Legal fees can hinder legitimate lawsuits to protect constitutional rights. In this case, the fees are enormous. Let’s pray for these teachers and against these sorts of harmful “diversity” training sessions.
From Fox News. An Obama-appointed federal judge ordered two Missouri teachers opposing a school district’s mandatory diversity training to shell out over $300,000 in legal fees.

Teachers opposed the training that allegedly contained content forcing them to place themselves on an “oppression matrix.” The material also allegedly called for socio-economic changes and asked teachers to share information they wished to keep private. …
Federal district judge Douglas Harpool, who presided over the case, awarded $313,000 in attorney fees to the school district, arguing the district deserved to be compensated for being forced to defend against the case.
“It’s absolutely excessive,” said Southeastern Legal Foundation general counsel Kimberly Hermann, who represented the plaintiffs.
“The point of it is to chill speech. This is a First Amendment case in the first place where our clients were required to attest and affirm to ideas they just simply don’t believe in.” …
The plaintiffs, according to Hermann, sought only $1 in damages and were instead solely focused on getting a judge to declare the training unconstitutional.
Hermann lambasted the judge’s decision as “absolutely unprecedented” and argued the ruling served to discourage parents or teachers from bringing a lawsuit in the future. …

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the (2) Missouri teachers who chose to stand according to Your will. As Your word says Prov 14:26 In the fear of the LORD one has strong confidence and His children will have a refuge. Thank You for being the refuge for these teachers and the students that they care about. I also ask that judge Douglas Harpool would honor Your word in Micah 6:8 To do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with You God. Your scales are the accurate measurement LORD, therefore bring forth Your victory in truth for both of these teachers. Grant them peace and strength, reminding them You will not forsake them. Let this nation know that Your word reigns supreme in every court. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
FATHER GOD I bind this ruling in JESUS NAME! Let this case be appealed in another courtroom with another judge and let GOD give the victory! FATHER GOD let these teachers start their own school(s) without government and teachers’ corrupt union involvement! Please remove these excessive charges and give these teachers YOUR Knowledge and Wisdom to know the next path to walk in JESUS MIGHTY NAME! Amen!
Our Just and Holy Father, we come to you now, saddened, grieving for our children that it has come to this: Teachers in the public schools facing backlash, punishments, fines, losses of jobs, careers, and reputation, because old claw-foot the devil, satan, has been attacking America, the USA, where we are most vulnerable, and perhaps most unguarded, in the lives of our children our grand -children our great-grand- children, Lord, look upon us now, Lord, and grant us Americans repentance. Grant us your righteousness, Lord, the right-ness that can only come from you! Your Word clearly states, Lord, that where two or more gathered in your presence, Lord, that we would be agreement, Lord, that this transgender LBGTQ-ABCDEF thing is not from you, Lord, but is from the pit of hell, Lord, and that You would send it back to where it belongs!
Lord, no more may we be a covetous nation, seeking youthful pleasures, the next big thrill, enthralled with leisure time and leisure recreational activities, but Lord, help us to declare a fast, a fast from the idols that distract and mesmerize us. May we fast from our own identity as a people who are big-headed and pig-headed, always preaching to other cultures that we are somehow “better” than they are, while at the same time, our Hollywood child-“stars” get molested, their childhoods taken away and traded for an empty, vain culture that never ever satisfies. Lord, protect these teachers from lawsuits. Protect us all from artificial intelligence, Lord, You have promised that Your Word will not return void, but that it will accomplish that which you please, it will PROSPER WHERE YOU SEND it, your Word, Lord! we thank You, Lord for YOUR WORD! May it be taught, by some miracle, in our public schools under freedom of information act. Bless your servants, the Teachers, Lord, and bless the students as well. May all come to know Jesus Christ, The Lord of Glory, the Risen Saviour, as their Lord and Saviour, as their God! Supply each and every need, Lord, we ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
