If God had not sent His only Begotten Son we would not be saved. He is our Redeemer and Deliverer. We are saved only because Jesus took ALL of our sin on Him and was persecuted and killed for the sins that we are committing. In words, but what about deeds? Actions do speak louder than words. President Trump has spoken sincerely about protecting the rights of Christians and even signed a executive order relating to it. (Granted, executive orders are not the most constitutional way of getting things done, but at least it did.) Now we can judge with righteous judgement a person’s actions, but never the heart. I don’t like a certain persons’ actions, policies or words, but really, I can’t read his heart and know his or her motives until they tell me. I think we all are guilty of this if we are honest. I can judge you on this and say you may be baring false witness against our President but it would have to be on your words or actions I can’t read your heart or understand your motives unless you tell me. Likewise, you can’t read Pres. Trump’s hearts and know his motives unless he declares them. So therefore you are judging another and possibly baring false witness which is sin. He who is without sin, cast the first stone.

Good assumption: I am, indeed, not God. Neither am I bearing false witness against anyone. I am merely observing. Trump’s actions and words throughout his life have been consistent with self-glorification at others’ expense–literally and figuratively. His Christmas address was written by someone else. On several occasions, he has shown himself to be ignorant of the most basic scripture. In private, he has been recorded mocking the very Christians who support him. These are not instances of bearing false witness; they are facts. If you choose to believe the false front he presents to the public, that’s your choice. Kristi, I disagree: Trump did NOT do a “great job” reading those words. But he just isn’t a very good reader. It’s amazing (and depressing) to me that so many people look at this fraud read something that he doesn’t even really understand and conclude that he’s a good Christian. HIs actions, his entire life, says otherwise.
Trump is God’s man for this time and we are to support him no matter what you believe about him. Of all the people born God chose him for America and yet many have abandoned him. Someone wrote a very toouching speech for the president. His actions does not reflect his speech; which is probably why he had to read it. I believe there was no election fraud- he simply lost.
Are you blind??? Who are you listening to for the truth? Newsmax and other conservative media report people who have witnessed the fraud who have signed affidavits to what they have seen. Thousands of people have done so and have testified before judges and houses of representatives to this fact. Have you seen the video taken in Georgia that shows suitcases pulled out from under the table after the observers have been sent home, then these ballets were feed into the Dominion system and then the spike for Biden recorded thousands of ballets. Illigel what was done there.
Have you not heard that in Georgia, attorneys have demonstrated before the court equal numbers of ballets for Trump and Biden were feed into the Dominion Voting System repeatedly with the outcome 87 percent for Trump and 114 percent for Biden. In another case, 50 batches of ballets were feed into the Dominion system and every one came out exactly the same stats Biden ahead of Trump by the same numbers. Impossible. This Dominion Voting System was designed by Hugo Chavez IT people to rig their elections so he would never lose again. Do you know that China paid in October, 400 million to buy this system reported by Dick Morris. That the system was monitored by computers by Iran and China. Newsmax on Sprinfield interviewed an attorney in Michigan yesterday who was representing a county (forgot the name) demonstrated before the court with forensic experts that the first vote report coming out of the Dominion System gave Trump 4000 plus votes and Biden 9000. But after the system was examined, the true vote came out Trump 9000 plus to Biden 4000 plus. This report was sent to the Michigan election commission at 2:00 yesterday. So sorry you have been kept in the dark.

I am a cautious supporter of Trump. But he wasn’t literally reading the Word of God. He was reading something. We need to know what the literal Word says so we know when it’s literally being quoted. It’s more important than ever.
I didn’t actually look up the words referred to but I have no doubt they are Biblical; does reading them off a piece of paper make them less Biblical? If so my pastor is in trouble. He has not publicly announced he is a born again Christian, but at the same time has done more for religious freedom than any other president in my life time.

The last couple sentences validate what God gave me as a scripture on November 3 as I prayed for Donald J Trump to be re-elected so we don’t have Communists taking over: I asked God to please stay our deserved judgment as a nation and give us one more chance. I said do it for YOUR glory God not for us because we do not deserve anything from You as a nation because of our rebellion. I then opened my Bible right to the scripture “ This is what the sovereign Lord says it is not for your sake oh house of Israel that I am going to do these things but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. I will show the holiness of my great name which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know That I am the Lord declares the sovereign Lord when I show myself holy through you before their eyes.” Ezekiel36: 22-23. And then Ezekiel 36: 32 “I want you to know that I am not doing this for your sake declares the sovereign Lord be ashamed and disgraced for your conduct O house of Israel”. I know this was for Israel but it perfectly describes now and I believe that God is going to show Himself. He has heard the prayers of all you faithful intercessors.

I appreciate so much all the comments on this post, and that this is the most encouraging spiritual word I’ve heard from President
Trump. But I am still confused. The only statement he makes that indicates he may have accepted Christ as his personal savior are when he refers to “OUR Lord and Savior.” At the end he states “on behalf of Melania and my family…”. He has done some amazing things for our country, but he seems in public to be more of a God-fearer than a redeemed believer. I would love to hear something from him that’s more personal and indicative of what’s truly happened in his heart.
