I Prayed have prayed
God, we thank You for this SCOTUS ruling. We pray You would empower the Trump administration as it continues to trim federal spending, but we also pray You would comfort those who have lost their jobs.

On March 13, Alsup, a San Francisco judge appointed by former President Bill Clinton, had ruled on a lawsuit brought by federal employee unions that federal agencies had to rehire more than 16,000 probationary employees fired by the Trump administrationā€™s Office of Personnel Management (OPM). He ordered OPM and the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Energy, Interior, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs to bring back employees immediately. …

The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court for a stay of Alsupā€™s order, which was granted. …

Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented.

ā€œThe full implications of the ruling are not clear given that a federal judge in Maryland earlier this month issued a preliminary injunction that reinstated some of the employees not covered in the case before the Supreme Court,ā€ CNNĀ noted. …

ā€œĀ¶These also are sayings of the wise: To show partiality in judgment is not good. He who says to the wicked, ā€œYou are righteous,ā€ Peoples will curse him, nations will denounce him; But to those [honorable judges] who rebuke the wicked, it will go well with them and they will find delight, And a good blessing will come upon them.ā€

Lord Jesus, I pray for you to make a way for the Trump Administration to do their jobs effectively, without any fear of retaliation from these misguided, inappropriate liberal activist judges. I also ask You, Lord, to provide jobs in the private sector for those people who have lost their jobs as a result of the much-needed job cuts in the federal government. Thank you Jesus.

Heavenly Father,
Continue to move in our government amongst YOUR children with YOUR wisdom, YOUR power, YOUR purpose that the scales will fall off the eyes of unbelievers and YOUR light will shine bright in the wretched darkness.
May our courage be great now and our faith strengthened as we watch YOU working through YOUR united and humble Spirit in our country. May we see evidence of YOUR Truth that Christ is our great intercessor and advocate holding ALL things together as we learn to bring our countryā€™s concerns to YOUR throne, on our knees, fiercer than ever.
Psalm 94:19ā€¦
Turn any and all anxiety among YOUR people into JOYā€¼ļø
With grateful and amazed hearts as we watch YOU work and move in every detail during these dividing times.
In Jesusā€™ name,
Amen
