Father, we thank You for helping these health care workers! We pray that You would continue to strike down each and every unconstitutional vaccine mandate.

After being denied religious exemptions from the covid vaccine and being fired, over 500 health care workers are being compensated.

From CBN News. Health care workers who were fired for not getting a COVID shot have won a major victory. The Liberty Counsel has announced a “historic” $10.3 million settlement in the nation’s first-of-its-kind classwide lawsuit.

The class action settlement against NorthShore University HealthSystem is on behalf of more than 500 current and former health care workers who were unlawfully discriminated against and denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate, according to the non-profit religious rights law firm.

The settlement was filed Friday in the federal Northern District Court of Illinois. The settlement must be approved by the court….

“This settlement should also serve as a strong warning to employers across the nation that they cannot refuse to accommodate those with sincere religious objections to forced vaccination mandates,” [Liberty Counsel Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Litigation Counsel Horatio G. Mihet] said.

As part of the settlement agreement, NorthShore will pay $10,337,500 to compensate hundreds of health care employees.

NorthShore will also change its unlawful “no religious accommodations” policy to make it consistent with the law, and to provide religious accommodations in every position across its numerous facilities. No position in any NorthShore facility will be considered off limits to unvaccinated employees with approved religious exemptions.

In addition, employees who were terminated because of their religious refusal of the COVID shots will be eligible for rehire if they apply within 90 days of final settlement approval by the court, and they will retain their previous seniority level….

According to the Liberty Counsel, if the settlement is approved by the court and all or nearly all of the affected employees file valid and timely claims, it is estimated that employees who were terminated or resigned because of their religious refusal of a COVID shot will receive approximately $25,000 each, and employees who were forced to accept a COVID shot against their religious beliefs to keep their jobs will receive approximately $3,000 each.

Thirteen health care workers who are the lead plaintiffs in the lawsuit will also receive an additional approximate payment of $20,000 each for their role in bringing the lawsuit….

I filed a religious exemption in the City and County of San Francisco. They responded that although I have a “sincerely held religious belief” they “cannot accommodate me due to an undue hardship and threat to the public.” Yet I submitted a blood test showing high titers of Immunoglobulins IgG and IgM from natural infection, and I agreed to weekly tests and masking. I went without pay for 10 weeks then got the vaccine. Now, they are mandating I get the booster, or else, we start all over again with barring me from the worksite. All I have left is prayer (no way to act). Please pray for our freedoms. I’m hoping Liberyy Counsel’s success can trickle out to California.

Same thing needs to happen to Methodist in Texas. They were one of the first ..and they were cruel about it . They even went to the floors and walked Drs and nurses out, made a spectacle of them .. called them antivaxers and then bragged how they got to use federally funded travel nurses as free help for their shortages .
I hope this serves as a warning to all the hospitals that did this as well as all of the cities that did this to their police and fireman.
On top of the religious freedom we have we also have medical freedom. No one should be mandated to get an injection that did not go through the proper trials. The mRNA jabs did not. And as an icu nurse that worked most of the big “ crisis” areas ie; NYC, Texas border, Atlanta, Chicago etc … the jab does not work. The reason the news stopped reporting on hospital cases is now all the icus are full of people that have been double and triple jabbed. This jab causes more problems than it solves. Big pharm and hospitals made billions off their lies and should be punished for it.

Best news in three years and SO SO SO happy for those who were able to withstand the injustice of forced use of experimental drugs!!! Thank-you for your courage under the extreme pressures. And to all those who could not (out of financial pressure, or whatever) make that decision and were forced to take drugs against your judgement and will, my prayers for you are to be encouraged.
