Why should NASA be controlling greenhouse gas emissions, and why should they be using taxpayer money to do it?
From Fox News. Sen. Ted. Cruz, R-Texas, led a coalition of 12 other Republicans on Monday, writing to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to express concern over a recent climate rule that could impact the agency’s mission.

In the letter, Cruz — the ranking member of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee — and all other committee Republicans demanded that NASA Administrator Bill Nelson abandon the rule which was proposed in November and requires federal contractors to disclose greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data. The 13 GOP lawmakers said the regulation was not based in science and would lead to political favoritism.
“Congress never granted NASA or the other partnering agencies the statutory authority to set the GHG emission standards for themselves or their contractors,” Cruz and the other committee Republicans wrote. …
The letter argued the “highly politicized regulation” would divert the agency’s attention away from its stated mission to “explore the unknown in air and space, innovate for the benefit of humanity, and inspire the world through discovery.”
On Nov. 14, NASA issued the proposed rule alongside the Department of Defense (DOD) and General Services Administration (GSA). In addition to the GHG disclosure requirement, federal contractors would be required to disclose climate-related financial “risk” and to establish “science-based” GHG emission reduction targets. …
“The regulation is estimated to increase total costs among federal agencies and contractors by almost $4 billion,” the Republicans’ letter to Nelson continued. …
“The costs to individual contractors, many of which are small businesses, would equal hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars upfront and annually thereafter. Smaller firms with limited streams of resources compared to larger companies may have to either exit the government contracting market or consolidate with other entities.”
Cruz and the other Republicans added that the rule would decrease competition among contractors which they warned is “a major problem already facing federal contracting.”
The lawmakers also expressed concern that the rule defers judgment on standards to the Science-Based Targets Initiative, an international climate-focused organization. They said the group has yet to publish new GHG emission guidance for the fossil fuel and mining industries, “making it impossible to be in compliance.” …

When God created this earth and all that is in it, He calculated perfectly all of our earth’s resources and everything we would need, and how long we would need it. He expected us to use our “fossil fuels”, wood, and coal to keep warm, and even to cool off in intensified heat in summer.
God planned perfectly and could see right up to the end of this civilization on earth, before He even had it all completed.
Knowing God and that He is wiser than the wisest by far, what would be too hard for Him? It is only too hard for those on this earth who are so caught up in their own riches and pride in how brilliant they themselves are, that they cannot see rightly that it would take an infinitely more intelligent mind than theirs to do all this and as it was done!
I pray that NASA would stop flooding our skies with Chemicals in an attempt to block the sun’s rays. God is in control and I pray man would stop trying to interfere with God’s sun. These Chem Trails are a waste of tax dollars and an insult to God. May God help the United States of America.

What NASA is doing is symptomatic of the days that we are living in. I applaud Sen. Cruz, and the coalition of 12 in standing up to NASA. WHO gave them the right to regulate ANYTHING ? The wifty liberals who “run things” in this country? I pray, Lord, for Sen. Cruz , and the twelve other colleagues who have confronted NASA by sending this letter to NASA. These evil, deceptive practices need to stop, and stop immediately. Lord Jesus, we need Your intervention in the ungodly behavior in our government. The how3, when, and why are in Your hands. Please, let Your will be done!

All these agencies need to stay out of politics and pay attention to what they were authorized to do. PERIOD!!!
That whole “Climate Change” stuff is nothing but a cover story to control what doesn’t need to be controlled!!
