Due to fears of partiality, a Circuit Court judge has replaced the prosecutor in a case involving a rape perpetrated by a trans student.
From National Review. A Circuit Court judge removed a Loudoun County prosecutor from a case citing “concerns” about “impartiality” after an appeal from father Scott Smith, whose daughter was raped at Stone Bridge High School in Virginia by a teen who went on to grope a student at a different school.

Last year, Smith went to a school board meeting to get answers about his daughter’s assault in the girls’ bathroom at the hands of a male student, and was “arrested and convicted in District Court of two misdemeanors — disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice,” according to WTOP news.
He has since appealed the charges, and Circuit Court Judge James Plowman has dismissed the count of obstruction of justice after determining that a lower court judge filled out the requisite charging paperwork incorrectly
Now, Plowman has appointed a special prosecutor to handle the disorderly conduct charge instead of Democrat Loudoun County attorney Buta Biberaj, who Smith’s attorney has said “cannot possibly be impartial.”
“Biberaj cannot possibly be impartial in prosecuting the Defendant’s appeal, since she is directly responsible for the release of the Defendant’s daughter’s assailant,” Smith’s attorney, Bill Stanley, said in 2021, according to ABC7 News.
“Biberaj asked for an active jail sentence” for Smith when he was sentenced as part of his punishment, apparently believing that Smith “was a ‘domestic terrorist’ who deserved jail time,” Stanley said at the time. …
Hung Cao, Republican candidate for Virginia’s tenth congressional district, responded to Biberaj being replaced, saying, “families in our district are sick of their children’s safety being put at risk in order to push a political agenda.” …

God is changing things! I pray for this father to be exonerated and turned loose. I pray for healing for his daughter and for grace for the young man that he would come to repentance and salvation.
Jesus we ask that you remove any rogue, lawyers, district attorney’s in this particular case of daughter being raped and the young man was not held accountable. Then they treated the father like he was a criminal not the boy student who committed the crime. God we need all radical leftist that are not for honesty be removed from this case and is involved in the evil agenda of this case. We take authority over the trial that it will be presented in honesty according to the constitution. Father take away all fear that the young girl student will be healed from the traumas she has undergone. Father remove all interference from school boards, teachers, Principal’s, outside moneys being given to alter this case for the leftist agenda. Father God we take authority that you gave us to put things back to honesty, that evil spiritual presence of offenders that they will be held accountable in this case of lies. We pray for the family and understand that the father was protecting his daughter. God I ask to the teachers, school boards, principals how would you act if this was your daughter that was raped?? I bind any hindrance that may be pushed to save someone’s position if the school is found guilty. Father allow the father to be let off of any accusations they may have on him. I believe the school, and school board lawyers must be held accountable for the suffering that has harmed this family. The boy must be held accountable also for the sin and harm he did to a young girl. In Jesus name I ask for the new attorney they get will be honest in his laws not woke like the others involved, give this case favor God. I am praying that the judicial system would have it’s eyes opened according to your word in Psalm 23. And create a a table for your innocent children in the presence of the enemy. Because he loves us, I believe he will bring reason to enemy by rule of justice!

Asking for a jail sentence for Smith, calling Smith a terrorist, and at the same time releasing Smith’s daughter’s assailant makes Biberaj an evil shameless zealot.
