The Republican National Committee (RNC), National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) and the Pennsylvania GOP sued the state in October arguing the state was illegally planning on counting undated and incorrectly mailed in ballots. The suit argued undated ballots could not be counted since state law requires the ballots to be dated.
The Supreme Court recently ruled, however, that a May 2022 decision by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that found undated ballots must be counted was moot and said authorities should follow established election laws.
But acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman said following the high court’s decision that officials should keep counting improper ballots, Fox News reported. …

If I hand deliver my ballot there will be NO postal date on my ballot??? What’s going on here?
I think this only pertains to ballots received through the mail.
Think back to-,before mail-in ballots.. when everybody just went to the polls.. in person- the way it was originally intended. You went in- you got a ballot, they checked your ID… and then you went to your private polling booth.. and you voted.. and you handed in your ballot. Any Gathering of ID information which was done.. was done before the time you received your ballot-, from the poll worker. There was no need for a date on an envelope.. or any type of mail-in date.. this type of thing only serves to add confusion to the process, – as there were never any intended process ever instituted-, to have a mail in ballot-in the original system.. so now why should there be a concern over a post stamp date
( I’m saying generally speaking-,on this item.. not at you personally) on an envelope.. when there’s not supposed to be any envelope to start with.. and they rely on these type of confusions to further complicate the process. So, to restate, the problem is the mail-in process.. that it even exists at all.. it is a weaponized tool to ruin the voting process.. the only reason there’s any concern over a stamped date on an envelope.. it’s because that envelope exists to begin with.. if no one was using a mail-in system there would be no concern over this.
The dated envelopes are necessary for accuracy in the count. So no ballots accepted after deadline. I agree paper ballots are simplest and the best. Does not allow stuffed drop boxes nor extended time for cheaters to ‘fix’ the count. All cyber experts agree, all machines are vulnerable. Mike Lindell‘s social media platform, FrankSpeech.com has a two day summit that explains it all very thoroughly. Worth watching!
This does not refer to a postal date. When you have placed your ballot in the mailing envelope (which you do even if you deliver it in person), you are required to write your signature and the date on the back of the envelope, in the place provided.

Like wind beneath our wings, this news released faith and hope to all Pennsylvanians who have longed to no longer be assumed a corrupt state when it comes to elections.
