. . . [T]he enemy is ramping up his efforts to distract, discourage, and infiltrate darkness across our country. It seems many believers are still asleep at the wheel. On February 11th of this year, over 123 million people watched Super Bowl LVIII–the highest audience ever to watch a television program. And the gridiron was not the scene of the spiritual battle that unfolded.
For an event more defined by commercials than on-the-field play, we were treated to a nauseating amount of cutaways, highlighting celebs, athletes, the rich, and the powerful. For the duration of the game, the camera was glued to the luxury suite inhabited by Taylor Swift, an artist who has seemingly transcended the human bounds of worldly success, becoming an idol to millions across the world. Sitting next to her was a rapper named “Ice Spice” who has enjoyed overnight, meteoric success. THAT rapper was wearing an upside-down cross and flashed devil signs the moment the camera was fixated on her. This is not a conspiracy. All of America watched this unfold.
But we refuse to bow to discouragement and fear amid the battle we fight. Satan never had authority over all the earth, and what power he did have was dealt a fatal blow when Jesus died on the Cross and rose again three days later. However, until Jesus comes back, Satan still prowls around “as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” We must be AWARE, we must be VIGILANT, and we must be VOCAL about the truth of this world. …
We will win it in the place of prevailing prayer if we stay vigilant, awake, and more aware of WHO is with us than of who is against us.

Amen and Amen. We as believers in the Soverign Lord of all need to be hyper vigilant in this season. And thank you God, for revealing and working in America. I pray daily that you would show me what I can do to walk alongside You..
Lord, before I was saved I had an experience of what hell was like. I pray that Ms. Swift and her friend will get a similar encounter that will change their lives drastically and they will repent from their wicked ways and invite Jesus to be their savior and Lord of their life.
Holy Spirit draw them to salvation in Jesus’ name, I pray.
Father we lift up Taylor Swift and her friend Ice Spice who have fallen into the hands of Satan. We pray you would send a Christian of influence in Hollywood to open the door to give them the Gospel. We especially pray you would take the blinders off their eyes that they may receive You as their Deliverer from evil spirits and so they can be open to the revelation they need to be saved. You love them and so do we, but so do all their followers who also will see the amazing change you can make in those who are saved from the grasp of the devil. Praise you God that you can change their lives.

Swift & her “friends” have exchanged their souls for temporary success. That story is as old as time itself. Sacrificing themselves for the illusion of power, money & control never turns out well for anyone. It will not turn out well for Swift, her boyfriend or others. They are riding the express train to destruction but the train is going so fast, they don’t realize it’s about to derail.
My prayer is for them to wake up & be saved. It’s hard for those who are living insulated, wealthy lives to want Jesus but my prayer is that God uses whatever is needed to bring her & others to that point of desperation & need. And honestly, God may need for that wake up call to be brutal in order to gain their attention. If that is what’s needed, so be it. Better that… than to lose your soul for eternity. Lord, do whatever You must to bring about the salvation that’s needed.
So glad Sean wrote this article. I saw the signs and was deeply disturbed. Those around me heard as I expressed my shock. I have been praying for Ica Spice and also Taylor. May all intercessors become committed to pray for a spiritual change for these two.
