Riots are brewing in several locations in the nation. Where lawlessness increases, love grows cold. God, we need a move of Your Spirit.
From Breitbart. Gov. Brian Kemp (R) declared a temporary state of emergency in Georgia on Thursday and activated 1,000 Georgia National Guard troops in response to recent anti-police protests and destructive riots in Atlanta.

Kemp’s order referenced protests and riots that occurred on Saturday, which had stemmed from ongoing demonstrations against a police training facility the city is building in a wooded area of metro Atlanta.
The riotous events on Saturday had also come in response to the death of activist Manuel “Tortuguita” Teran, who state officials say was killed by law enforcement after he shot and injured a State Patrol trooper while at the site of the planned facility.
Atlanta officials, including Mayor Andre Dickens (D) and Police Chief Darin Schierbaum, said police on Saturday arrested six individuals after some of the protesters had turned violent and broken businesses’ windows and attacked police cruisers. Dickens noted some were found with explosives that “led to a police officer’s car being set on fire.” …
“Georgians respect peaceful protesters, but do not tolerate acts of violence against persons or properties,” Kemp wrote in his emergency order. …
Indeed, groups opposing the police facility, and now the death of Teran as well, have cropped up in other states, including Massachusetts and Oregon. …
From The Daily Wire. Five former Memphis Police Department officers are in custody and face several charges after their involvement in the death of a 29-year-old male, who died earlier this month in a hospital days after a confrontation with authorities.
Tyre Nichols died on January 10, three days after Memphis police pulled him over in a traffic stop, local media reported. Nichols, and the five former police officers involved, are black. …
“While attempting to take the suspect into custody, another confrontation occurred; however, the suspect was ultimately apprehended,” MPD said. “Afterward the suspect complained of having shortness of breath, at which point an ambulance was called to the scene.”
Officers Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Emmit Martin III, Desmond Mills, Jr., and Justin Smith have all been charged with two counts of official misconduct, local media reported, with one count of official oppression, second-degree murder, aggravated assault-act in concert, and two counts of aggravated kidnapping. …
Memphis Police Chief Cerelyn Davis issued a statement Wednesday night about the investigation. …
“This is not just a professional failing,” Davis said, according to Fox News. “This is a failing of basic humanity toward another individual,” adding the five officers involved in Nichols’ death, “failed our community, and they failed the Nichols family.” …
Davis asked the public to refrain from violently reacting upon the release of the footage. …
Memphis residents told The Daily Wire about concerns surrounding protests and riots from groups like Black Lives Matter and antifa activists in the aftermath of the video of Nichols’ confrontation with authorities. …
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation told The Daily Wire authorities have “no insight” on reports of protests or riots forming.

Lord God Almighty, we as believers know that the rioting, and lawlessness would increase in the days before the Rapture and bringing the church and your family to eternity. For years we have been living these troubled times. We pray for Georgia and Tennessee and for our brothers and sisters living there. Give them strength!
Heavenly Father we know that the agenda of the enemy is never ending. He uses unhappy searching people to do his bidding. We ask right now in Jesus name anything intended for evil and destruction of others be stopped and turned around for your Glory. We pray protection and encouragement over our law enforcement personnel. Let them be covered and given the respect they deserve. For the few that are not serving according to their oath may they be removed from their jobs. We ask Father for unity among the Body of Christ so that we may continue to shine a light in a dark and dying 🌎. And we will remember to give You all the Glory. In Jesus name Amen
Father… I ask for a move of your Holy Spirit and angelic assistance to come upon these rioters whether they be peaceful whether they be antifa protecting the innocent from loss of lives and destruction of property and bring an end to any tyrannical influence that are causing these riots and we ask for your peace and your word to change the hearts of all those involved in the mighty name of Jesus… And I thank you Lord… Amen
Prayer is our first line of both defense & offense for these situations. But let’s not fool ourselves. The citizens, people & property must be defended. Everyone as a taxpaying citizens have to continue to demand our leadership, at all levels of gov’t,… encourage the use of force against internal terrorist groups like ANTIFA, BLM, etc. when those groups continue to operate outside of peaceful protests. That’s called law & order… sadly, even the Christian community has gotten soft when it comes to enforcing and demanding responsible law & order.
Praying for the whole country to repent, and for the church to start getting right with God. We need a new great awakening and we need it now.
What is the purpose of sharing that video? Father we ask that you would bring a new sense of reverence and respect for the privacy of those whose loved ones have been involved in senseless and uncalled for tragedies. We need your intervention! You are mighty Lord and we say arise Lord and scatter your enemies of oppression, murder of the innocent and lawlessness in the Name of Jesus! All praise to your Name. Amen

Father God, we pray that objective, credible evidence would be made available to the public about cultural differences between Black and other communities about toleration of violence or fighting between individuals and how this may have affected the conduct of both Mr. Nichols and the Black officers who arrested him. Based on comments I have overheard in the past from Black people I thought I knew well, their attitude towards personal violence when offended may be significantly different. Police officers need to put the public first.
Prayer for our cities. We are a lost world and need to move into the messianic period. Jesus come soon you will be welcomed by this lost world.
Devils hate it when they don’t get what they want either real or imagined! I expect they go looking for ways to create problems. Hopefully they be met with a swift and strong response and they will realize this area is not like others and their mischief will not be tolerated!
