“Our administration has been the strongest pro-life administration in Missouri history,” he said after signing House Bill 2634 into law. “We’ve ended all elective abortions in this state, approved new support for mothers, expecting mothers, and children, and, with this bill, ensured that we are not sending taxpayer dollars to abortion providers for any purpose.”

The law, which passed the state’s GOP-led Legislature in April, represents state lawmakers’ latest move to end Medicaid reimbursements and other funding for abortion providers after courts struck down their prior attempts. …

The latest law takes the new approach of using a policy bill to enact the change in hopes of sidestepping another legal fight. …

Abortion Amendment

Nearly all abortions have been outlawed in Missouri since the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 reversal of Roe v. Wade. The ruling triggered enforcement of a ban on the procedure in all cases except medical emergencies, but a proposed constitutional amendment would erase those restrictions.

If passed by voters in November, the amendment would establish a “right to reproductive freedom” in Missouri, prohibiting regulation of abortion up until fetal viability. …

To appear on Missouri’s general election ballot, petitioners needed to collect 171,000 signatures by May 5. Campaign organizers said they turned in more than 380,000. …

Father, thank you for what they have done in Missouri in defunding Planned Parenthood. May the voters be informed and not confused by the wording of the abortion amendment. Clear their vision and may pro-life voters step forward and vote against it. We praise your name.

My first little girl was stillborn at 8 months. I thought my heart would break. But then I had two more and now 4 grandchildren. I was praising and full of joy and gratitude when a breath flowed over me. Lift up the parents of the 400,000 whose children are now with Jesus.
Weep..for hours. Next, I’m standing in the throne room in fear and trembling to ask forgiveness. I hardly believe my own outrageous request.
My Spirit heard 70 times 7 and I Weep…
Then I’m reminded of Epsteins 8000 acre property in New Mexico that no one cares about…
SHOUT TO THE LORD
Let the whole world sing
Heaven bows down and the sea will roar

SING

Thank you Father God for Missouri defending unborn children by using this administration to stand for life. I pray for peace over the administration and that the Spirit of the Lord to raise up people to pray against the war that will try to drain Missouri finances by lawsuits. Amen
