From The Federalist: Michael Sussmann filed a response to John Durham’s Friday court filing that set off a media buzz over the criminal case against the former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney.
In the six-page memo filed in the D.C. federal court, Sussmann’s Latham and Watkins attorneys informed the court they had previously advised the special counsel that Sussman understood his right to consult with independent counsel and intended to waive any potential conflicts of interest. Sussmann’s filing added that he does not oppose Durham’s request that he waive those issues on the record.
Sussmann then spent the next five pages complaining about the special counsel’s filing. He claimed it “unnecessarily includes prejudicial—and false—allegations that are irrelevant to his Motion and to the charged offense.” Those extra details, Sussmann argued, were “plainly intended to politicize this case, inflame media cover, and taint the jury pool.”
In other words, the media has finally begun covering the special counsel’s investigation and the indictment against Sussmann, and he is none too happy…
“It was not until November 2021—two months after Mr. Sussmann was indicted—that the Special Counsel bothered to interview any individual who worked full-time for the Campaign to determine” if Sussmann had met with the FBI on behalf of the Clinton campaign, the motion read.
But why specify “full-time” in this assertion? The most likely answer is that someone else connect to the Clinton campaign confirmed the special counsel’s charge—that Sussmann met with Baker on behalf of the Clinton campaign.
On the other hand, if the campaign completely denies Sussmann was acting on its behalf in meeting with Baker, that will make for a much more interesting trial, with the Clinton campaign representatives subject to cross-examination by Durham’s team concerning exactly what authority Sussmann had and when he needed approval from above; and exactly what Sussmann was authorized by the campaign to do.
Now that Sussmann has made it an issue, we may get some clarity from Durham’s office on what the Clinton campaign is claiming concerning the September 19, 2016, meeting when it responds to Monday’s filing. So stay tuned.

Mrs Clinton has never been held accountable for any of her wrong doing from the time she was First Lady of Arkansas. May God be glorified and His will be done during the Durham Investigation.

Remember back when Hillary was absolved of any wrong-doing in the matter of destroying her internet server? At the time, I wondered why on earth God would let her get away with such an eggregious crime. Maybe He let that one pass so we’d keep on digging and find this far more significant and wide-reaching crime. Lots more fish in this net, with far more serious consequences for the guilty. God is deadly serious about exposing the depth of corruption. The longer we are willing to wait for justice, the more He will be able to expose.
Keep praying, and trust His wisdom. He is a just God, and justice WILL be done.

There’s kind of an unwritten rule in something like this. If a person (in this case – Sussman) respond “quickly” to a legal situation (I.E. – Durham’s report), it’s done for the following reasons. (1) to tamp down the finding & create doubt (2) to run interference for those you’re trying to protect (3) to project yourself further (4) to distract (5) to build a foundation to cut a deal.
ALL of these are in play in this case. Sussman is staring at “more jail” time unless he does something drastic. Attorneys rarely respond this fast unless there’s a 5 alarm fire situation – and this is that situation. Hillary’s “within 48 hours” response is a dead giveaway to “I’ve been caught again” (that doesn’t surprise anyone). Her response also gives away the obvious arrogance and falsehood of her belief in invincibility – that it is alive and well.
Many have prayed for corruption to be not only exposed but that justice would be served. We must stand unified in continuing to do so. Not from a heart that seeks revenge but from a heart of always trying to align with God’s will. And God will bring justice if we continue to seek Him. God wants to save everyone but not all will respond to His calling of repentance and turning to Him. Perhaps God’s salvation, for many, will become realized through the exercise of His perfect justice.
to be honest i had a bit of trouble following this article and understanding what happened. I therefore declare that there is no divination that can hide or confuse what God wants exposed with this case.

Instead of rambling on here with my own words, i just want to post and pray Psalm 94 and Job 27 , i pray for all hypicrites in our government who feign that they are true public servants working for the good of our nation yet who knowingly and deliberately in stealth interferred with Donald Trump’s presidency and second term election in an attempt to stifle and distract him from the good things he was doing for our economy, to put America first, he was good for the Church, established judgments for human traffickers, etc., Father bless and judge them in your timing, expose all national and world leaders who are closet-communists, marxists, socialists, as well as elite enemies of the USA and nations of the world who support them to enforce wicked agendas and schemes to bring the USA and entire World under a socialist or communist new world order, human beings who want to “fix” the world to suit their own wicked beliefs by eliminating God, datingbto even change the definition of male and female and defining words such as mother and father to reflect their satanic rebellious beliefs and practices, i won’t belabor who they are and what they want and do, we already know and more importantly so do you all the more, oh God.

i may get flack on posting Job 27 but it is the word of God. I believe through some twist of the devil to sift and prove God’s people, some good God fearing people (like Job) have suffered some of the very same things Job spoke about the wicked in these verses, but that doesnt mean to ignore these verses, They are disturbing, but again they are biblical. At the same time we are instructed by Christ to bless and not curse our enemies, Father we know you are merciful and willing that none perish , but we also know that harsh words and judgments are recorded in your word, So Lord we bless our enemies and leave judgment to you, trusting you and your timing, and trustingbypur word, but we join the psalmist in asking: we how long? How long will they be allowed to wreak their havoc on our nation and prevail in doing so? Father we dont want to see bad things happen to anyone we just want our nation and the nations of the world under YOUR control as your word says the nations ARE Yours. we trust you to save and we know you are patient and merciful to hold back judgment yet we are mindful of the words of Job 27: Let mine enemy be as the wicked, and he that riseth up against me as the unrighteous.
8 For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?
9 Will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him?

Father is it time to clap our hands and hiss them out of their place? we ask, Let us not get ahead of you or lag behind, let us not use or quote your word out of order, we ask like sons of thunder “shall we call down judgment?” they had the sense to ask Jesus as do we, and Jesus admonished them. Yet even youth who cursed Elisha the prophet were judged by a bear…put your words in the mouths of your chosen anointed ones in your perfect time and your perfect way, and release your righteous blessings and judgments in the earth as stated in your word, that you may be glorified,
Isaiah 26:9 With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; For when Your judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” We receive your word in entirety as a finished work and thank you for it.

It shall prove interesting how this scoundrel is dealt with. Sounds like he is being quite the whiner, thinking that his inappropriate behavior will not surface. After all, he worked for Hillary Clinton. We all know, she made her deal with the devil years ago. Anyone who would be in her employ has to be just as corrupt and dishonest as she is. I hope and pray that this case gets mainstream media coverage, and exposes Hillary and Sussman for the crooks that they are. Lord I pray for justice and that you use this case as an example of no one is untouchable. One way or another they will fall and there ways will either consume them and they will grow arrogant those thinking that they have nothing to fear not even our Lord God in the Heavens. I want to pray for justice and that this will cause the dominoes to fall with in the establishment and I want to pray for protection and courage for those involved in the investigation and case that God will not allow them to be tempted to back down and be intimidated from the spirit of fear or from the establishment. I pray that God will help see the Durham Investigation through. I pray that God will show the world that not only is he alive but that no matter how evil and corrupt your government is none is above God. That God is in control and I praise God.
