Absolutely agree with these courageous men!! We, as Christians especially, need to stand firm in what we believe to be right and against sin, as the Bible tells us.
We love the sinner but hate the sin. That doesn’t mean we have to promote or agree with what they are doing! The sinner needs prayer. Remember… Every saint has a past, and every sinner has a future… so pray for them because God forgives sin and forgets the sin IF people repent and ask forgiveness!

I am so grateful for these men, that they were courageous enough to take a stand for reighteousness, knowing that they would get plenty of pushback! I’m praying that they will be supported by their wives and families, and that they will support each other, as the culture rages against them. They are role models for believers!

I had turned my heart away from baseball when I saw how the MLB was supporting the homosexual and other movement. I’m very glad to know that there are baseball players who are taking a stand against it. They have a right to their beliefs as much as the other community does. I was an avid baseball fan and I miss it a lot. If more players would stand up and be noticed for their Christian beliefs maybe it wouldn’t feel so bad to support baseball again.

It is important to share your spiritual beliefs when they come in contact with those who exhibit non- spiritual positions.We as Christians must stand against those who share their flawed worldly views.

Yes, praise God for the courage of those Tampa Bay players to voice their opinion! Unfortunately, they are in the minority but it’s a start! Frankly, God’s people have been too quiet on the LGBTQ+ subject! In my lifetime, I have been a part of silent protests displaying our belief on the sanctity of life. That’s rarely seen in churches today! It’s because of the reluctance of Christians to speak out plus the known fact that America (and the world) have moved away from God. 2 Chronicles 7:14 definitely applies here – “If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, seek My face, pray and turn from their wicked ways, then, will I heal their land”. In Old/New Testament days, Israel disobeyed God many, many times and He punished them! But He restored them because He loved them! Our prayer focus should be on repentance, revival and restoration!

Not only is this a religious belief and a behavior (publicizing and prioritizing transgenderism and the existence of multiple genders (??) which contributes to the decline of the family, it is also illogical and can be spoken outside of telling someone it’s religious. We live in a physical world, a world of trees, mountains, rain, including BODIES. As we reproduce sexually, unlike amoeba, there are two kinds of bodies, male and female. While there may be many ideas in those bodies, there are only two types of bodies, two genders. If we were in a non-physical world without bodies, we could be whatever gender we wanted, if that would even matter there. However, here, we need to recognize the two genders there are, while not demonizing people for the feelings they carry in those bodies. However, here there identity is connected to those bodies, whether or not they feel they have the wrong one (which must be a very hard burden to carry).
I suggest that absolutely people read BraveNewWorld by Huxley and then follow up by reading Brave New World Revisited, also by Huxley, written a few years later. Pay attention as he explains why he wrote what he did. If one likes, one may also read 1984 by Orwell.
It is a harsher story and inaccurate as to time frame, but it contains some concepts that are relevant now.

I think it took tremendous courage on the players part to express their beliefs without taking a stand for something they don’t believe in. It’s the people we ate to live not the behavior.

To the brave who stand up for the word of God as the MLB players have done, here’s an encouragement. And to those who capitulate to culture, a reminder from Paul writing to Timothy in conditions similar to ours today:

“Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us; if we are faithless, he will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself.”

May all of God’s people stand together bravely for the Truth of Christ., no matter what the consequences may be.

It is my opinion that we believers should not restate that this is “p… month.” No, this is the month of June. The same is true with an upcoming date now called Juneteenth. As for me, I shall not bow to these new terms which have absolutely no credibility or Biblical basis.
Father, forgive us for falling prey to the new terms people use to try to change our thinking and our worldview. This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.” As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord. Help me to glorify You today, while it is still today. Hallelujah! I am shedding tears of joy that rhere are young men of prominent position in the worlds eyes who are willing to stand up and proclaim their faith in Jesus and hold firm to their beliefs. I love that they are not making proclamations against others but standing for what they believe.

Praise the Lord! The scripture tells us that in the last days they shall call that which is evil good and that which is good evil. This was from the book of Isiah from several thousand years ago. Have things really changed? Those who are involved in the LGBTQ stuff are basically godless relativists who are hell bound. The could not do those things if they were believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. We can love them but can not participate with them or speak positively about what they are doing.

Thank you Lord for these players who give you the glory. As for me and my house we will serve you Lord. They will not bow to the Gods of man. Love is not tolerant of sin.

I think it’s terrific! Why should we as Christians be forced to participate in someting that’s agianst our beliefs? I wish more players would stand up against this ridiculous PRIDE month! There’s healthy pride in one’s accomplsihments, but not in a movement that is 3-5% of our population. We can love those who have an identity crisis, but we don’t need to foster it!!

I believe it’s a loving response. Jesus loves with grace and truth. He loved me too much to let me stumble in the darkness and continue to choose behaviors that would harm me spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally, so He gave me His love letter, His Holy Word in the Bible so I could choose His path of forgiveness and peace. I am a Christian and conservative by choice and a lesbian by birth. I am appalled at what “equality” has come to mean for just a few people with loud mouths. I am sorry that pride is being pushed down everyone’s throats – it should never have been about pride. I pray that just because a few with loud mouths and huge wallets push an evil agenda, that we are not all seen as wanting this or condoning what’s been happening. In fact, some of us are fighting against this, especially when it comes down to children and children look up to MLB players. I’m thankful they are standing up for their beliefs! There was no malice in their disagreement with the forced narrative represented by so called “pride patches.” These players by the Grace of God were great examples of standing firm in the faith. They did not condemn those who practice the “lifestyle” of homosexuality. In fact Adam stated that Jesus would encourage us to abstain from the “gay lifestyle: just as Jesus encourages heterosexual males to abstain from sex out side of the confines of marriage…It’s no different…..And I agree.

Thank God for these courageous men & their families who are setting an example of courageous Christian living. It’s difficult. I have a niece who has chosen this lifestyle. I just trio her that I will always love her but I can’t participate in any of her programs., can’t even acknowledge her “wedding”. Thanks again for this show of faith! Amen!
