Trans Killer Blamed Parents Before Double Murder
A horrifying murder case out of Utah is drawing renewed attention after newly released interrogation footage showed a transgender-identifying killer blaming ongoing family conflict over gender transition surgery for the execution-style murders of both parents. The disturbing case is raising fresh concerns about mental health, family breakdown, and the emotional consequences surrounding radical gender ideology.

From the New York Post:
Chilling new interrogation video shows a twisted trans killer calmly confessing to executing both parents — blaming it on the mom trying to thwart ongoing gender transition surgery.
Mia Bailey, now 30, copped to slaughtering mom Gail and dad Joseph inside the family home in Washington, Utah, in 2024, the footage obtained by KUTV shows.
The twisted murderer, who was born male but had recently changed name while identifying as female, admitted a years-long decline in mental health, telling investigators it was “why I needed the surgery.”
According to investigators, Bailey claimed ongoing disputes with the family — particularly the mother — contributed to growing resentment and emotional instability. During the interrogation, Bailey admitted to intentionally going to the parents’ home “to do the deed” and later expressed no remorse for the killings.
Authorities say Bailey fired multiple rounds inside the home, killing both parents before attempting to shoot a sibling who managed to escape and call 911. After an hours-long manhunt, police captured Bailey, who later pleaded guilty to the murders and received two sentences of 25 years to life in prison.
The tragic story highlights the deep emotional and spiritual brokenness affecting many individuals and families today. Mental health struggles, identity confusion, isolation, and fractured family relationships continue devastating lives across America. While political debates often dominate conversations about gender ideology, this heartbreaking case also points to the desperate need for truth, compassion, healing, and spiritual restoration.
Let’s pray for hurting families, for those struggling with identity and mental health challenges, and for a culture increasingly disconnected from God’s design and truth. We can stand firmly for biblical truth while also praying for healing, redemption, and hope for those caught in deep confusion and pain.
