with Clay Nash prayer line and some clarification…and reading my Twitter threads, Jenna Ellis clarified that they only denied the emergency injunction. The case itself was not denied. PA, through the TX lawsuit will now have to respond basically to similar argument in Kelly’s suit. This gave me much relief and hope it helps you as well.
Lord, You are working mighty ways in all this. We trust You, praise You and give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
