More and more young people are identifying as transgender every day, especially in areas that incorporate it into their education.
From Daily Caller. Nearly half of the 1.6 million Americans who identify as transgender are teenagers or young adults, and some of the highest rates of youth transgenderism occur in blue states, according to a new study.

The study, conducted by the University of California Los Angeles Williams Institute, found that transgenderism rates varied between states, with New York seeing a 3% rate among youth compared to roughly 0.6% in Wyoming.
The percent of youth who identify as transgender had doubled since its last estimate, while transgenderism in adults had remained stable. Nearly a fifth of the total transgender population is aged 13-17, according to the study.
The states with the highest proportions of transgender youth were Democrat-led and generally more permissive of classroom instruction on gender identity and sexual orientation, such as New York, where state education guidance includes instructions on teaching about sexuality and gender identity. New York has nearly double the national rate of youth transgenderism, according to the study….
Some commentators and medical professionals have suggested that the surging rates of transgenderism among youth are the result of social contagion. Erica Anderson, a transgender psychologist who works with transgender children, has said that social media is largely to blame…
Many suggest that the increase in transgenderism among youth is because of what schools are teaching. As teachers force their corrupted ideology on innocent children, some parents are fighting back.
From Fox News. Three Pennsylvania parents filed a federal lawsuit last week alleging that their children’s first-grade teacher violated district policy, state law and the Constitution by teaching children about gender dysphoria and transgender transitioning.
The suit, filed by mothers Carmilla Tatel, Stacy Dunn and Gretchen Melton against the Mount Lebanon School District, seeks a court order to stop the gender-related instruction at Jefferson Elementary School in Pittsburgh, or else provide parents the option to opt their children out of it.
It also seeks a jury trial in federal court to decide compensating and punitive financial damages.
In addition to the district, the suit names the district’s superintendent and school board, as well as first-grade teacher Megan Williams….
The mothers allege Williams did not respect their parental rights…
The lawsuit points out the “unique perspectives and views” that Williams might have as the mother of a transgender child who is the same age as her students, but noted that such a fact “does not give her the right to impose those views on a captive audience of six- and seven-year-old children….”
The lawsuit also claims that the district violated its own polices by not listing gender dysphoria and transgender transitioning as part of the curriculum online and also alleges that parents were not given the opportunity to excuse their children from such instruction if it does not conform with how they would like to broach such topics.
It also noted how the district previously allowed parents such leeway when approaching sensitive topics such as the Holocaust, slavery, the 9/11 terrorist attacks and Black Lives Matter….

Yes Lord, please have mercy on the children as well as the ignorant adults. May Your Spirit visit them and open their eyes to see Your truth! In Jesus’ name, I pray against the spirit of lust, the spirits behind homosexuality and transgenderism and all kinds of sexual sins. May You give them a heart to feel disgusted of these sins, and save them from the snare of Satan. In Jesus’ name, amen.

First hold accountable those who push sin on the Children. Hebrews says: let us stop going over the basics, let us grow and become mature in our understanding of God, right from wrong evil deeds. First comes the understanding of salvation and the gift Jesus gave us; eternal life. Parents, teachers, preachers we have missed to tell the Truth to the Children and make The stories of Jesus #1 in their lives. Parents need to be more involved with their children and what is happening in school class rooms. Teachers are to be removed from teaching if they teach sin. Board members, Supervisors should all be held accountable. Transgender did not just start it has been going on for years, I am finding out. I am shocked about all of the Transgender, LBGTQ that parents think is alright. Drag queens reading books to school children. This all leaves me with one thought : The Parents need major help too. I am seeing it materialize: what am I doing Praying, praying in my heavenly language, search scriptures, Pray, bind all of shocking things I see, hear, call upon Heaven to heal this Parent, child abuse, the abuse of teachers, schools, States leaders. I have turned off TV , made a choice if I was going to see results I needed to speak to God more, pray for other prayer warriors that the urgency of Gods words need to battle and break the gates of hell and all of the Evil Spirits that is destroying our Families, children, pastors, teachers, law makers and more. As I am writing these words my heart is heavy for These wonderful American Families who have been deceived and been given watered down deception how to live ( Right from Wrong). God light the fire 🔥 of being able to Feel again, allow the Holy Spirit to be your discerning understanding. Ask Jesus for directions of how to do the basics of life. If you feel overwhelmed simply say God I need help, show me how to defeat the lies, negative words, teach ME to stand and make my house and my children secure under you leadership again. Simply said we need Jesus in our lives again. Jesus send a powerful shaking to open hearts, eyes, feelings, so we can live Again for you. These are some of my thoughts, words Gods has laid before me. He wants His children back on Track of living for what Jesus sacrificed for us. The joy of the Lord is your strength. Do not let Satan in any part of your life, he is nothing but evil. Gods blessings be upon you as we learn together. Take back what has been stolen from us. Praise u Jesus for your words of truth.

Why should young people not identify as transgender, when they are told at school that it is “cool” to be that, and that they will be protected in that rebellion?
I do think there are real transgender people, those who have a physical body of one gender, and an inner construction of another gender. I think those people are not as common as they seem to be becoming. Transgender people deserve respect for their humanity, treatment according to the Golden Rule, and understanding that theirs is a very heavy burden to carry through life. They are not helped, in my opinion, by telling them the lie that they are only one gender, that of their inner construction.
We live in a physical world, a world of bodies. In that world, there are two genders (aside from the very few who are born hermaphrodites, having both physical genders in their bodies); those genders are male and female. If one believes in God, they were created that way; if one prefers to simply refer to Nature, the same result. If we were living in a non-physical world, where there were no bodies, the issue would not arise. If there were any genders there, they would be the genders of one’s inner construction or choice.
Try reading “Brave New World” by Huxley (and its sequel, “Brave New World Revisited”. In this story, the only thing forbidden was having children; frequent promiscuity of all kinds was encouraged.
We are called to be a light in the darkness and this is among the darkest times in our nation’s history. Maybe the history of the world. I pray, Lord, that all who follow you will stand up and make their voices heard and call out these evil actions being supported by local, state, and federal governments, as well as the media and corporate America. There is a spiritual battle raging for the soul of America. The sons and daughters of Satan, are seeking to destroy children so that by the time they are adults they will be damaged beyond recovery. Lord, take this evil away from us. Save these children, in Jesus name.

If we start with Biblical truth – “For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Well, our young children don’t know that – if they don’t have and find their identity, worth and purpose in the truth that they are God’s beloved, so much so that He bought their freedom and eternal life with the blood of Jesus, His only Son – if they don’t know that – they will find their identity in the world – which offers so many options, none of them ultimately satisfying – all of which lead to death – (“there is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death”) – and now besides piercings and tattoos and various forms of dress and hair styles and music and following different religious systems – now a new option is presented to our children – saying, if you are unhappy at the moment, unhappy with yourself, insecure, uncertain, not popular etc. – maybe you have the wrong body – maybe you would be happy/content/better off if you were – here, fill in, “the opposite sex of that which you now are by virtue of birth and your physical body.” What a huge burden that must be for young children to bear – to be told they must choose their sex – that they might be a mistake as they are – that it is up to them to “fix” themselves – they change their favorite foods, colors, music, friends etc. often at that age (well how many times did a lot of us change our majors in college?) and yet they are supposed to make a life-altering, life-long decision about their bodies and their identity when they are pre-puberty, grade school age? That is a choice and a burden that no generation has ever been presented with before. Growing up, we all faced challenges, trying to find our place, where we fit in, learning how to make friends and how to be a friend. Dating, being rejected, heart-ache, all part of growing up – we learn how to handle failure and learn perseverance. I worry that part of this indoctrination message is – “if you are struggling, if you feel bad or lonely or unhappy, change your sex and your problems will be solved. You will be happy – the reason you are unhappy is because you are in the wrong body.” Even if they don’t use those exact words, the message is planted in our children’s young minds, that a sex change is a solution to whatever problems they are facing. Truth, men and women both face challenges, pain, loss – all the things that human beings deal with in this broken world. The grass isn’t any greener on the transgender side of the fence. Another lie of the enemy of our souls. This is flat out rebellion- this is the clay saying to the Potter, I don’t like how You made me, You made a mistake. Only God’s truth can combat this lie and all the lies surrounding transgenderism. Praying for the truth of God’s word to be taught to our children, if not in schools, then churches, then homes, somewhere, anywhere. When we find our identity in our Creator – we are no longer looking to the world to validate us, we no longer need to change who we are, thinking that will solve our problems. Thank you Barbara J. for your well thought out writing. I am a retired middle school teacher and it just grieves my heart to hear that there are teachers in the classroom promoting transgenderism. What ever happened to teaching reading, writing, mathematics, science etc.? Having taught middle school for 29 years I know how these young people can change their thinking in an instant. Any adult that is promoting this in young children, I believe, should be charged with child abuse. I pray that parents would pay close attention to what their children are learning in school. and that parents, grandparents and even those that do not have children in the public school, would let their voices be heard and stand for Biblical truths. We all need to pray that Satan would be bound in these classrooms and that the ears of these children would not hear these transgender teachings and if they do, that they would tell their parents and their parents would react as needed. Praying for these three mothers who are going to court, that the Lord would sustain them and bring forth a victory. for their children and others!

WE, the church, are the ones with boldness and courage sourced in Holy Spirit who MUST at every opportunity drown out the lies of the defeated foe, proclaiming TRUTH by our words and especially our actions.

Lord I pray you will give these mothers favor with their lawsuit. Open the eyes of the blinded officials. I also pray that this kind of action will spread in other school districts in other counties and states.
How do we stop the spread of transgenders, when our own government approves and encourages it?
We petition the Courts of the Lord God & ask Him to release a Divine Restraining Order against this evil plotting against the innocent & blameless our children. We call upon the name of Jesus to shut the lying evil influences up & cast them back to their camp & shut the doors & protect our children souls against the False indoctrination. These entities are to strong for us & we need Our Lord Jehovah Saboath, the Lord of Host to fight for our children’s souls…. In Jesus Name!
As a retiree I drive a school bus in a blood red east Texas town. When I go to Walmart it is common to see many people with guns on their hips. One would never think that this topic would ever arise in a community this conservative , but indeed it does!!
Praise God not to th extent of these large metropolitan blue areas .
My point is this : America’s battlefields include all our children from coast to coast. This sexual perversion is a prime tool of Satan to turn us as a “nation under God” away from our roots.
We are in modern day Baal vs Elijah event so we will unite and not relent our intercession regarding the next generation!! America Shall Be Saved
Dear Lord God…please let more parents go to the school board with their dislike in the education their children are learning. If these parents would remove them from public schools and send them to parochial schools or home teach them, soon they would get the message. Thank you Lord God for all You do to help in this situation. Amen
