Russia’s military operation is happening now all over Ukraine as Daily Wire reports:
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced during a speech that was broadcast during the early morning hours on Thursday that a “special military operation” was underway with the goal of demilitarizing the country. Putin told Ukrainian soldiers to lay down their weapons and go home.
He also issued a threat that appeared to be aimed at NATO and the United States, saying, “A couple of words for those who would be tempted to intervene, Russia will respond immediately and you will have consequences that you never have had before in your history.”

This event is unfolding and increasing. Ukraine needs our prayer. The situation is not only dire for Ukraine but delicate for international relations as countries craft their response to Putin’s aggression.

1. I am praying for a miracle .

I do not think Mr Putin is as bad as he is painted. I was particularly struck when I read Luke 12 today, v.2 For there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; neither hid that shall not be known. There is more to the problems in the Ukraine than we are aware of. Pray for the people of Ukraine, but ask the Lord to uncover that which we are not seeing.
Lord I lift up the people of Ukraine, especially the innocent, the children that you would protect them. Prick the hearts of those who have selfish intentions, that must for power and seek to control those who are weaker. I pray that your holy spiritual would convict them and that they would fall on their knees in repentance I stand in agreement with your people, your church, No matter the label over the door, that we would all seek your face and stand in the gap for the people of Ukraine. i’m not sure that Putin is the bad guy here; praying for all the innocent people who will suffer and that God will bring good out of this. CERTAINLY not believing anything the government or mainstream media is saying!
i agree on the media, to be honest i saw an article online suggesting that Putin seems to fit biblical prophecies of a Prince of Gog who partners with a king of the east Maygog which is China and God calls them “his army”. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: I heard the number of them” (Revelation 9:16). Vladimir Putin Is the Prophesied Prince of Russia
The Russian president’s provocations are getting bolder, but nobody is standing up to him. He is fulfilling an extremely important role in global events—and it was specifically foretold in the Bible!

Malaysia Airlines Flight mh17 was shot down by a surface-to-air missile in eastern Ukraine on July 17. The tragedy killed 298 people in what was either a disgusting mistake made by some of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s zealots, or an intentional act of terrorism. Either way, Putin created the conditions that led to the disaster and bears responsibility.
The outcry from the West was loud, but toothless. And Putin didn’t back down or show even a hint of remorse. He was utterly unfazed by Western protests over the tragedy. Instead, he and his government offered the most outlandish explanations for the downed civilian plane that you can imagine!
At the crash site, things were even worse. “[T]here are indications that vital evidence has not been preserved in place,” said Malaysian Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai two days after the attack. He said officials were “deeply concerned that the crash site has not yet been properly secured.” Report after report confirmed that it was pro-Russia forces in Ukraine, which Putin covertly commands, who were tampering with evidence and obstructing investigation. It all seemed designed to give Putin time to cover his tracks.

Still the West did nothing! America enacted some very weak economic sanctions against some Russian companies. If there was any doubt that this response was too feeble to cause Putin and his followers any concern, proof came quickly. Within just a few days, pro-Russia forces shot down two Ukrainian fighter jets—just 16 miles from the crash site of the mh17!
Putin knows the West is weak! He doesn’t fear other nations. He is totally undeterred in his quest to destabilize Ukraine. He is single-handedly preventing that former Soviet republic from aligning itself with Europe. This year he redrew the map of Europe by making Crimea—what was a semi-autonomous part of Ukraine—officially part of Russia. He is steadily rebuilding the Soviet Empire.
Under President Putin’s reign, nuclear-armed Russia is transforming its military machine into a modern, technological, 21st-century force. Through heavy-handed tactics, Putin has not only brought Russia back into play as a world power, he has also secured his position at the nation’s helm by getting a choke hold on Russian media and emasculating Russian parliament.
The question that is becoming more relevant every day is this: Who is Vladimir Putin, and why is he having such a deep impact on global affairs?
This world has a lot of authoritarian rulers. But Vladimir Putin is one we need to keep a particularly close eye on. His track record, his nationality and his ideology indicate that he has already fulfilled a linchpin Bible prophecy that was recorded millennia ago.

A Prophesied ‘Prince’
Back around a.d. 90, the Apostle John recorded an amazing prophecy: “And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them” (Revelation 9:16). That means an army of 200 million men!That is more people than were alive in the world when that prophecy was recorded. This is an end-time prophecy that we are certain to see fulfilled very soon.
The Bible gives some important details about this largest army ever assembled on Earth. It tells us which nations will contribute soldiers to it. It shows it will include the combined forces from several Asian nations. It refers to this Asian confederacy as the “kings of the east” (Revelation 16:12). It also reveals that it will have one lead country—and one individual at the head.
A prophecy in Ezekiel 38 gives us some of these important details. “And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him” (Ezekiel 38:1-2). These verses begin in the latter days (verses 8, 16) before the Great Tribulation, the Day of the Lord and Christ’s Second Coming.
Scholars generally agree that “Gog” is Russia, and that “the land of Magog” includes China. The descendants of Meshech and Tubal have been found together throughout history. In Assyrian and Greek histories, Meshech appears as Musku, Muski or Mushki—all names related to the Russian spelling of Moscow, as you can read in the International Standard Bible Encyclopedia. What about Tubal? On the eastern side of the Ural Mountains lies the city of Tobolsk, named after the Tobol River, derived from Tubal. Tobolsk was once the seat of Russian government over Siberia and was basically considered Russia’s Asian capital.
One other Russian people is mentioned in Ezekiel 38:2. There is controversy over how the Hebrew word rosh should be translated in this verse. The King James Version uses the adjective “chief.” But the correct rendering (used by the Moffatt, New King James and others) uses the word not as an adjective, but as a proper noun: Rosh. Thus, that verse should read, “the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal.”
Rosh was the ancient name of Russia, once called Rus. Many encyclopedias and commentaries (such as the Jamieson, Fausset and Brown Commentary) recognize this. So who is this “prince” of Russia, Moscow and Tobolsk? The use of all three names states that this is an individual ruler of all the peoples of Russia, from the west to the east. Ezekiel’s command to “prophesy againsthim”further indicates aspecific individual.
When you study these scriptures alongside current events revealing modern Moscow’s imperialist direction, you see that Vladimir Putin could well become the leader of that gigantic army of the East. At least we know he was prophesied to raise up a large part of that army! I strongly believe Vladimir Putin is going to lead the 200 million-man army. Just look at the power he already has.
Can you think of any other Russian politician who could become so powerful and have the will to lead Russia into the crisis of crises? I see nobody else on the horizon who could do that. And only a tiny few years remain for the prince of Rosh to appear!
Such a man doesn’t appear overnight. It takes years for even a strong-willed leader to gain such control. Vladimir Putin already has the power—and the will to use it. I believe there is not enough time for a competitor to arise and challenge him. Over 80 percent of his people support his leadership.
This much is absolutely certain: The restoring of Russia’s power by Vladimir Putin—the prince of Russia—was prophesied! He has already solidly allied Russia with China. The prophecy about the prince of Russia includes that main alliance.
Other nations are leaning toward an alliance with Russia. Several of them are prophesied to join.
The only question is whether or not Putin personally finishes the entire prophecy.
The ending of that mighty “kings of the east” powerhouse is also prophesied. It should fire the imagination and inspire every person who understands this article!
‘God’s Army’
Details about this massive army are revealed in passages such as Revelation 9:13-21, Revelation 16, Daniel 11, Jeremiah 50 and Joel 2. In verse 11 of Joel 2, this 200 million-man Asian force is actually called God’s army. God is the one who is raising up this war machine! Why?
God will use this colossal Army to confront the military of united German-led Europe, which will also be on the scene at this time.These armies will meet to fight at Armageddon, but Christ will bring them to Jerusalem to fight Him and be defeated. My son, Randy, had a conversation with a friend in Western Ukraine two days ago. His friend said, I have armed myself in preparation for a possible invasion and then he held up his Bible!

I have heard that the US Deep State and the European Union are trying to use a color a revolution to gain control of the Ukraine and neighboring Kazakhstan. Color revolutions are planned by foreigners to create destabilizing national revolts in other nations for selfish gains. Putin is trying to stop color revolutions in Ukraine before they get out of hand. Russia hates the US Deep State and the corrupt power hungry United Nations and its military forse, NATO. Putin wants to remain sovereign and in control over Russia and does not want anyone to interfere with that. I pray that we, the United States, purge our own country of the evil Deep State and return to having righteous standards pleasing to God and become a nation with the best interest if other nations in our hearts.

as i prayed about this oddly President Putin claims genocide of Russians in Donesk, which the media says is baseless but who knows, as the media also says the 2020 election fraud is baseless, yet there has been significant proof of it, so media claiming “baseless” doesnt mean it actually is, but back to Ukraine, as I prayed, oddly the genocide by Stalin of Ukrainians by starvation in the 1930s came to mind, that perhaps there is some type of evil national spirit of Ukrainian bitterness and unforgiveness that has not been laid to rest yet regarding the 1930s deliberate starvation genocide of Stalin and also that possibly Russia needs repentance or even spiritually deemed retribition of some sort for that genocide to cleanse Ukraine’s land of that bloodshed. Possibly this may be a main strong hold prayer point. Numbers 35:33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.
I prayed if any spiritually deemed retribution is necessary to be prayed in to solve this conflict and restore peace, because this story came to mind: there was a famine in Israel that David prayed about which God revealed was due to Saul violating a covenant against Gibeionites and it took retribution against surviving members of Sauk’s family to resolve it. I know we are in the NT now but those stories remain and some natiins are still entrenched in Religion (OT) versus grace (NT) so perhaps OT spiritual issues are present in those lands and need to be prayed through and dealt with by OT means. I dont know, it sounds nutty, but bottom line the 1930s genocide clearly came to mind as I prayed so I believe it possibly needs to be prayed through to cleanse both Russia from those crimes and Ukraine of any bitterness and unfirgiveness which may be the open door to this war since 2014.
also i woke from a quick dream yesterday about Putin, i saw him standing, apparently unharmed, with a fireball in his back, there was a hole in his back with a fireball, my immediate thought in the dream was thatvhe was wounded but i observed that he was standing not writhing in pain as one would be who is wounded, and immediately the “me” in the dream dropped to my knees and began to pray for him it seemed but i did not hear the prayer, i woke up immediately
Could the fireball in his back represent the past an (evil) fire of the days he mentions when Ukraine was part of Russia, perhaps he needs to be freed of a communist spirit or influence from the past which could be operating in him due to some type of spiritual gap.

All morning my Christian radio station played songs about God hearing and conquering.. I found myself confirming that out loud! Yes! I know our God cans conquer evil and rescue. I believe and hope! And cry for the Ukrainian people.

This whole invasion is fishy! I think that Russia has actually played right in to the hands of the elitists. Why the slap on the wrist from Biden? With so-called silent sanctions. Elitists are all set up in Ukraine to take people away to the death camps. Also, destroying all paper trails of the Biden-Clinton evil doings in Ukraine over the years. Why am I saying all this! Because when we pray, we need to pray from a standpoint of as much accurate information of what is really going on, what satan is really doing, so our prayers will be effective! We don’t need another Nazi Germany in Ukraine or anywhere else!
So Father, I end my post this way. Thank you for letting information get out ahead of time so that we can pray against this evil in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask that your angel armies would draw their swords and immediately descend on Ukraine, especially those places where the people are being duped and led away to their deaths! We thank you for doing war on their behalf through our informed prayers as led by the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus! Thank you Jesus!

Yes I am praying for the people in Ukraine that God will protect and intervene for the people in Ukraine.
My prayer is for protection for the Ukrainian people. May our Lord keep them close to you and safe.
As so many things these days, this topic swirls in misinformation, disinformation and actual context.
As Americans, we are now faced with the greatest challenges on numerous levels and topics, that I’ve experienced in my lifetime, and it seems that the future of Americans and America, as well as the future of Judeo Christian perspective face the greatest existential threat in decades if not centuries.
The one constant I see in all this is the maintenance and continuance of Faith amongst people of faith. CCP, Russia, and even our own government seek to end the effect and observances of peoples of faith, to make God and God’s work of no consequence save a fairy tale or a pretext for incarceration or derision.
I implore Almighty God, Our Coming Prince YESHUA, and all true people of faith to stand in prayer, to act in love and understanding, to remain true to the covenants implicit in the Holy Bible. Everything we deem meaningful hangs upon these foundations! If we fail to stand, to act, to pray, what should we expect? Why would God act?
Lord YESHUA, we know of Your great Love, of Your coming Kingdom! Please do not abandon us to the godless who seek rebellion against You and Your people! If we fall, Your elect ISRAEL will be alone in the battle of their lives. We humbly seek Your repentance, protection, mercy and grace. Amen

When former President Reagan had his summit meeting with Gorbachev in Reykjavik Iceland in October 1986, he coined the phrase “trust, but verify” to hold the Soviets accountable for their actions and commitments to the goal of nuclear disarmament. Gorbachev was not bound and gagged by the Politburo and KGB which enabled him to take a more diplomatic and flexible approach to negotiations with the west.
Putin, however, is a product of the KGB & Oligarchy in Russia and his goal is to return his country to the so called glory days of the Bolshevik revolution and restore the iron hand rule that his predecessors like Khrushchev tried to sustain. There will be no diplomatic resolution here and let us pray that as the Soviets were shocked and surprised by the Afghans resistance and ultimate success during the failed takeover in 1980, our Lord will grant the Ukraine people the same outcome so that Putin can go home with his tail between his two evil legs and Biden can eventually retire to the nearest nursing home to treat his senility and dementia and be prevented from turning our country into a communistic graveyard.
Is Russia liberating Ukraine from their Biden-controlled Government? Last time Ukraine was in the news, there were ties to pay offs with Hunter Biden. I say, Lord please make our government stay out of other country’s affairs. Pease expose corruption wherever it exists. Protect the Ukrainian people and give them a lawful, representative government. I began praying 2 weeks ago that the church in Ukraine would become luminous. That the glory of God would be seen and the region transformed. If God is for us, who then can be against us! That the plans of the enemy would be foiled and deliverance would come from heaven. God would be both revealed and glorified in the region. Others would see and hear and be changed. Let Gods church arise in the Ukraine. God strengthen your people there. Let your glory be revealed in and through them. Let your KINGDOM come, YOUR will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Lord Jesus. We know that Gog and Magog are rising. We know that what you’ve prophesied will come to pass. We also know your a God of mercy and Grace. I pray your ministering angels surround the people of Ukraine. Especially the innocent. Let Your love be felt and your protection be a witness to Your glory. Let the people of Ukraine know there’s a God that cares. Let the name of Jesus be on the lips of the people of Ukraine. In Jesus name.

You can do all things. I pray now for your will to be done in Russia and Ukrain. I pray for souls to be saved as a result of these trials. That the believers will stand on your truth and pray with conviction that you are the God who sees, the God who fights. The God who is FOR US. Dear Lord we are in bad times. You’ve told all through your word these things to watch for. But times will get worse and we must put on the armor of God, pray in faith, believing that when that trumpet sounds we’ll be caught up to be with you forever. Lord my heart aches for those in Ukraine, the innocents being ravaged by evil invading their land. I pray Lord you protect them with your angels, surround and cover them with your umbrella of safety. Bring fear to this Putin making him and his soldiers run in fear. Your Will Be Done and bless us Lord, forgive us of our sins and where we fail . Give us strength and courage in these troubled times. Lord, we ask that the Holy Spirit would speak to Patriarch Alexander Kalinin, head of the Russian Orthodox Church to show him the true way of salvation and that he would contact Putin to convince him to pull the Russian troops back from Ukraine’s border to stop the probability of war and human suffering.
Almighty Father in heaven, we come before You asking for protection for Ukraine’s people. They are innocent of any wrong doing to Russia and yet Russia is preparing to invade their land and take over their country. May Ukraine rise up in Your power doing mighty acts to defend their land. May America make godly decisions about interceding in defense of these people. May America never loose sight of the mantle she has always worn of defending and protecting the innocent. We have stood for the weak and downtrodden since our beginning. Help us to remain Your strong representatives on earth. In Jesus name, amen.

If you have to give up something. The jerk in the basement eating ice cream I would swap. Just like Obama giving up 5 murderous Taliban in Gitmo for Bergdahl. This won`t go well for Putin if he starts killing his own people. Let Ukraine and Russia work it out. Worry about our own borders. It`s unbelievable we have grown ups acting like children running our country. This isn`t kid stuff or a popularity contest who you vote for.

A hundred years ago, my Ukrainian grandmother was only about eight or nine years old when Communist Russia seized her native land. The Communists raided her parents’ farm and stole everything–the land, barns, crops, livestock, even the farmhouse–leaving my grandmother and her family homeless. Then they hid out in fear of Communist spies for nearly nine terrible years. At last they were able to escape and come to America legally. Seventy years later after the fall of the Soviet Union, my grandmother(by then a long-time successful farm wife and mother), was happy to see her native Ukraine free again, but remained a bit skeptical. She warned that we should not be too quick to celebrate because Communism, like all other evils, never dies; it just goes underground, regroups, and eventually rears a yet larger and uglier head. Sooner or later, my grandmother cautioned, it will come back. Tragically, on this very day in history, her stark warning has been fulfilled. Poor grandma! She must be spinning in her grave!
Dear LORD God Almighty, we praise Your Holy name, and thank You for all the blessings You give. We are weary in hearing of wars, and rumors of wars, we feel Your time is close. Please give us Your strength to be bold, stand firm and be ready on That Day! We ask that You bind the strongman, in every country. Father, true-this is important, but our own country is being invaded and is ruled by the ungodly, so we ask that this evil be bound, in Jesus name! Help us to fast and pray, for the days are evil, and time is short. Protect Your righteous, in every land, and place angels around the innocent. Come quickly, LORD Jesus, or turn this ungodly host of perverse demons away, bind them to silence and let us live to raise our families and in serving You with peace. In Jesus name we pray, Amen

I’m praying the US stays out of it. It’s not our business. Ukraine has only been independent from Russia since 1991 and Putin has consistently said since then that he would eventually take Ukraine back. That’s why the UN never moved to make Ukraine a part of NATO. We need to stop causing wars in the world and instead protect our own borders. And I pray the US doesn’t forget that this party has no problem risking the lives of our children in battle for Ukraine’s border but doesn’t care about the invasion at our own border! That is NOT ok with me. I do NOT forgive that and neither should you. This is tyranny and wickedness we are living in now. We have to pray against it, stand against it and speak out against it. VOTE AGAINST IT!

Thank you very much for these directives! thos morning when i prayed over the invasion into the Ukraine, the Lord gave me a vision of the INHABITANTS OF LILLIPUT, AND HOW THEY TIED THE GIANT DOWN. IT WAS AN AMAZING VISION OF BINDING THE STRONGMAN, IN THIS CASE RUSSIA, PUTIAN AND ALL THE WARMONGERS.
