Alabama’s Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos are considered children in the eyes of the law.
From CBS News. The Alabama Supreme Court ruled last week that frozen embryos created through in vitro fertilization, or IVF, are considered children under state law and are therefore subject to legislation dealing with the wrongful death of a minor if one is destroyed.

“The Wrongful Death of a Minor Act applies to all unborn children, regardless of their location,” the opinion states, including “unborn children who are located outside of a biological uterus at the time they are killed.” …
“No court — anywhere in the country — has reached the conclusion the main opinion reaches,” Justice Greg Cook wrote in his dissenting opinion in the case, adding that it “almost certainly ends the creation of frozen embryos through in vitro fertilization (IVF) in Alabama.” …
The impact could reach beyond the state, too.
“This ruling has profound implications far beyond Alabama’s borders,” the advocacy group Resolve: The National Infertility Association said in a statement on social media …

I have two beautiful nephews who were “adopted” frozen embryos. My sister was blessed able to carry them in her womb. They are a true blessing to us. They were adopted through a Christian organization called “Snowflake.” We are so grateful to God for these boys whose biological parents wanted to do the right thing by placing their embryos up for adoption.
I didn’t think a lot about IVF or surrogacy until I read Shawn Carney’s book,”What To Say When”. In it, he addresses those 2 topics in one chapter. I agree with Shawn that both are not how God designed procreation. We create further problems going outside of God’s design. Children become commodities. Where infertility exists, adoption is a beautiful option.
To abort an unborn baby is committing murder. And whoever does will answer to God. There is nothing and nobody worth going to hell over. What ever happened to birth controll? I am so thankyou for your ruling. God blessyou all!

Science already knows that there is a flash of light at the moment a sperm enters an egg, and a new life begins. I am so proud of Alabama for declaring by this ruling, that life begins at conception. So if destroying a frozen embryo is killing a tiny child, how much more hideous is killing a child during all of the stages of growth during and after pregnancy. This ruling makes us all take another hard look at the barbaric procedures of abortion.
I am all about saving children from abortion! I cannot believe the opinion that a frozen embryo is a child, as they are flushed from a woman’s body on a 28 day cycle?
No, I have never considered the millions of frozen embryo, as I have never considered the quadrillions of embryo’s from women’s bodies that GOD flushes on the cycle that he, GOD designed.

Stated in the article, the embryos frozen have been fertilized through IVF. The frozen embryo is
not simply a female egg. It is the beginning of a new life.

The eggs that are “flushed” in a woman’s cycle are not embryos because they have not met with sperm to complete conception.
You do know the difference between an embryo and an egg, right?! An embryo is a fertilized egg, that means a HUMAN! Eggs are NOT people or humans, they are one of two things required to create a human, the other being a sperm (which is also NOT a human but required to create one) but once the two come together, conception happens, there is a spirit and soul in THAT body, even if it is a tiny little circle of cells being held CAPTIVE in a dish somewhere! So unfertilized eggs are not people, but fertilized ones ARE!!! Be blessed with the truth 🙂
An embryo implants, it does not flush. What flushes is an unfertilized egg. If the embryo flushes, that is a miscarriage or death of the child. Grief follows a miscarriage as a child has died and did not make it through. Many women know when that happens, even early on in the pregnancy.
The sad thing is that there are many “Christians” participating in IVF and that is NOT God’s way to bring forth life. We expect the world to be selfish, but the church must wake up to the lies of the devil and STOP going the way of the world, instead BE THE LIGHT!!!! These practices should be ILLEGAL! These are HUMAN BEINGS made in the IMAGE of GOD! Freezing people or conception taking place in a petri dish, is NEVER from God. Does anyone ever stop to think of what is happening to these babies in the spirit realm when they do these things or are they so blinded by what they want that they give NO thought??? Love is to be THE source of conception and conception itself is to BE HOLY, not a man giving himself pleasure, which in itself is sinful, in order to release the sperm then sucking eggs out of the womb, where conception is supposed to be taking place, to make life in a dish only to place many tiny people, YES PEOPLE, back inside the womb, too many of which to all make it and be able to be healthy and they “hope” at least one takes. A woman is only supposed to have 1 or 2 babies typically so again people endanger the life of the mother and children because they have a desire that has become an idol. Those babies that die didn’t even get to have life or their destiny! And what does freezing a person even do to them anyway??? Has anyone given thought to what God has to say on the matter of His precious ones being thrown around and away like garbage? Does ANY of that sound like it originated from Heaven??? We MUST PROTECT LIFE AT CONCEPTION and NOT be so selfish to stoop to any means to get it! This is Ishamel all over again! Wait on the Lord or adopt! Don’t’ go around God’s design to get what you want. This must STOP NOW! Life needs to BE LOVED, not used.
God, I pray that you remove all of this wickedness from humanity and the earth! Change the hearts of Your church to actually LOVE people including the tiny little precious babies in the womb! And save the lost and change their hearts that we may all OBEY YOU and learn HOW to love YOUR way and break EVERY demonic tie that has ensnared our nation and the hearts of men!! I release Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Truth and the angels and hosts of Heaven to bring all this to pass! In Jesus Name! Amen!

Grateful for Alabama’s Pro-Life ruling for frozen embryos but it does concern me that there is a lack of dignity towards the Sanctity of Life. How long will they remain frozen and what possible plans could there be in the future for profit or for evil men who desire to create life apart from God. “For Thou didst form my inward parts; Thou didst weave me in my Mother’s womb. I will give thanks to Thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139: 13-14a. Intercessory Prayer is definitely needed.
If frozen embryos in a laboratory are children and therefore cannot be destroyed, then surely a live ’embryo’ inside a woman cannot be destroyed!
Father God, use this ruling as another step in the cancelation of all abortions.
Finally someone has stated the truth. IVF causes human beings to be left frozen never to see the light of day.
Just because we are able to do something scientifically doesn’t mean it is godly, Biblical or moral. While my heart goes out to all those wanting to conceive but unable to, the practice of IVF needs to stop.
Lord, I just believe that man is determined to rule the universe (& prove that YOU are not it’s Creator & Ruler) & one way man does that is to institute practices & beliefs that ‘seem’ to provide evidence that man rules & not God. Man throws away precious souls thru Invetro fertilization, thru abortion, thru experimentation on live aborted babies, & many other things. I am sure that it breaks Your heart, Lord, You knew all this would happen in the End Times — the evil in ‘man’ has multiplied exponentially, as You knew it would back in the Garden. We must fight to keep close to You in our lives & in our hearts. Living under the shadow of Your wing is the only way to fight off the monumental evil that now fills our horizons. Lord, please help us to stay close to You & to teach & pray for others to fight to keep close to You where we can see & hear & understand clearly what You want us to see & hear & understand clearly. Help us not to depend on what we think we know to lead us. Help us to stay in Your Word & depend onYou for every step, in Jesus’ name!

I pray that soon God will intervene in the quest for Him to be taken out of everyday life. Satan has misled scientists, doctors, and even the general public into believing they can do anything God can do. He started the quest to mislead mankind long before the advent of current technology. It is only getting worse as his time gets shorter.
