Although Sen. Manchin has shot down his party’s climate spending thus far, he recently changed his tune. We must pray for our nation.
From The Daily Wire. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) resurrected key pieces of President Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda in a surprising agreement with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on Wednesday.

The Democratic senators agreed to a spending package titled the “Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.” The bill proposes to increase taxes on billion-dollar companies, spend $369 billion on climate and energy programs, and extend health care subsidies for Affordable Care Act users for three more years, according to The Wall Street Journal.
In recent weeks, Manchin shot down Democrat attempts at pushing through Biden’s agenda, and reportedly told Democratic leaders he would “unequivocally” refuse to support legislation related to climate change and tax increases.
Now, the West Virginia senator claims reconciling with Democrats on this package will help the country fight inflation….
To pass the package, Democrats still might need to convince Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), who has voiced opposition to elements of Biden’s spending agenda. Axios reported that hours after Manchin’s surprise reversal, a spokesperson for Sinema said the Arizona senator did not have a comment on the bill because “she will need to review the text….”
A joint statement from Manchin and Schumer claimed the package would “fight inflation, invest in domestic energy production and manufacturing, and reduce carbon emissions by roughly 40 percent by 2030,” Politico reported.

Lord give our senators and congress members clear direction in how You are leading them concerning our nation. We pray that the Green Initiative would be shut down and Your will be done for our country. Lead and guide us all to make better decisions . Lord come and save us from ourselves.
Are we surprised that a politician vacillated on his supposedly solid position.?
Especially being that manchen had a history of being a vacillator before.
And remember this, – even 45 struck a deal with Bill Gates-, the formulator of the infamous experimental gene therapy. There was a picture of him online-, shaking hands with that monster. So we must look reality Square in the face at all times,- – especially now. Even if 45 was uninformed or naive about what he got himself into-,the damage is already done.. so we can forgive him.. but that is much easier done if the truth is revealed about why he did that, – the real reason behind it not- just that, it was” for the economy”.
The more these things are revealed the more it becomes apparent to me that even if I succeed in somehow being involved in local government.. I will just be sitting there praying- and really not doing much else, unless the Lord allows me to be infused with a new ability to perceive the machinations of government -and to be able to retain information on a new level-, that I haven’t been able to since my youth.
So how do we pray.
Lord I come before you now in Jesus name-, praying for your great power to infuse into our minds a great clarity – and ability to retain information and to perceive what is going on in front of us- & not grow weary in well doing- that we can take the stand we need to take.. and have the funds, transportation, shelter,food and clothing.. that we need , Lord..even if miraculously you just infuse us with longevity…even without those things, Lord.. that they just appear before us miraculously, as we traverse this path before us ..as you did when the Ravens bought food to Isaiah(?) I think it was.. whichever prophet it was .. In fact -,that would actually I think be preferred-,on my part.. because the miraculous state of being that it would bring with it ..I think -would permeate my heart mind and soul and lift me up.. encouraging me beyond what anyone could expect.
Lord I Thank you for intercessors for America and the resources you provide through them and their courageous hearts to trudge forward -,in faith and loyalty to your leading- in standing against the evil one..
In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen
