The Supreme Court issued a major ruling this week allowing the abortion drug mifepristone to continue being prescribed online and shipped by mail while ongoing legal battles continue. The decision marks a significant setback, as expanded access to chemical abortion puts both unborn children and women at greater risk.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday allowed mail orders of the abortion drug mifepristone to continue, handing a major defeat for the pro-life movement while litigation over the pill continues.
In an emergency order, the court temporarily blocked a federal appeals court ruling that struck down a Biden-era policy that allowed the abortion drug mifepristone to be prescribed online and shipped by mail.
The unsigned order provided no legal explanation. Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented.
Justice Samuel Alito sharply criticized the Court’s decision, warning that it undermines the Supreme Court’s landmark Dobbs ruling, which returned abortion policy decisions to the states. Justice Clarence Thomas went even further, describing the current mail distribution system for mifepristone as a “criminal enterprise.”
The legal battle centers on Biden-era FDA policies that expanded access to chemical abortion through telehealth appointments and mail delivery without requiring in-person doctor visits. Louisiana challenged those policies, arguing that the FDA failed to properly study the safety risks associated with remote dispensing of the abortion drug.
Meanwhile, pro-life advocates continue raising concerns about both the physical and emotional dangers tied to chemical abortions performed outside medical settings. According to the report, the FDA itself acknowledged that it had not adequately completed safety reviews regarding remote distribution of mifepristone and is still conducting further study.
The ruling also comes amid growing scrutiny surrounding the FDA’s handling of abortion drug oversight. FDA Commissioner Marty Makary resigned earlier this week following criticism from pro-life groups who argued the agency has moved too slowly in addressing safety concerns related to chemical abortion drugs.

All SCOTUS who allow this evil to continue will have to explain to God why they ruled to allow an evil of satan to continue. Even the FDA admitted to not adequately studying the harmful effects. This is sad but God will turn all evils to good for His will be done. 🙏😇🙏

Father, I repent for our nation of this crime of abortion. As the final decision is made by the Supreme Court, give the justices wisdom to see the danger and the sin of the abortion pill. I declare over our Supreme Court the ruling of righteousness and life. Move in each justice to stand for life and righteousness. Move in each intercessor’s heart to come to you on behalf of humans about to be murdered. Move in each woman who carries a child to know the horrors of abortion and what it does to the child and themselves. Bring justice to our unborn children. We praise your name for we know you are wise and good and sovereign.

Sin always hurts someone. Even if this is passed all the way though, it is hoped that pro-life people would raise SUCH a protest about this that the whole enterprise would shrink into the shadows.

If this is against a State law then how can they not support a State law without naming it unconstitutional? And a deeper question is, why is a baby not considered to be a human being at the moment of conception???
So, if a person, does not want to get pregnant, I would say have NO sex. Or ,I think, our Government provides free different ways to prevent Pregnanies, Like the pills, etc. It is better to prevent a pregnancy, or easier, than murdering your own child. What if, your mother aborted you?? You would NOT even be born to protest, get pregnant, etc. I know some people, who aborted their baby, and they are depressed, . A person NEVER stops thinking about their baby, doesn’t matter what anyone says.So ,be WISE. !! Obey Jesus!! Jesus HATES abortion!! Mifepristone IS NOT a birth control pill. It is an ABORTION pill.
Pamela hasn’t responded, but I am sure she was referring to the birth control pills which, of course, have their own level of evil countering God’s creative plan.
We all need the understanding that all the seed – and eggs – to populate the entire earth were created and present in Adam from his first breath. What do I mean by eggs? Well, Eve was created from Adam’s rib, not directly from the earth as all the animals were which God paraded before Adam to see if there was a helpmate for him among them (and to reveal what Adam would name them).
Therefore, mankind (the meaning of Adam’s name) is responsible for continuing God’s creative process by loving, caring for and protecting women who now carry and are responsible for protecting the eggs God gave them from Adam’s rib. Likewise, a man is responsible for protecting his seed; sharing it only with his wife, and not causing it to fall anywhere else upon the earth. Carelessness with our creative seed is rebellion against God and His creation plan for man.
If a tree could decide not to continue its creative process and cause all of its fruit to fall to the ground, there would be no more apples, peaches, pears, oranges, etc. to eat! And this is the point that SCOTUS has missed with the abortion pill ruling. They have reversed their Dobbs ruling by saying it is okay for mankind to no longer obey God’s creative process.
My prayer, as we gather May 17th to rededicate ourselves to the founding fathers vision for the USA, will start with repentance for rebelling against God and His creative process.
Mifepristone IS NOT a birth control pill. It is an ABORTION pill. You do understand that, right?
How sad. Lord Jesus, please allow this decision to fail miserably. Anything that promotes abortion is wrong, and this needs to end. God is continuing to pour out judgement upon America as a result of our unwillingness to protect the sanctity of human life Lord Jesus, I pray that this scourge upon Your precious children would become so disgusting to everyone involved in abortion practice that they would come to see that they need to repent. Somebody needs to tell these “officials” that the Holy Bible tells us that “we reap what we sow”. “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” Galatians 6:7
If they sow seeds of agonizing death on a precious, innocent little baby in the womb then they should realize that that will be exactly the kind of death that they too will experience before leaving this earth.
I think Trump supports this mail evil death pill.. It grieves me. Let’s pray he is convicted by Holy Spirit’s power and comes to agree with God!!
So what happened to the so called conservative judges that were put in the high court? I guess they are not as righteously conservative and God fearing as we thought. Pray for their hearts to be changed.

May the LORD bless the two justices defending the lives of the unborn and who are taking their jobs seriously before the LORD. May HE rebuke and warn our justices who are not protecting the lives of the unborn and not judging righteously. May the LORD rebuke all who are making and profiting from these murderous drugs and evil practice.
We will no longer tolerate this evil practice of child sacrifice in our land.
