From True the Vote. If we were living in normal times, Catherine would be updating you on the work of True the Vote. However, as you may have heard, she and Gregg Phillips were arrested Monday morning, October 31, 2022, for refusing to divulge the name of an FBI confidential informant. My name is Karen, and I am a True the Vote team member. Catherine has asked me, from her jail cell, to fill you all in on recent troubling developments.

Since it has been a while since our last newsletter, let’s review the investigations by True the Vote that have become public in the last few months and have led to the standoff in federal court in Texas this week.
Since January 2021, True the Vote has worked to uncover the role Konnech, a Michigan-based election management software company with what appears to be deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and has potentially played in the subversion of America’s elections.
The True the Vote team was made aware that the personal information of nearly two million American election workers was stored on a server in China, in violation of US law, as well as Konnech’s contracts between many states and counties. This information included poll worker names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers and bank account numbers. Realizing the severe national security implications of the data breach, Gregg Phillips and True the Vote immediately turned over the findings to the FBI.
For 15 months Catherine and Gregg worked with FBI field agents in Texas on a counter-intelligence operation to end Konnech’s involvement in America’s elections. The FBI already had Konnech “on the radar” due to questionable activities that extended far beyond US elections.
In April 2022, everything changed.
Catherine received a call from one of the Texas-based FBI agents, who informed her that the FBI’s Washington D.C. office was now involved in the investigation. The Texas agent informed them that it was possible that they were going to be the targets of the FBI. He suggested that their best option was to go public with what they had learned.
In August 2022, Catherine and Gregg convened a meeting called “The Pit.” At the event they told their story for the first time in public to an audience that included citizen researchers, journalists, and law enforcement personnel.
In September 2022, Konnech sued True the Vote for defamation, racism, and xenophobia for revealing their findings publicly. The court issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) to Catherine and Gregg that required them, among other things, to provide to Konnech the names of all the individuals who were involved in the discovery of the poll worker data in China.
To put this in context, here is a quote from this recent article in AND Magazine by former CIA operations officer, Sam Faddis:
Let’s imagine that a drug dealer facing criminal charges filed a lawsuit in civil court to make the cops provide the name of a source inside his organization. Would anyone think for a moment that would be a reasonable request? Would anyone have any doubt as to the fate of the informant if he was identified?
That’s how ludicrous this is and how obscene.
On October 4, 2022, the company’s CEO, Eugene Yu, was indicted in California on charges including fraud, embezzlement, and data breach resulting in the theft of the personal information of election workers in LA County. The arrest was announced by LA District Attorney, George Gascon.
The arrest was the result of an indictment by a grand jury convened in Los Angeles, which is the nation’s largest voting bloc.
LA County is just the first of many counties that True the Vote is working to support. There are far more layers of subversion still to be exposed, with this company …. and potentially many others.
October 7, 2022, Catherine and Gregg’s attorneys made an initial appearance in federal court in Houston to answer the civil lawsuit filed by Konnech. It was at this hearing that the judge issued a highly unusual order…that Catherine and Gregg (through their attorneys) reveal the name of the individual who originally presented them with the poll worker data on the server in China. Their attorney reluctantly complied and revealed the name of this individual.
October 27, 2022, Catherine and Gregg appeared in federal court in Houston prepared to demonstrate that there was a criminal matter in LA County regarding Eugene Yu and Konnech. The judge refused to consider this evidence and directed Catherine and Gregg to reveal publicly the name of the other individual in the hotel room where Gregg viewed the poll worker data in January 2021. Catherine and Gregg offered to cooperate with the court and Konnech’s lawyers by providing the name of this individual under seal. The judge refused this offer. At the end of a long day of testimony by Catherine and Gregg, the judge found them in contempt of court. They were provided an opportunity to “cure” the contempt on Monday, October 31 at 9:00 AM by revealing the name of the second individual in the hotel room. If they did not “cure” it, they would be immediately remanded into custody by the US Marshals.
October 31, 2022, Catherine and Gregg refused to name the individual who was in the hotel room in January 2021 because he was not involved in the sourcing of the poll worker data. Catherine and Gregg strongly believe that this individual’s life would be in danger should his name be revealed publicly. They were immediately remanded to the custody of the US Marshal’s Service.
In a statement last night, Catherine Engelbrecht said, “Trust, honesty, and respect will always be our highest values, regarding both our work and our lives. As a result, we will be held in jail until we agree to give up the name of a person we believe was not covered under the terms of the judge’s TRO. We ask that you keep us in your prayers. Thank you to those who continue supporting and believing in us and our mission to make elections safe for all parties and for all people.”
I spoke to Catherine today and she wanted me to pass this on to all of you. She met a woman in prison who said, “One thing you need to understand is that, in this place, your life is not your own.”
Catherine was struck by this because it drives home that Election Day is coming very soon and right now ‘your life is your own and you have choices.’ Choose to vote. Choose to be heard. If you give that right away, slowly but surely your life will not be your own, just like the woman told her in prison.
“We all have such lives of convenience, and you think it could never happen, like it could never get this bad. I’ll tell you this has been a real wake-up call– to our justice system and to our federal government. Be heard…be heard. The only way we can do that in a Constitutional Republic is to vote.“
“Vote Serve Pray. It’s like the story of the frog in the pot that is slowly boiling. We are all so comfortable in our daily lives that we do not notice as our freedoms are being taken.”
We are extremely grateful for the prayers and support of so many people. This is a critical moment in history and we have no intention of stopping now.

This man who has claimed publicly that he abides by the Templar Code, you are backing his every word as truth? A man that call’s a Judge a “Mofo” and Mr. Yu a “Mofo” racist. Peace be with you! Stand firm and speak the word of the Lord as Micaiah did with Kings who wanted to hear their truth from the lying prophets.
1Kings 22:13-28, relates to 2 kings who believe they want to take something from another King and look towards creating a war what they thought was rightly theirs. 400 prophets prophecize according to those 2 Kings hearts however passage reveals the intent of the outcome because the Lord gave permission to the lying spirit to go to the 400 prophets. The truth Micaiah spoke which came from the Lord, spoke that the Lord put a deceiving spirit among these prophets and proclaimed disaster against the 2 kings. This same prophecy is for such a time as these however, disaster will come to those who desire their own outcome such as the 2 Kings which are the justice system you are dealing with. Your words and action will be the truth. An Justice is yours!
Father I ask that you will give Gregg and Catherine the wisdom and understand that only comes from You. They will Stand and Firmly believe that the Lord is their deliverer!! For it is this wisdom they receive the strategy and understanding of Your plans and direction they both shall go. I call forth Your Warring Angels and Ministering Angels Father be activated to fight for Gregg and Catherine according to their inheritance, strategy and purpose in YOU, in Jesus Name!
It is becoming more and more apparent that as God removes His hand of protection, evil everywhere is becoming open and apparent. Let us pray like our lives depend on it. Father, stretch out your mighty arm of true justice and righteousness.
Lord God, father who cares and loves all your creation, I thank you for warriors, Catharine and Gregg and for the valiant warfare they wage in our land to maintain our freedoms and our constitution. Strengthen them through this time of trial. I pray you hold the judge accountable for his illegal actions and that his decision be rescinded, and they be released and exonerated.
May Catharine and Gregg find favor with their jailers just at Joseph did in Egypt. May they be promoted in the land and their work for justice in America be honored. Protect them. Hide them in the shelter of your pavilion and let them abide under the shelter of the Almighty. I pray angels over them and the shield of faith to protect them from all the fiery darts of Satan aimed at them.

Catherine and Gregg I have just found out this news, and I have prayed that if God has to send an angel like he did to deliver Peter from jail in the book of Acts that He can send an angel to get you put. In Jesus Name, we speak protection, justice, freedom and deliverance for you both from this situation. Psalms 91, Isaiah 41: 10 – 13, Isaiah 42:1-3a, Matthew – Nothing is impossible for our God. Proverbs 3:5, Trust in Him with all your hearts, HE is making a way to bring you both out of that prison. You are loved and prayed for and we are believing great things to come of all of this. Thank you for standing in the gap for our country and our freedoms. What you have been doing for our country is not for the faint hearted. We appreciate your work and your faithfulness and your willingness to persevere for the freedoms and liberties that the Lord has given us. I know the Lord will never leave you, nor forsake you. Father,we pray in Jesus name for Christine and Gregg. We speak life over them and your angels round about them as prov.18:21 & ps 91 :11 &v15 as well.ps 103:1-6 put on the armor of God Epes6:10-18 & may your families also be ministered to as well. Rom8:31 God is for you and so are we.
Father God I come before your Holy Presence for Gregg & Christine that was put in jail because they would not give the Judge a name of the person who had shown them information about the 2020 elections. Word from the prophet- “ Fight as David fought” David had such faith that you could not stop him from telling others, He had slain a bear and Lion by using the skills God had taught him built upon Faith. That is our walk that will give them courage. I lift up Gregg and Christine that they will be a David. To have the courage and faith in God to set them free. I pray for The Judge that would not accept the evidence but wanted the person who had the information even though he saw the evidence. Catherine told the Judge I am fearful for his life. Hebrew – 6-13 God is the God who can go before us. He taught David and David trusted God to do what he says he will do. God guided David on what to do and gave him courage so he could understand Gods promises and Trust Him. God we pled the blood of Jesus over Gregg and Christine that they will be protected and God will expose evidence that cannot keep them in prison. Catherine and Gregg have done amazing work for this country. They are an example of integrity, love for country, courage in the face of the evil that caused an election to be stolen. What a different place we would be in if every judge that has had evidence presented regarding the stolen election would have had the courage and integrity of these two heroes. Lord please watch over them in this time of unjust confinement, cause those in charge of them to show favor to them, and I ask that you would comfort them and their families.
I activate angels, the Lord’s Host to war for Catherine & Gregg and to war against the evil and injustice that pervades in our judicial system, our elected officials, and our Nation. We are a Constitutional Republic and too many have their Constitutional rights trampled on and decree and end to this by the Sovereign hand of God in Jesus Name! So be it.

I will pray and fast for their well being…
Gregg and Catherine, I will pray for you every day. Father God I ask You to rectify this situation where in this government there are people who should be arrested for what they have dishonestly done, against our laws, against our Constitution. Not this couple who are standing for voter integrity and faith in God. I/we pray that those in this government who are absolutely disobeying our laws/Constitution, that You would shout it on the housetops and bring them to repentance concerning what is really going on.
That the guilty would not any longer find themselves still in the jobs they have not done well. That the United States of America being founded on this soil as the Mayflower Compact Covenant was established so we may be free and each person would be able to worship God, had the right to be governed by this Constitution and not a small group of people always changing things for everyone, that never worked in the past.
We pray Father that Gregg and Catherine would miraculously be set free as they are innocent of wrong doing. Also we ask Father God, that You would reveal the proof of what has actually been done, for all to see.

Heavenly Father:
There is overwhelming injustice in our Democratic Republic, and Catherine and Greg, in serving You, sought to expose such injustices & illegalities. Oh Lord, China is trying to destroy us and reformulate whatever pieces remain to their own fascist style, as they conspire to have sensitive information about our citizenry delivered into their hands. Catherine & Greg have served You with tenacious and unyielding faith and fortitude to expose such practices and put an end to such illegal activities aimed directly against our citizens. Shower Catherine and Greg with Your Glorious Blessings during their persecution and incarceration, reward them for their perseverance in delivering the truth to our nation. Cooperating with the FBI, with Your Magnificent Love in their hearts and Your Holy Purposes for them observed in their prayers, they gathered facts and the FBI, agreeing to the serious nature of the facts, expanded its own involvement in the investigation, thus leading to the arrest of an individual illegally procuring and transferring our sensitive personal information to China. Now, Heavenly Father, our legal system, instead of lauding them with praise and thanksgiving, has held Catherine & Greg in contempt & jailed them, Lord, for protecting the name of their source, whose life would most certainly be at extreme peril, if revealed. Dear Lord, please protect Catherine and Greg and their confidential source, and restore the rights and protections of CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANTS, that is, WHISTLEBLOWERS. Open the hearts of those in the judicial sytem who would endeavor to do such harm to patriotic Christians such as Catherine and Greg, who choose to serve You and set us free with the truth. Deliver Catherine and Greg from their bondage, and in Your Everlasting Mercy, grant them Your Peace, Hope and Safety. Allow them to return to their family and friends and to continue to serve You through helping them to continue to reveal the truth and open the eyes of those who refuse to see.

Lord Jesus, our trust and hope are in You. Thank You for providing for Gregg and Catherine. Thank You for their integrity. Please, make a way where there seems to be no way for these two brave servants. In Jesus’ name.

Father God your word says in Psalm 33:5 you love justice and righteousness so we call to you for your government of the kingdom of heaven, by which you raise kings up and throw down wicked ones. We ask you to expose and throw down the corrupt ones who seek to establish ungodliness and corruption as their normal way to live. You word says in Psalm 55:9 that their tongues and plans are to be divided and cast down. So, we call to you Father God to overturn the corrupt rulings of Judge Kenneth Hoyt, we ask you to cause division and chaos in the camp of the corrupt ones in the DOJ, FBI, and DC and as it is written establish the righteous in their place. These organizations belong to you not the enemy and we call upon you for your justice to establish them again in righteousness with Godly workers and leaders to bring America to honor that you designed her for. Jesus you taught us to pray deliver us from evil, and so I ask for both Catherine and Gregg to be delivered from this evil and bring about the fear of the Lord in the rulership of America in Jesus name amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up Catherine and Greg to You and I pray that You would move mightily on their behalf for their release. I pray that this judge would be reprimanded and shamed into changing his ruling as he will realize it is an unjust ruling.I pray your fear will come upon him so he will repent of this wickedness. Encourage and comfort Catherine and Greg today Lord, strengthen them in their inner man and bless them for their courage. Send the right people to come to their aid quickly and without delay. Cause the doors of their jail cells to be opened so they may be free once again.. Oh Father these things aren’t not to be. Hear our cry and quickly deliver them from their imprisonment. Save with your outstretched arm! In the name of your holy Son Jesus Christ I ask and I thank you Father for seeing and hearing and caring. I love you LORD! Amen.
It is so very disturbing that this could happen in the United States of America. As the times get more dark and seem more and more hopeless, it’s critical that we all remember who’s really in charge in the midst of all this insanity – and it isn’t the liberals, whether they be in the media or in our courts of law. God is Just, and He sees everything. Keep the faith. Don’t get discouraged. This is for a time, but the Lord is in charge of time. Keep praying. Hold fast.
I will be praying for you both. I have not heard about this case. I am not surprised by your arrest. I can assure you that no matter how dark it looks, remember Psalm 34:17: The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. and Psalm 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. I must first say before my prayer that Catherine and Gregg are brave beyond what most can imagine. They have given up everything for this cause. That is why the evil one is after them. I like to use the WWII bomber pilot saying you know you are over the target when you are getting flak… They are over the target. I believe we ~ America has been attacked and invaded by the CCP. Or we have a deep state that is running our government that wants complete control and has delegated aspects to bad actors to insulate them from the crimes.
The exact reasons are minor, the good thing is we know what and how they are trying to destroy America (God has always known it), but now we can bring God’s will on earth as in Heaven and God will fight for us.

I am so thankful to Catherine, Gregg, and all who are doing this great work on behalf of Freedom, Liberty, and Justice for all. Will continue to pray for their strength, God’s presence in their lives, and His ultimate will being done. His ways are above ours so I cannot begin to say why this has all come about as it has.
