Ohio is seeking to hold Norfolk Southern responsible for the toxic train derailment harmed East Palestine. Please keep praying about this crisis.
From Daily Caller. Republican Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost sued Norfolk Southern on Tuesday over a train derailment that set off a massive chemical disaster that has residents concerned about the well-being of their community.

The 106-page lawsuit intends to hold Norfolk Southern accountable for covering all financial costs associated with the Feb. 3 derailment that resulted in hazardous chemicals polluting the air and water, according to the text. The lawsuit cites 58 counts against Norfolk Southern for violating several federal and state environmental laws including state hazardous waste, water pollution control, solid waste and air pollution control laws.
Yost accused Norfolk Southern of several Common Law violations including public nuisance for the chemicals released into the environment, negligence for the operational defects and trespassing for contaminating natural resources.
“Ohio shouldn’t have to bear the tremendous financial burden of Norfolk Southern’s glaring negligence,” Yost said in the press release. …
The state seeks civil penalties, compensatory and punitive damages and “for declaratory and injunctive relief, to remedy Defendants’ violations of law,” the lawsuit reads. …
The lawsuit also requests Norfolk Southern conduct soil and groundwater monitoring at and near the derailment site and be prohibited from dumping toxic waste in Ohio waterways or at the site. …

Lord God please bring hope, strength and endurance to the people in East Palestine, Ohio. I can’t imagine what they are going through mentally, physically and financially 😔! Since the train derailment the government needs to to take full responsibility of the crisis! Through these horrible times, the Lord Almighty is always in control and prayers are essential 🙏!
Father, thank you for what the state is doing. I pray for East Palestine and those injured by this train derailment. Touch their hearts with seeking for you. Draw them close. We ask for a miracle for them and their coummunity. From Romans 15:13: May the God of hope fill them with joy and peace as they trust in you that they may be filled with Hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
During this time of great exposure & accountability, God is holding The railway accountable. Two companies detected the hot bearing on the tanker car. If an automatic warning was sent to the train engineer, HE had the responsibility to stop the train, as soon as the hot bearing was detected. This must not be covered up, but accountability brought forth.

Father God companies need to be held responsible for putting people’s lives in jeopardy these companies need to take accountability these people that run these companies they should be serious consequences for negligence and Jesus name I pray
This has the handprint of the fake Biden administration all over it. Their lack of concern is evidence of their involvement in this horrible derailment. Another disaster for which they take no responsibility; much like Covid, Afghanistan withdrawal, and continued massive overspending.
Lord, I pray for your intervention in the lives of all who have been affected by covid and the chemicals. Miraculously protect the folks in Palestine and affected areas. Lord, please replace those who have treasonously taken charge of this country with God-fearing men and women, and being the USA back to your Godly beliefs which is the basis of our Constitution.
Father, there is nothing impossible with You. Lord, touch the water and the land with Your power and cleanse it. Blow Your breath on the area and on the people there. Create a pristine environment once again. Cleanse people’s lungs. Cleanse their homes and businesses. Lord, we forgive those who were negligent and destructive in this situation. Now, Lord, help them to do what is right for the community. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Pray that the residents of East Palestine and all others that have been effected by this toxic spill, that they receive justice, their loss and grief turn to joy, they find ways to praise You and are restored.
I pray you rise of people who realize this season and start an impeachment of the current leadership, Lord 2/3 Godly men and women to turn the agenda around . Thy kingdom come…thy will be done, in our government , our states, your church……
