As the medical establishment is imploring Garland to censor critics of transgender treatments, state AGs are pushing for free speech.
From Breitbart. Thirteen state attorneys general have warned U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland against prosecuting critics of child gender transition surgeries.

The letter comes as the left-wing medical establishment, including the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Medical Association (AMA), and the Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), sent a letter to Garland asking him to investigate and prosecute those who disagree with their practices on treating gender dysphoria in children.
“You cannot and should not undertake such investigations or prosecutions,” the attorneys general, led by Tennessee’s Jonathan Skrmetti, wrote.
The attorneys general contend that the medical establishment is concerned about how their medical treatment regime is being characterized by their critics and seek to shut down their critics’ speech.
“The president of the Children’s Hospital Association targets ‘misleading and inflammatory comments that result in threats,’” the letter states. “No doubt the medical associations object to the characterization of double mastectomies for minors as ‘mutilation’ or ‘cutting healthy breasts off teen girls,’ or of hormonal treatments as ‘chemical castration.’”
“These descriptors may inflame and provoke,” they wrote. “They are also entirely protected by the First Amendment.”
There is a growing contingent among conservatives who are willing to talk about the issue in blunt terms, and who are calling doctors out for the child genital mutilation and chemical castration the doctors practice.
“Now is a time for more speech, not less,” Skrmetti said in a press release. “Each side must have the opportunity to marshal evidence, make its case, and attempt to persuade the American people of the rightness of its position. … Silencing critics of current gender dysphoria treatment practices for minors will not make children any safer or healthier.” …

I am speechless with anger over “highly regarded” medical associations espousing such heinous practices.
My dad was an MD, very active in our state medical associations as well as the AMA. If he had lived another year or two, he most likely would have been President of the American Medical Association. He would be livid over what has become of this previously fine organization, which he loved. He had a keen mind and strong sense of right and wrong, and would have given any doctor suggesting these treatments a scathing rebuke. No one would have been in doubt about his opinion of gender dysphoria or mutilating the healthy bodies of children. He did not suffer fools gladly.
“Professing to be wise, they became fools. . .”. May the Lord have mercy and awaken them before they destroy the lives of any more children! Amen!
God I am praying that the First Amendment will be used to allowing parents or someone who has parental care of children: “ What does the First Amendment say about freedom of speech?

This is a sin greed for big money. God am I correct in my understanding that Doctors take a oath, they have no legal right to perform theses transgender surgeries. The Government nor the Doctors have a legal right to suppress the concerns of ( their) children or use the insurance policies that parents pay for. Romans 1:18 “ Forthe wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. “Priverbs38:8:9 Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy. “ I pray that God steps in and helps these attorneys, Parents to use the correct words of Gods laws and Government laws to see the evils they are committing on children and basically anyone. As they try to suppress their speech. God we need a few miracles to come our way to STOP this demonic actions concerning any of the transgender cult that have taken the laws into their own hands. I declare in Jesus name that this evil agenda has no power, authority, or rights in our land or over our children. Thank you Father God. Amen
