Christians have been participating in a Jericho March each day in Ottawa–it will culminate Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 1:05 with a blowing of the shofar! They are believing for the bringing down of the walls of division and the loosing of a spirit of FREEDOM. Did you know that the parliament buildings in Ottawa have more scriptures on/in them than the buildings in Washington, DC? Even the bells that ring in the hour – the carillon bells – chime out scripture! At noon each day it rings out Luke 2:14 – “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” (Lk 2:14 NKJV)

Kristin Nagle, a Christian nurse at the Parliament buildings, reports, “Many truckers have their families, including children, with them and today the Liberals banned children from being there and anyone who doesn’t comply could receive fines or five years in jail. There have been bouncy castles set up and the police took them away today.
They tried to take hockey nets and sticks from kids who were playing in the street and some dads told the police not to take them and asked the police to stand with them. The men were crying and said the police were holding back tears. The police left without taking the hockey nets and sticks.”
The Epoch Times reported that the Ottawa police chief, Peter Sloly, resigned, including his statement:
“Since the onset of this demonstration, I have done everything possible to keep this city safe and put an end to this unprecedented and unforeseeable crisis. We have acquired new resources and enforcement tools, and stood up the new Integrated Command Centre. I am confident the Ottawa Police Service is now better positioned to end this occupation.”
City councillor Diane Deans said during an Ottawa Police Services Board meeting that the board and Sloly had “reached a mutually agreed-upon separation.”
Deans thanked Sloly for his service, and said there would be no more comment because “this is a labour relations matter.”
Ottawa Police Services’ Deputy Chief Steve Bell will be the interim police chief until the board has appointed a permanent replacement.
From Breitbart: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has invoked the Emergencies Act for the first time to squash the ongoing Freedom Convoy protests against Wuhan coronavirus restrictions, potentially giving the Canadian leader sweeping emergency powers.
Trudeau announced the use of the Emergencies Act for the first time in its history on Monday afternoon, stating that the federal government has invoked the act to aid law enforcement to stop border blockades as well as the Freedom Convoy demonstration in downtown Ottawa.
He went on to claim the act would be used in a time-limited and geographically narrow way and would not be used to bring in the military or suspend the rights of Canadians in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The Emergencies Act replaced the prior War Measures Act that was used by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, the current prime minister’s father, during the October crisis of 1970 when members of the far-left terrorist Front de libération du Québec (FLQ) kidnapped and murdered Quebec Deputy Premier Pierre Laporte.
The act, which came into law in 1988, allows Trudeau to invoke various measures that could include banning people from gathering in certain areas as well as restricting their travel across the country…
Alberta Premier Jason Kenney has also stated his opposition, saying, “We have the legal powers that we need. We have the operational resources that we need to enforce, and I think at this point for the federal government to reach in over top of us without offering anything in particular would frankly be unhelpful.”
Alberta is one of the provinces dealing with a Freedom Convoy blockade at the town of Coutts along the United States border, which has been ongoing for the last two weeks…
Ontario Premier Doug Ford stated Monday morning that he supported Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act just days after Ford declared a province-wide state of emergency to end several border blockades in Ontario, including the blockade of the Ambassador Bridgein Windsor, which sees large volumes of cross-border trade.
“I support the federal government and any proposal they have to bring law and order back to our province, to make sure we stabilize our business and trade around the world,” Ford said.

This Emergencies Act is something a Communist dictator would do. All Trudeau has to do is lift the mandates and the truckers would leave.

However, I’ve heard there is a strong cultural lack of Christian believers and churches in Canada. Our church is supporting one missionary family planning to go somewhere there to start a church(es).

A lot of covid deaths could have been avoided with proper management, from the CDC down to the doctors in hospitals. Now they are admitting that early treatment is best, when that should have been done from day 1- basic medicine. A lot of deaths were because of co- morbidties, and ventilator use. unfortunately, we now know the COVID shot, (so far three and more to come – every six months?) does not stop the spread of the virus – you can still get COVID, even though fully vaxed, which means you are then a carrier and a transmitter or spreader of the virus, same as an unvaxed person would be if they contracted the virus. There is no difference between the vaxed and the unvaxed in this regard. If you believe the vaccine means that when you get the virus, your personal case will be milder and not require hospitalization, that would be a good personal health decision for you, you are protecting yourself from more severe illness. But you are not protecting anyone else. You are still a potential carrier and transmitter. Actually, some studies are now showing the vaxed are contracting COVID at higher rates than the unvaxed. The vaccine is a personal health decision, not a public health decision. And that’s where freedom enters in, in a free society you aren’t denied the vaccine and others aren’t forced to take it. I believe that Premier Doug Ford didn’t support the Federal Emergencies Act being implemented. He had already brought an end to the Ambassador bridge blockage using his Provincial Emergencies Act before Monday morning. Same resolution without the Federal Act happened in Alberta for the Coutts (Sweet Grass, MT) crossing. Ford is now on record with 8 (out of 10 other Provincial Premiers) that the Federal implementation is unnecessary. Additionally, Quebec has stated that this Federal implementation threatens their sovereignty within Canada.

What a wonderful example for their children they are, showing them that some things are worth sacrificing for, risking something and taking a stand – freedom is such a thing. It seems to me the issues go much deeper and darker than Vax or not to Vax but to the core of everything we hold as precious and vital to the health and vitality of freedom and liberty for all. Praying for a solution upon which the truckers can go back home triumphant! I would like to see them depart the city, go home, and protest from there….not delivering, not picking up, not providing services until their requests, which are not in the least bit unusual, are met. God Bless them for the attention this is getting and for their peacefulness. I’m not sure American truckers will be as peaceful, but I pray they will.
I stand in prayer with the people of Canada to be a free people to choose! Not only free to choose to wear a mask or not or to receive a vaccine or not, but FREE to choose. The church should be the one doing all the protesting, but at least we’re supporting them. It is not just a trucker demonstration. At stake is our religion (do we stand for not just godly values but what God values?), our children (do we want our children to be trafficked for sex and/or slavery? as seen in the Epstein scandal that has world wide implications with major leaders of countries and nations), and our children’s protection – our freedom to protect and grow up our children free from sexual molestation and wrong values concerning family and sexual orientation and values. Our friend was there and took video. He sent it to my husband. About a month ago he checked his phone and his videos were gone. My husband checked his, they were removed too. It is very hard to believe we are where we are. Praying always!

This has all come down to a battle between good and evil.
