I Prayed have prayed
God, we thank You for our brave law enforcement officers who fight every day to protect us. We pray our elected officials on both sides of the aisle would choose to support these officers, not oppose them.

As violent attacks against law enforcement officers continue to rise nationwide, a House resolution honoring police officers and condemning anti-police policies exposed a deep divide among Democrats in Congress. Republicans say the vote highlights growing tensions over law enforcement, public safety, and support for officers serving on the front lines.

From Fox News:

House Democrats split over a resolution backing law enforcement as assaults on officers surged last year.

Just 29 House Democrats on Wednesday voted for a GOP-authored measure paying tribute to the “extraordinary sacrifice” law enforcement officers make and criticizing the defund the police movement for jeopardizing public safety.

Meanwhile, 173 Democrats voted with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., against the resolution, while every GOP lawmaker present supported it.

The resolution, introduced by Rep. Zach Nunn of Iowa, praised law enforcement officers for their service and pointed to rising assaults against police nationwide. According to an FBI report referenced in the article, attacks on officers reached a 10-year high last year, even as overall homicide rates declined.

Some Democrats reportedly objected to language criticizing “defund the police” activism and sanctuary city policies, arguing the wording was politically charged. Republicans, however, defended the measure as a straightforward show of support for officers risking their lives to protect communities.

The vote took place during National Police Week, when lawmakers and communities across the country honor fallen officers and recognize the sacrifices made by law enforcement families. House Speaker Mike Johnson pledged continued support for officers and promised to advance policies aimed at strengthening public safety and protecting police.

The debate also comes as Republicans push additional anti-crime legislation, including efforts targeting cashless bail policies that critics say allow repeat offenders back onto the streets too quickly.

As intercessors, we are called to pray for those who protect and serve our communities. Law enforcement officers face increasing danger and pressure each day, and they need wisdom, protection, and encouragement as they carry out their duties.

Let’s continue to pray for them, and let’s pray that our politicians would choose to support, not oppose, law enforcement!

The 173 that voted against the resolution are demoncrats and are determined to destroy the country that God gave us. We the people and God’s faithful must continue to pray for God’s wisdom His intervention in battling satan’s evils that the demoncrats have willing chose to fight for. 🙏😇🙏

Honoring law enforcement is a noble cause which I support strongly, but Congress is supposed to be passing laws. It is my understanding from listening to Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes, who Trump highly endorses, that for decades most of Congress has been playing political games just to stay elected. They focus on hot button issues to appease their constituents. She discovered that they only work 2 1/2 days a week, and half of that time, they are raising money. ( If you have been deluged with fund-raising texts and email like me, you can see how that could be true.) Second, they are not deliberating on bills, but instead passing the issues off to organizations to decide from a group of unelected officials. Acc to Dr. Jan, there are 6,000 bills and actions waiting for Congress to vote on, which they could complete in TWO WEEKS if they would tackle these and do their job. The Save Act should have been passed long ago. It is critical that we put pressure on lawmakers to stop deceiving us. Father, we pray for our representatives who sincerely want to make necessary changes for good. Expose the corruption and bullying in Congress, and restore it to the noble branch of government it was intended to be.

Democrats don’t want to defund the police or refusing to pray for law enforcement officers they want to stop the physical abuse, violent crimes, and the injustice that’s being committed against any human being in the USA weather is a citizen or not as per the constitution and our laws, everyone deserves due process the, USA is a democracy nation not a dictatorship we can not allow one person to rule the USA, we need to seek and turn to God before is to late and lets not forget that America is built on immigration because everyone is an immigrant, only the indigenous people are the real Americans everyone else is an immigrant. So with that being said the maga is also a group of immigrants.

It is time to PRAY against evil which seeks to protect itself through legislation. Such legislation will bring about MORE evil AND more suffering on the part of many.

I pray for our Nation and our President and his family each day. I am a Christian first, but MAGA all the way. I am 75 years; and have seen much. Traveled the world. Lived in London, flew with Pan Am many years ago; and was a Volunteer to get American Citizens out of Iran in 1979. I saw Iran in it’s before and after; and what I can tell you is this. Their’s is an Ideology born out of the Quran. They will never assimilate…NEVER. Needless to say, they have no place in our Nation. Sharia is a brutal and unimaginable part of their ideology. We cannot and must not allow this or they to live among us. Not like early 1900’s, when Immigration and like-minded came to this Nation and were vetted. Our customs overlapped in idelogy and the will to be successful. What I MUST emphasize is, I do not know how you would SHUT THEM DOWN, or get them out, but if we do not get a STRONG handle on this situation, we will lose America the Beautiful; and I worry about future generations….my Children, Grandchildren for Generations to come. By the way, it must be said, I have met a few good Iranian’s, but it is quite difficult to distinguish who are the Trojan Horses and who are the Terrorist, Violent one’s. So please, as someone who understands the Culture well. There is no “wiggle room” for them to remain; and Visas/Entry to the U.S. must be stopped. As for the Iranian Conflict? You must know, their Quran gives them license to lie to the Infidels…US! They hate us. As for our Law Enforcement? Thank you. We must support them and I.C.E. Frankly? It is time for I.C.E. to take a more aggressive approach. There is no time to waste. As much as I could say, the conflict needs to end soon …NUKE if necessary. Deportation is equally, if not just as or more important. Gas prices rising? Anyone with half a brain knows this is a temp issue, but having to wait for Irania (or even China), drop a NUKE on us at any point, is not an option. I am a Native New Yorker, of P.R. decent…born in N.Y.C.. Have not been there in a while; and will not return, until the RATS are removed. Contact me if you wish, but please heed my words. These negotiations with Iran and China are futile. I wish my illness/physicality would allow me to be more involved, but I do POST on FB each and every day….many times throughout the day; and tell anyone I run into, what TRUTH is. Frankly? If I could, I would join I.C.E. (chuckle). Maybe you could use individuals like me to be involved in any Data Entry or take Surveys. I would even work for Minimum Wage just to cover expenses. I did work for over sixty (60) years of my life; and as you can see, I am still functional. By the way, I was a Democrat once, a long time ago. I Voted for my President three times. He truly is the BEST! …as for being a Conservative Republican now? My Faith Walk compels me, no it demands my Soul, to follow Biblical principles, because on the Murder of the Unborn, on this alone…no Christian could or should ever be part of a Part of a party that advocates for the Murder of it’s unborn. Thank you ALL for All you do for US! Ray Waters

Great post, Reinalda/Ray. It’s wonderful to learn from someone who has traveled as extensively as you. I remember the American hostages Jimmy Carter abandoned in Iran for 444 days (!) until Ronald Reagan had them released. It’s quite a somber lesson in how important EVERY American vote is, and how important it is WHO is leading our country. And, like you, I have voted for President Trump three times and agree, he is our best president ever!

It’s so wonderful being a Christian country again, after Obama did so much to destroy America as a Christian nation. May God bless America again, and continue to lead us with devout, praying men like President Trump and his Cabinet.

Bless you, Ray, for your honest words and strong heart. In Proverbs 14:12 and Proverbs 16:25, we’re warned that some ways which seem right to us actually, lead to death. I have a feeling that throwing open the nation’s doors to immigrants in massive numbers over a short period of time is one of those potentially death-producing behaviors.

As we as go forward in the land of liberty. Let liberty not be for blood shed, killing, crime, hatred and disunity among our nation. Lord, bring protection to our Law enforcements agencies and institutions, from the crime of these entities. The officers and military ranks that have fallen bless their families as we mourn with them. Have mercy 🥺 Lord on our lawmakers of our land. In Jesus Christ Name, 🙏🏾 Amen.

This type of display of dishonor to our police at all levels is nothing more than evil trying to replace order with disorder to create chaos in our society. I lift up all law enforcement for protection and support from all areas of government and plead the blood of Jesus over them and their families. I also pray for those that continue to dishonor you in so many ways in our government. I pray for the salvation of these who seem unwilling to honor you or Godliness in any way or fashion. But I also would pray in the name of Jesus for the removal and judgment of evil. Lawmakers. Rise up God fearing righteous people and place them in the seat of authority to replace the evil we consistently see from the same people. Destroy evil in such a way it has no way to once again rise up in any fashion. We pray the church will take a a war footing to pray and preach righteous to our nation that people will no longer be deceived. We pray in the upcoming elections evil is destroyed and those who fear and honor you will take those seats. Let all our nation does follow your Word, the Ten Commandments ,be inspired by the Holy Spirit, follow our Constitution, the Bill of Rights if not let nothing move forward without these requirements. We plead the Blood over our nation that we return to you that we repent as a nation of our sins and once again have the fear of the Lord.
In Jesus name Amen
