2023 opened with a heavenly symphony of thundering tympani and crashing cymbals! Revival continues to break out across the nation, and you can hear the cheers of countless intercessors — as they watch the lies and deceptions be exposed from hidden places within some of the darkest corridors of worldly power.
Who is praying on the wall?
However, this call to intercession sometimes comes at a painful price. Among the numerous intercessors and watchmen and watchwomen on the wall, many have said that the travail in prayer has been easy compared with the stresses they have endured in their personal relationships. Indeed, how many family members and friends have pulled away from us because we hold fast to what we believe and know to be true?
When my business dried up in January 2021, I was inspired to begin writing more than ever before. SARS-COV-2; lockdowns; election abnormalities; untested vaccines; trans deception in America’s classrooms; and BLM “protests” — all beckoned me to thoughtfully examine and investigate the health of our culture. And of the Church.
When one pastor hijacked a packed prayer meeting with an “antiracist” harangue, replete with a collectivized “apology” on behalf of all those who are white, I knew the Church was in grave danger and that activism had won the inning.
From my very first post after that meeting:
Jesus spoke of three types of leaven: The leaven of the Pharisees, the leaven of Herod, and the leaven of the Kingdom. Jesus very clearly said we need to “beware” and “watch out” for the first two: the religious system and the political system. Both are systems of the world that are potentially catastrophic (think crusades and gulags).
The leaven of the Kingdom is entirely different. So different, it doesn’t come from this world. It is a heavenly system that, when rightfully applied even in the tiniest of doses, works its way through the culture and transforms every system and every person it touches.
These are extremely trying times, and my concern is that I am watching the Church, knowingly or unknowingly, open wide her doors to the political spirit in an attempt to accommodate what she sees happening in social media, the press, and politics.
As towers of lies are being rapidly erected across our cultural landscape, the Church is parroting back the political system instead of releasing the truth and power of the Kingdom into the culture. We need to reverse the flow.
As I read over what the younger me wrote, I am emboldened by the wisdom contained in this quote. Little did I know that such an expression of careful thought would result in an onslaught of insults, the loss of friends, and the hollowed silence of those afraid to admit they agree.
Rejoice and be glad because your reward is great in heaven, for they persecuted the prophets before you in the same way.
~ Jesus, completing His thought from above
I may not be a prophet, but I was certainly persecuted as a racist, labeled every flavor of “-phobe,” and defamed as the worst brand of “conspiracist” imaginable. Retributively, one friend boasted that I deserved unemployment for the thoughts I dared to write about. Imagine that.
At the time, I believed rational argument and hearty debate were still worthy pursuits to be conducted among rational, clear-thinking humans. So, I did my best to respectfully engage with the onslaught.
Alas, I learned painfully that when only one party is hungry for truth, the ensuing dialogue only cues the screeching of demons.
I have never blocked or dropped a single person, but, thankfully, social media provides ample tools that reveal those who dumped me. The list is disquieting, as each of these bruised, offended warriors once loved me because they knew I loved them.
My love hasn’t changed.
But in today’s digital simulation, the actions of a person no longer matter. The mere expression of thought is tantamount to a traumatizing, unforgivable offense that erases years of friendship, detonates deep divisions in families, and is reckoned as unbridled violence.
But what shall we say if our thoughts and prayers survive the passage of time and are proved to be true?
As I reread my early essays, I give myself style points for taking on just about every topic the machinery begs that we relegate as verboten: Kendi’s “antiracism”; DiAngelo’s “white fragility”; government censorship; the sham of “social justice”; transgenderism and pornography in our classrooms; the origin of SARS-COV-2; the dead-baby vaccine; election anomalies; feticide; rampant crime; systemic infidelity; “queer theory”; “progressive” Christianity; January 6; and the caber flip of Roe v. Wade, to name a few.
Not only do I stand behind every piece I have written, but uncountable numbers of intercessors are joyfully beholding the long-awaited answers to their prayers. The passage of time always refines and crystalizes the truth and topples the towers of lies.
Lies have a horrible shelf life.
My dear friend Eric Metaxas had his entire YouTube channel and its corresponding revenue stream wiped clean by the regime after his guest, Dr. Naomi Wolf, reported that the Pfizer vaccines were known to alter the menstrual cycles of women. And when I say women, brace yourself: I mean biological females who carry half of the Imago Dei in their reproductive eggs and XX chromosomes in every cell in their bodies, and who are factory-equipped with fallopian tubes and menses.
Thanks to the visionary work of my friend James O’Keefe, we not only have a Pfizer executive now corroborating Wolf’s research, but the FOIA-acquired Pfizer trial documents undeniably substantiate each claim. (Elon, can you please purchase YouTube next, and free all these prisoners, like Metaxas, from their cells?)
Yes, lies have a horrible shelf life.
I purposefully mention the screeching of demons because when I dared to uncover hell’s Bermuda Triangle within public education, I was met with a heightened opposition and a level of fury I have never before experienced. This is when I began to learn that those who screech loudest in defense of grooming children bear a compunction that belies their own torment.
Can you hear the muffled cries of our tender young children as they ask us who we believe they are?
To those for whom innocent children remind you of the pain and trauma of your broken childhood, the answer is a selfishly retributive, “You will suffer because I suffered.”

The leftist triumvirate of critical race theory (CRT), social emotional learning (SEL), and comprehensive sexual learning (CSL) has taken over our schools as swiftly as environmental social governance (ESG) has infected our banking systems. Not only have the sinister dialectics behind these catastrophic acronyms made life in America demonstrably worse, but you never even had a chance to vote for any of it.
When I posted images from the pages of the adolescent pornographic book Gender Queer, I endured a coordinated attack from CSL adherents who not only denied this book is available in sixth-grade libraries, but also alleged that I was a lying fiend for even proposing such a thing.
Today, you can find sixth-grade students and parents on YouTube reading aloud entire pages from this deviant book before their school boards, only to have their microphones cut off because the language and images are so horribly inappropriate.
The passage of time has not been good for Black Lives Matter Inc., or for the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Thanks to the release of the vaccine trial documents, the Twitter files, and the January 6 video footage, the same passage of time has been far worse for Pfizer and for our government.
“Progressive” pundits and leftist keyboard jockeys tirelessly hoist the term fascist over those who resist these ideologies:
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
~ Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
The engine room of fascism is carefully crafted public-private partnerships. Communism takes everything, but fascism gives the illusion of freedom while tightly controlling private entities. Now that we see how our government actively directs big tech, big pharma, our banking system, the press, and social media — Mussolini would be very proud.
This is pure evil and subverts the foundational formularies of this great nation. And therefore we fight.
Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.
~ Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Bad theology, shaky eschatology, or even fear — these cause many believers to wrongly contend we should not fight against deception and corruption in our culture. The obvious weakness of that approach is that the war is raging on regardless, so to relinquish authority or to retreat only permits the enemy to advance.
For the hidden power of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who now restrains it will do so until he is taken out of the way.
~ Paul, in the second letter to the church in Thessalonica
Without question, we are called, obligated, and equipped to restrain evil. But notice also that the power of lawlessness Paul is describing there is hidden. The battle we fight is not against friend or foe. Our battle is in the hidden realms, against the spiritual forces of evil in the unseen places. And this brand of warfare requires spiritual weapons, including truth, light, and love.
With revival breaking out across our land and the darkest corners of hell on earth being exposed — Arise and shine for your Light has come! Intercessors, you have endured the dry and dusty season, so now enjoy heaven’s downpour. Let’s raise a glass to the King! Here’s to a pivotal 2023.

AMEN! Praying is everything and this country so desperately needs you 🙏!! REVIVAL and bringing others to get to know Jesus. He is the only way to salvation that’s provided for us through the Holy Spirit!
We rejoice in the Lord as we see how His power moves on our school system, His Church & communities through our intercession. Glory & honor to Him alone!
Indeed Lord, lies have a limited shelf life. I praise you and thank you God for your answers to our prayers to expose the truth in many aspects of public life over the past several years. I pray you would continue to open the eyes of the American public to the truth of your Word. Remove the blinders so they see the ways of the evil one. I pray revival would sweep across the Whole nation Lord.
SEEK & SERVE JESUS OUR LORD & SAVIOR & LORD ALWAYS!!!
Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice in sofaras you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when His glory is revealed. If you are insulted for the Name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you..
1 Peter 4:12-14
I’ve never minded the loss of friends or family, but I cringe to think about the unthinkable – the coming apostacy that global threats will produce.
Very good article.
I like the idea that leaven lies in three different venues that we should be alert to. I would submit, however that in scripture leaven is always a type of evil that is subtly introduced. The leaven of the Kingdom (Luke 13:18-21) as well as the parable of the mustard seed is toward the admonition that false doctrine can be secretly introduced into the church until the whole church becomes “leavened” by the enemies workings and the lowly but spicy mustard herb unnaturally morphs into an expansive showy tree with many branches and divisions. Jesus admonition to the churches in Revelation and church history itself proves this truth and the necessity that we must always be watchful and prayerful.
The author does an excellent job in describing the current sad situation in our nation but misinterpreted 2 Thes 2:7,8 “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is removed. Then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will eliminate with the breath of His mouth and bring to and end by the appearance of His coming.” NASB
The scripture has nothing to do with us restraining evil. Jesus is restraining the evil in this passage. God will remove His restraining power to allow the antichrist to be revealed.
This notion that we are to restrain evil is not biblical. We are to obey Christ and demonstrate His attributes through us to a fallen world. We are to share the message and the love of Christ. The body of Christ is to live in unity with fellow believers to bring the Kingdom of God to earth. Stephen was not restraining evil when he stood before the Jewish leaders and was stoned to death. He was living Eph 3:10, “demonstrating the manifold wisdom of God to the principalities, authorities and rulers of darkness in the heavenly places. “That is what we are to do. It means doing what the author has done in terms of taking a stand against evil, but it allows God to use the circumstances in our nation for His purposes. We can pray all we want against the forces of darkness, but 1Cor 15-24 says that Jesus will destroy them when He returns. In the entire new testament you will not find one prayer directed to these principalities. Why? Because God is using them to fulfill His plan for His Church. Trust Him! We are entering a time of great suffering. Do a word search on suffering in the bible. Through suffering, He will mature us to better understand the sovereignty of God. He is also preparing us for our roles in the next life. The reward we will receive after Jesus comes back will far outweigh the suffering we incur in our lives. It is possible to pray for our leaders of our nation so we may live peaceful lives and still have our hope in ruling and reigning with Christ forevermore. In Christ we are in this world but not of this world anymore. Lets keep our eyes on Him and not let the enemy distract us from our mission. Continue to pray for our leaders, stand up for what is right and understand that this plan of redemption of His entire creation was in the works even before we were created. His plan will be fulfilled in His time. That is a guarantee.
Thank you thinking about this critical passage so carefully. I spent a great deal of time studying and researching the original Greek here. While translators often do things few of us can understand when the original language is readily available, there is no clear or demonstrative use of language in IIThes 2 that would guarantee Paul is speaking of The Lord Himself here. The common analogy stands: If an armed lunatic broke into your home and tried to kill your family, restraining evil would instinctively be your first response. We have been given authority to do the same here on God’s Good Earth until He returns. Thank you so much for wrestling through this.
To me the passage clearly refers to God, or Jesus, or the Holy Spirit as the restrainer, but I want to continue to discuss the issue of our roles in God’s plans for ushering in the Kingdom of God. I was not refering to an isolated incident where a lunatic breaks into my house and tries to kill me or my family as an example of restraining evil. Obviously if I had a gun, I would protect myself. I am talking about the responsibility of believers to restrain evil forces in our nation. I used to believe that it was my responsiblity to pray against the principalities, authorities, and rulers of darkness since they are the unseen enemy we wrestle with. I did this diligently for about 5 years. When everything I prayed about did not come to pass, I entered a very dark time in my life with all sorts of strange things happening to me, I started searching the scripture to see if maybe I was in error engaging these spiritual beings high up in Satans kingdom. When I came across Eph 3:10, I could not reconcile my prayers of destruction and removal of them with “demonstrating the manifold wisdom of God to them”. As I read the entire New Testament looking for any believer who was trying to save a nation from evil or engaging prinicpalities, I could find not one example. All their efforts were to expand the Kingdom of God. It was not about God being used to restore nations as much as it was the church serving God to bring about His purposes of making Christ known to a fallen world. The Kingdom grows in power one person at a time with those coming to know Him. It also grows as the body matures into unity with one another and when we behave to the world according to Jesus commands, like loving our enemies. I believe we have misunderstood the bible when we believe we can restrain all evil in the world. If God wanted to restrain evil, He would have Jesus destroy Satan and all his evil principalities right now. Jesus was given the authority to do so, but is obviously not using it right now. Why, because God, who created the spiritual beings that rebelled to become the principalities and rulers and authorities, are being used to bring about God’s purposes for His church. When the church is complete according to God’s understanding, the end will come and Jesus will destroy all evil. In the meantime, we are to demonstrate the manifold wisdom of God to them. Paul doesn’t say why we should do it. I have a theory. Could it be that being a just God, we can demonstrate His attributes through our behavor to show them absolutely why their rebellion has now caused judgement against them? Is this necessary for them to see this before Jesus destroys them at the end of days? Its just a thought, but the scripture is very clear what we are supposed to demonstrate to them. I understand your feelings about being persecuted for standing for the truth. I too have had social media accounts locked, hateful comments slung at me, and have lost friends due to my stand for Christ and the truth. The word says blessed are those persecuted for my sake. They hate you because they hated Me first. Is not God teaching us through all this suffering?
Thank you! I’m not sure when I’ve heard this season spoken of with such eloquence, strength and piercing accuracy! GLORY TO THE KING of kings!! I’d like to remind you I Peter 4:12-13 says, Beloved, think it not strange, the fiery trial that tries you, as though some strange thing happened unto you, but rejoice, you are a partaker of Christ’s sufferings, now His glory will be revealed because you obeyed HIM. (My paraphrase at the very last.) Be encouraged, we live and die for The KING. Nothing else matters.
My husband Doug and I are watchmen intercessors. We are praying for revival and excited about the upcoming Student Lead Worship Revival @ OU Memorial Stadium on April 29th. We are praying that the over 86000 seats will be filled with people lifting their voice to God in Praise of His mighty power over Oklahoma. As Clay Nash prophesied…”We are His Boots on the Ground”!
Patsy and Doug,
I stand with you for God’s outpouring on Oklahoma before, during and after April 29th! We live in Long Beach, CA and our daughter Becky (now Padilla) is from here. But she spent nearly 20 years in Edmond and her daughter Katherine, just turned 19, was born and raised there. Katherine is now a student at Biola University with a major in Cinema and Media Arts. Their hearts are very much still with the people of Oklahoma. I will tell them about this revival.
Thank you, Keith, for so eloquently highlighting the ungodly, inappropriate issues that our nation has been subjected to by Satan working through our government. This gives us MUCH to be crying out to the Lord for. We need to be vigilant in our prayer time, to be storming the gates of Heaven, coming boldly to the throne room with our intercessions. Lord Jesus, give us perserverance, and a spirit of boldness to continue to boldly cry out to You about these issues, and others that will arise. In Jesus’ mighty, holy name.
Very well said Mr Guinta! I am standing shoulder to shoulder with you in our prayers for America!
IFA staff please post more of his writings !!
Too many times, as we see the truth being subverted by lies, we feel that an instant response is needed and we rush head long into the fight, only to sometimes cause the truth to be ignored by that battle. The Truth, is always revealed in God’s Perfect timing, as he allows our humanly confusion to finally seek out that which is True through His Word. Our Problem is the human desire for instant gratification.
We need to understand and remember that Joseph, David, Abraham, Moses, Job, had to Wait, for those promises of God to occur. Their belief and discernment through the Holy Spirit allowed them to continually trust and Pray for the Truth to be revealed. And it was.
Others, who have been Blinded by the Lies, are now seeing the truth as God is Revealing it in many situations., and they are just beginning to see the deceptions hoisted upon them. Others are just now seeking the Truth because they Know something just does not add up.
We can only Pray for The Lord to continue to Reveal the Lies of the Evil One(s), and thus reveal who they are, and what they have done and are doing. That my Brothers and Sisters in Christ will open those Hearts to the Revival in this Nation that we, and The Lord, seek.
Lord Jesus, Give us each patience and discernment to approach each situation in Love and Truth as we walk today. That we may be an example of You to this Confused and Hurting, and Scared world.
In the Holy Name of Christ Jesus, Amen
The most powerful point of this article, in my opinion, is I am not alone! So many have been isolated and left by family and friends, but God!
As we remember that we are not alone, we have many that are praying and speaking out. Thank you for this article and the camaraderie we share! The battle has been won, but how painful to us individually. All glory honor and praise to our Father who continues to give us the strength to keep going!
This is such a helpful article, Keith! It describes clearly the battle that is raging on so many fronts. The words of the hymn “Rise Up O Men (and Women) of God” have been singing in my heart off and on for many months now. And at the turn of 2023, I heard clearly the song “the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me“ and when it got to the chorus, the Lord said this is now! “this is the year of the favor of the Lord. This is the day of the vengeance of our God! Have Your way, Father God!! May Your army of intercessors rise up and take their places, and use their voices in their spheres of authority to release Your kingdom on earth, as it is in heaven! In Jesus name-AMEN!
I believe it is both parties. Democrats say it out loud. Many republicans, not all, say they will change then do nothing when they have the power. We must MAKE them do what they say with peaceful, local activism. And behind it all, wonderful life-changing, warring, and praying intercessors!!! We already have the victory through Christ!!!
Our need to pray continues. The strength of our intercession is the Word of God anointed by the Spirit of God. Two truisms are that all politics is local and that churches are local bodies. I feel a calling to focus where I live while blessing those called to the broader battlefield. Bless them Lord and keep us all pure.
As Kingdom watchmen and Kingdom warriors, we continue to stand for truth and justice. As always the enemy seeks to kill, steal and destroy, but those of us who are Believers trust the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth. We fight not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers. May God bless you and keep your heart safely in His hands. God has recently given us this same passage to steer by. Arise, shine, for your light has come. Amos ?4 Repair, Restore, Rebuild.
