Although it is not the least bit surprising to readers of these pages, the National Education Association has decided it will define what Critical Race Theory is and isn’t, and make sure that what they deem truthful, honest, and appropriate will be taught in schools across America. Their proposed measures are surprising even for them.
As reported in The Epoch Times:
The largest labor and teachers’ union has voted to spread and further the teaching of the quasi-Marxist critical race theory (CRT), which it describes as a “reasonable” and “appropriate” framework for students to understand and interpret America’s past and present.
The National Education Association (NEA), which represents more than 3 million employees in public education, on June 30 kicked off its 100th Representative Assembly. During the four-day online convention, the union adopted a measure that would commit at least $127,600 to advance its pro-CRT agenda.
According to the plan, the NEA will share and publicize information about “what CRT is and what it is not,” dedicate a “team of staffers” to assist union members who “want to learn more and fight back against anti-CRT rhetoric,” and provide a study that critiques “power and oppression” in American society, including “white supremacy,” “cisheteropatriarchy,” and capitalism. . .
The vote comes after the NEA approved another measure, which seeks to “research the organizations attacking educators doing anti-racist work” and put together “a list of resources and recommendations for state affiliates, locals, and individual educators to utilize when they are attacked.”
“The research, resources, and recommendations will be shared with members through NEA’s social media, an article in NEA Today, and a recorded virtual presentation/webinar,” it says. The item was approved with an initial annual budget of $56,500.
The reason behind the measure, according to the NEA’s website, it that the “attacks on anti-racist teachers are increasing, coordinated by well-funded organizations such as the Heritage Foundation,” and that the union needs to be “better prepared to respond to these attacks so that our members can continue this important work.”
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank based in Washington, has been hosting vocal opponents of CRT, including author and filmmaker Christopher Rufo, who has written extensively to expose the CRT’s Marxist origins, how critical race theorists seek to undermine the foundations of American society, and how the ideology infiltrates schools, businesses, and government agencies.

Yes prayer is our weapon of choice. They have stolen our freedom of speech through social media and have silenced our children’s voices with thier Marxist propaganda. This will not stand! By the power of Jesus name we bind these demons from hell. No weapon formed against us shall prosper! Unions are evil and are a tool of Satan. Unions have received billions upon billions of taxpayer money either through state lotteries, sky high property taxes, and let’s not forget Biden’s trillion dollar stimulus gifts to the Unions for helping with the nation wide election fraud on November 3rd. There are multiple ways of fighting back tho. Do they (the communists) really believe we will sit by idlely while they destroy our country? I went to four rallies in Lansing last year to fight our tyrannical governor. I stood up for Karl Manke our local barber in Owosso MI. All while working third shift. I knew in March of last year this whole covid thing was a lie from Satan. The left used this to gain control over the sheeple’s. I will not be vaccinated, I will not comply to the new world order. Jesus is my God,……he alone rules the universe. We are living in the end of days. Follow Jesus only. Do not be fooled by the propaganda from the left. We will overcome by the blood of the lamb.

When I got my Master of Education Degree in 1999, in one of my classes the instructor was teaching Marxism and about Lenin to impressionable students right out of high school. I raised my hand and asked why we were teaching failed ideologies in college. I was in my 40s having gone back to get my Master’s degree. I spent that entire semester correcting the instructor with what the Constitution says and what America stands for. The instructor was very receptive and even allowed me to quote the story of the potter and the clay from the Bible during one class. These young people are the teachers of today and many were indoctrinated in colleges. FATHER GOD please open the eyes of teachers and administrators and let them remember how they were taught without Marxism and indoctrination and let them teach children according to YOUR truth whether they know it is YOUR Truth or not in JESUS MIGHTY Name! Amen!
At times we wish we could be living in old testament times. Because these homosexuals, transgenders, and pedophiles would be stoned to death. I am livid that pedophiles are allowed in our schools. And parents are never notified until after the fact.
Amen – it can’t be sitting any longer. How long have we sat for this while things got progressively more and overtly satanic until no one can believe their eyes and ears any more. We have literal lucifer-worshipping pagan satanists ruling us – I’ve been railing for years for people to stand up (partic men), fight back and storm the halls of legislature – WE have the power through God, they work for us and are as nothing before God, they are not allowed to do any of this – we will not allow it.

Disappointing, but not surprising at all. I pray that parents will push back like never before against this demonic organization and teaching. My prayer also is that more parents will decide to home-school their children or place them in private and/or Christian schools. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Parents, as an elderly woman I counsel you to choose carefully who will be the teachers and caretakers of the precious souls of your children. You can not successfully rear these young people in the Lord’s Will by allowing heathens or false “Christians” to indoctrinate them for hours a day. The philosophy of the teacher always influences how the child sees his own life, his home life, and his world. Make every necessary sacrifice to control the total environment of your youngest children. Our nation will not be blessed if we allow our youth to be educated by people who hate our God. One thought from a “teacher” carries more weight than one hour of talking by a parent. When we send children to school, the young child believes that we do it because we respect what they are taught there, whether good or bad by our standards. If you need to rearrange your lives financially to be able to be certain of what your child is being “fed” through the school day, do it! No “nice” house, car, jewelry, entertainment, or clothing is worth the mind and soul of your child. Merciful Lord, we ask for clarity to see our lives as you see them. We ask for wisdom to recognize changes we should make in what we cherish, in our speech, in our attitudes. May each Christian parent bathe his child in prayer as he begins his day, every day. Lord, I thank you for revealing to us in the Scriptures what is truly important in this life. May we be a Bible-reading, Bible-believing, right-living people who love You above any other thing.

Amen, Blanche! I pray that parents, and also grandparents, will let their voices be heard, like never before. We are fighting a “spiritual battle” like none we have ever fought!! God help us to win this battle for the children!
These demonic organizations have become so emboldened because the election fraud was successful (so far!). They are all showing their hands completely now, which may have been the Lord’s plan all along. This time has made clear where the lines are, and who we should and should not trust. We certainly should NOT trust this union with our children’s impressionable minds. The NEA is bloated with power and no longer cares about education, but desires indoctrination. Father God, in Jesus’ name, I bind the spirit of deception over all our schools. I pull down this stronghold that has infiltrated our nation through our education centers, and media centers. I bind the spirit of intimidation that has been working to prevent his lies from being revealed. I bind you, you foul spirits, and order you to leave and return no more in Jesus’ name!

People need to pull their kids from public schools ASAP. Now is not the time to send kids in as “missionaries.” They don’t stand a chance against teachers and administrators. Look into the old study by the Southern Baptists on the results of public schooling on Christian kids. Most of them end up getting evangelized and converted into good Marxists. That’s why our own kids end up loving socialism–totally brainwashed.
Heavenly Father, you have placed me in your Sovereign will as a school teacher in a Cyber Charter School. In the days of King Ahab, you raised up Obadiah to glorify you in the most beautiful place on the earth at that time. You raised up Daniel and his three friends just serve you in Babylon. Help me, father, to be light and salt in my school. Let me not compromise or falter but let me Shine the Light of the Gospel where you at the place to meet. This union seems to forget that they are hired at the behest of the parents; not the other way around. They don’t get to dictate what curriculum their children are taught. It is amazing to me how every mountain of society is being exposed for the elitist, leftists that are at the top. Thank God that many Americans are waking up to just what has happened in our nation. We do have a voice and we must use them to fight back against this demonic attempt to destroy our children. Every vote and every voice counts.

Every school in the nation is funded by someone’s money. Every school in the nation must have student counts to justify that funding. Parents MUST decide early in a school year what they want their children exposed to and pull them out if instruction turns to indoctrination. If the student number is not there the money will not be provided. The unions are threatening parents now and it must stop. These people work for US just as politicians do and we MUST remind them of that. Thank the Lord that some major organizations and several states have stood against this evil. And thank God Mr. Rufo has exposed this evil. God won’t be mocked. Where there is EVIL, there WILL be judgment. Suffer the little children….. God has got this! We just need to speak up and help.
I, too, am a Granny, one who spent many years working in our local public school system where my husband taught for over thirty-seven years. We both worked in diverse school populations that included a gamut of ethnical, cultural and economical homelife. We valued our interactions with so many of the students. Unfortunately, as much of society began to shift away from an attitude of “personal responsibility” to “victimhood,” the strong support shared between school and home became problematic. We adults – as parents and educators and community leaders – have been failing our young for many years. We have, too often, abdicated our own God ordained roles to “lead by example, in truth,” waiting for someone else to make things right. And as we all know, evil never ignores a vacuum. Ashamedly, it has taken me seventy-nine years to “go public” against the evil policies attacking our children’s mental wellbeing. I joined a Christian group protesting harmful laws being passed by our Illinois government and supported by the activists in the teachers’ union. Those physically capable marched around the governor’s mansion in a Jerico March, singing and praying along the way. We were small in numbers for a city this size, but God’s power was incredibly present. We must stop hiding in our righteous pews and trust God to take us out to the fight! Ben Franklin’s words are still true. “Those who can give up essential freedom for a little temporary safety deserve neither freedom nor safety.” Lord, into your hands we commit our lives.
Thank you Penny. I’m not able to “march,” but I haven’t lost my ability to type and send yet. I hope and pray that every intercessor also emails the people in D.C. who work for them and express their opinions, approval or disapproval and heartache over what’s happening to our America. I sign every reasonable survey and petition which follows the dictates I support and pray that God will give us time to help make a change.
