IFA readers know that Pfizer made false claims about its COVID-19 vaccine and withheld important information from the public. Now Kansas is seeing to hold them accountable.
From Kansas Reflector. Attorney General Kris Kobach filed a civil lawsuit Monday against pharmaceutical company Pfizer, alleging that “Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine,” violating the state’s Consumer Protection Act.

The state seeks “civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief from misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine,” Kobach said.
In the complaint, Kobach alleges that Pfizer willfully concealed, suppressed and omitted material facts relating to the COVID-19 vaccine, the “most egregious” ones regarding safety of the vaccine for pregnant people, in regard to heart conditions, its effectiveness against variants and its ability to stop transmission.
“Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women,” Kobach said. “However, in February of 2021 (they) possessed reports of 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy. More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage.” …
Kobach says that Pfizer marketed the vaccine as safe in terms of heart conditions such as myocarditis and pericarditis. …
Kobach says Pfizer marketed its vaccine as effective against COVID-19 variants, “even though data available at the time showed Pfizer’s vaccine was effective less than half the time.”
His final allegation in the complaint was that the company falsely marketed the vaccine as preventing transmission.
“Pfizer urged Americans to get vaccinated in order to protect their loved ones, clearly indicating a claim that Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccination stopped transmission,” Kobach said. “Pfizer later admitted that they’ve never even studied transmission after the recipients receive the vaccine.” …
Kansas is the first state to file such a lawsuit, though Kobach says five other states will be joining. They will make announcements independently. The only other confirmed state is Idaho. …

Let us not forget about Fauci’s role and those working in the FDA that insured us it was safe and stopped the use of other drugs known to be safer and cheaper also were in use for many decades. I pray for unity that comes from you, not the division caused by this propaganda used to get everyone vaccinated. The confusion of these lies cost people their jobs, endangered the unborn and those with certain health conditions. Thank you for leaders of states, like Kansas that are standing up for the protection of their citizens. I pray other leaders in the position of power also take a stand against the pharmaceutical companies and stand up for the citizens of their states as well. It was all a fake disease and a fake vaccine intended to steal life from all of us. A fake virus like our fake news. It is evil and hateful. Has death in its hands and killed and left millions with life altering consequences. I’m thankful some doctors have found ways to rid the body of toxins from this.
I have empathy for those who took the Covid vaccines , regardless of who made them and the research coming out now stating that they will shorten the lives of those who received them by 5 years

Father God, we give you Thanks for giving Attoney General Kobach of Kansas, the knowledge and the courage to put forth this lawsuit. We pray over this that it will, once and for all, open the eyes and ears of all people that are still in deniel of this evil that has taken place in our healthcare system. We pray that more AG’s will sign on to this lawsuit, and that justice will come where it is due. We give you all of the Glory and the Praise Father, as we continue to press forth in this race towards justice. Without You, we are nothing! But we know that ALL things are possible with God! Reminds me of what happened in Vietnam when today’s Veterans were exposed to Agent Orange directly & indirectly; not releasing data for more than a decade about the catastrophic results from this exposure. Many died prematurely when this carcinogenic toxin affected their organs and other manifestations. Praying for transparency and truth in media, medically & all areas of influence.
