From The Heartland Institute. A new poll by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports found one-in-five voters who cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election admit to participating in at least one kind of voter fraud.

When asked, “During the 2020 election, did you fill out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?”, 21% of respondents who said they voted by mail answered “yes.” …
Additionally, 17% of mail-in voters said they voted “in a state where you were no longer a permanent resident.” …
Further, 10% of all respondents … claimed that they know “a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted … that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence.”
Eight percent of all respondents said “a friend, family member, or organization, such as a political party” offered them “pay” or a “reward” for agreeing to vote in the 2020 election.
Taken together, the results of these survey questions appear to show that voter fraud was widespread in the 2020 election, especially among those who cast mail-in ballots.
The poll of 1,085 likely voters was conducted from November 30 to December 6, 2023. …

Maybe. Or maybe the comments were designed to increase suspicion. I mean maybe they were in favor of fraud to bring suspicion of fraud. Maybe. I wish I could trust the results. I don’t. Oh I think the problem is real though.

I am a Deputy Regustrar for election in my county. Yesterday while attending a Naturalization Ceremony, I was assigned to get the new citizens to register to vote.
When one new citizen was given instructions on how to register, in broken English she said that a women had already came to her house and registered her.
I think this poll is being pushed to show that fraud is accepted by many, many people. If I took that poll I would say yes, a number of times I have filled out my husbands ballot because he asked me to. We discuss who to vote for and as a matter of convenience, I fill it out for him. And he signs it. Do I feel like I’ve committed fraud? No. Legally have I ? If many of those who answered yes were just doing what I did, it sends a message thatis not a true measure of how much fraud is being committed. Like all polls, take this with a grain of salt.
I don’t feel that in your case it’s voter fraud yet we cannot ignore voter fraud in our country less we end up like Venezuela, Cuba, or even China. Since removing God from schools the heart of men have become darker, & socialism has increased exponentially. Socialism 101, teaches the end justifies the means, so anything goes, including doing whatever it takes to get your person in power. They don’t care how it’s done. I’m sure this poll has a margin of error but firmly believe voter fraud is very real and must be exposed in order to make our elections a trusted process again.
Try and find the video 2000 mules. It’s a little hard to find.
2000 mules uses faulty logic and research.
That’s a lie, 2000 Mules was very factual and compelling, and provides irrefutable proof of widespread election fraud, the police use cell phone pings and technology to determine a suspects proximity to a crime scene, wake up!
When a cell phone ping’s location is at a residence or business location or side street, it is added to additional evidence in a trial. When the cell phone ping is from a major intersection which is passed by hundreds or thousands it is not that helpful.
Drop boxes are deliberately located where they can be accessed by the most people. Most are near major roads. There are reasons for someone to pass those locations multiple times a day. Police officers, taxi drivers, bus drivers, Ubers, couriers, someone living in the area and others whose jobs involve driving. The locations of cell phones can be off by anywhere from 7 to 15 feet. They are not precise.
They addressed this in 2000 Mules. They didn’t just use the “drive by” data. They had to have spent significant time in each of the areas more than just a few times. Mainstream media tried to pass it off as faulty logic, but it is not.
Again, taxis drivers, police, people who live in the area, people waiting for buses or rides and sometimes even the homeless who have cell phones will linger on benches near drop boxes; all these have reasons to be in an area for more than a few moments and repeatedly.
Mainstream media passing it off? Maybe, but who cares about opinions expressed by CNN? How about Christians who are concerned about the number of people putting their faith in information that is not based in reality?? Many Christians do not understand how to evaluate information. Cell-phone pings near drop boxes which are always located in places where as many people can get to them as possible should not be considered as evidence.
I don’t normally pay attention to drop boxes, but after reading this, I thought about it further. A drop box near where I work is located between benches used for the homeless and within fifteen feet of a covered area for those waiting for buses. Behind it is a park which people use during lunch.
One drop box in my small community is located near the outdoor tables of three small restaurants.
Just before the 2020 election, Joe Biden in person visited Athens, Georgia and promised everyone in hearing distance a 2000 stimulus if they voted Democrat. I was shocked that this was legal. But I guess it was because the folks at the bus transfer station voted for the fools that have been stealing us blind since. Warnock would not have been elected if this kind of thing wasn’t offered. I was there and personally heard it.
Anybody with common sense knew that there was widespread voter fraud in 2020. AG Barr sold out the American people by not doing his job and investigating it totally and completely. The vast majority of voter fraud seems to always favor the demon-crats. The leadreship in that demon party sold out their party and their souls to satan. I have been reading prayers from people stating any evil satan does God turns it to good. I have also been praying and inviting others to pray for God perfect intervention. If that were true then it would be no evil in the world. What it states is that the Lord can and will and does use evil for his purpose.. that does not mean that he just automatically inverts all evil into good.. if that were the case -, then all sin would be exonerated automatically -,and there would be no need for repentance
Both William Barr and the man who followed him, both Donald Trump appointments, arrived at the same conclusion; there was not enough voter fraud to change the outcome of the election.
Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Thump got a lot of bad advice and chose a few swamp creatures in his appointments.
The only reason it matters now is to keep it from happening again.
I knew someone who voted for a mutual friend in a nursing home. She told me she just got in a long line to pick up a ballot to take to the friend and immediately got in an equally long line to vote that person’s ballot. My husband and I personally received a total of 3 mail-in ballots (not requested) and COULD have used them to commit fraud, can’t say I wasn’t tempted! When we turned in all 3 to vote in person, no one handling the polls cared. Need I say we live in California?
I wish they’d asked a follow-up question: IF YOU COMMITTED FRAUD BY VOTING ILLEGALLY IN ANY WAY IN THE 2020 ELECTION, WHO DID YOU VOTE FOR? It would be telling to see which candidate(s) benefited and whether it would have affected the results.
And yes, people who would commit fraud in an election might well admit it in a poll–even brag about it. The Democrats did in the TIME magazine article The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election by Molly Ball, Feb. 4,, 2021.
I looked up the Secret History of the Shadow Campaign. It was an interesting look into the reasoning behind some of the things that were done.
I found this quote in the Secret History of the Shadow Campaign: “The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted.”
My impression is that the article is saying that some in business along with activists thought (not sure I agree) that what they were doing was keeping the election honest. It says: “The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.”
“Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. I think the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story indicates that they are not being entirely honest with themselves. But apparently, they are not bragging about endorsing voter fraud but rather that they saved the integrity of the election (in their opinion).

I am thankful the people who committed Voter fraud admitted it. It is a very sad time in our nation when
people are trying to undermine the only nation with a Constitution and A Bill of Rights.
I keep praying that these peoples will be convicted of their crimes and go straight and honest.

The Heartland Institute are not professional pollers. They are an organization that is devoted to promoting certain ideals which means they could have polled in a biased manner, even unintentionally. This posting does not mention their polling method which is something professional pollers do when publishing their results. Too small a polling or polling in select groups would throw out the results. And the fact that there were no questions asked to check the honesty of the person taking the poll and that there are no follow up questions which clarify the answers after asking if someone filled out a ballot for another person is suspect. Assuming you know why the people taking the poll answered the way they did is not acceptable.
Did the poll have questions which clarified the responses? I find it hard to believe that anyone who dishonestly filled out a ballot would answer honestly in a poll. There may be reasons for someone filling out a ballot for another person (illness, stroke, Parkinson disease) or voting in another state (recently moved, in temporary housing and returning shortly).
See this is the whole point. When the mind becomes reprobate.. which as we know means hardened to the message of Christ and lost in the world.. but in the case of the secular mind.. it would be the same as these people being completely mentally deluded and thinking they are doing a great thing-,in fact even a patriotic good-,as a patriotic activist would do.. and it even said that they were concerned that the entire vote and system would be overwhelmed with the effort and the groundswell opinion of the masses, wanting an honest and God-fearing man.. but they were really concerned about the system staying in tact in a corrupted state, that it should be kept as it is..even if corrupted..this is completely mentally deluded

As I read the comments below, I agree with them all, but I am going to something controversial. I believe God did allow the man He wanted to win at this time because he wanted to reveal the deep wickedness of our country. He has shown it from city governments to the Supreme Court.
Conservative politics will not save this country. Only a great revival where the hearts of men and women are changed.

It is not clear if some of this is occurring because people are in the process of moving. When you are dealing with large numbers of people, some percentage may be moving and not had a chance to reregister at their new location and in the case of a large number of people that number could be in the hundreds.
A good poll should have a question which clarifies the reason. If people are dishonest and trying to vote twice then it is unlikely that they would admit to that in a poll.
With all due respect to your opinion, it is well known and legendary that our voting system has been corrupted for a long time and that that corruption is widespread. In the 1930s a candidate for governor in Louisiana named Huey Long was notoriously elected through an extremely fraudulent voting process-, that became the legend of movies and a huge embarrassment to our country.. although we are so enamored of rebellious thinking and “hutzspa” , our tough guy stature in confronting life and dealing with our place in the world -,that we have got ourselves to a place where good has become evil and evil has become good. Yes, there has always been some fraud. When people are passionate about something, some will not have enough self-discipline and will cross the line. During Kennedy and Nixon race, there were rumors that the dead voted, and the outcome of the race was much closer than that of Biden and Trump, but Nixon thought of the welfare of the country and graciously recognized Kennedy’s win. It earned him a standing ovation in Congress. As history showed, he went on to win later, one reason being his graciousness in putting aside his own ambitions. However, generally speaking, fraud has always been small and has never been enough to change the outcome of an election except maybe in some very small local elections like in Louisiana which was corrected.
Trump’s behavior in contrast to Nixon’s does not reflect well on his character.

I would like more information about the polling method used, the number of people polled and how they arrived at the group that they polled. One of the reasons that polls have become unreliable of late is that polling methods have changed (one reason is because large scale polling takes time and money) and some groups of people no longer respond to polls.

I don’t agree with widespread mail in voting. Only in special cases, but I don’t believe in misrepresenting people. While there may be some who saw mail in as an opportunity for sending in their elderly mother’s vote, most saw it as an opportunity to get individuals of low income to vote. I don’t personally agree with this. I believe that those who care enough to go through the inconvenience should vote.
Taking care of voter integrity is THE MOST important aspect during next year. Surely, there are many more ills in our society, but unless our society can ensure voter integrity, everything else fails to be rectified. The RNC should deal successfully with this matter, but I do not hold out much hope for that happening. Faithful patriots need to man and woman up to ensure that every vote counts once and only once. The righteousness of our society depends upon this.
I was an election judge in 2008 and 2012. On both occasions,my supervisor allowed illegals ,unidentified and unqualified people to vote. Were the people showing up to vote registered in the voting logs? I have to sign the log each time I voted. The signature can be compared with previous signatures. People rarely had their voters ID. which didn’t have a picture on it. They used driver’s licenses to identify people. Of course, where I vote, everyone knows everyone.
I personally do not like the things former President Obama did, but I do believe in stated the truth. He was born in this country. There is no way he could have been born anywhere else. The fact that you make such a claim makes your other statements concerning.
I would like to throw this out there since some of you have not had to deal with Immigration: a person can be an immigrate and met all the requirements of citizenship and so by law is a citizen but getting the paperwork costs over $1000 and can take years. In those cases, it becomes more complicated to prove you have the right to vote.
Vote only on vote day. No mail ballots unless military overseas.
Paper ballots too.
This is how to have fair elections.
Also, those who are handicapped, the elderly, those in the hospital, working or going to school overseas, working on ships at sea or on oil rigs or others who have legitimate reasons.

Your voluntary participation as a judge at a polling place is the actual greatest effort in commendable action.. and mindset that can be taken to support our election system. The groups I mentioned in this comment are doing great work to expose election fraud. It’s very important to support them and follow their work. I was an election Judge in 2008 and 2012. I was ANGRY as this can never happen in America.On the election day all the voters had picture ID’s Later on more people came without any valid ID. They only had a piece of paper with an address on it.They were unqualifed illegal voters. My supervisor allowed them to vote. They were also Illegals who should not be in America. They all voted and this is how Obama was elected. Shame on us for electing Obama who was not even born here and we have not deported him and our country is being destroyed through our negligence and reckless voting system

Our country is divided right vs left. This study is from the Heartland Institute. I love them. But any denier of voter fraud in my social world would simply denounce the poll because it came from the Heartland Institute. But then open debate about any divisive issues has ended in my social world for some time now. I’d rather keep peace with friends and family than cause them emotional eruption which is what tends to happen. I really don’t know what to do about it other than pray. Especially that we get rid of the electronic machines, require voter ID and have a vote day holiday on voting day – unless you’re out of the country. I’ll keep praying!
I filled out a paper mail in ballot for my mother, who had parkinson’s and could not write. And I do not feel like I committed fraud one bit. Her choices were reflected on the ballot. Voter fraud takes place when an organization fills out multiple ballots for people that are dead, sick, incarcerated, etc.. And the voting machines which can be manipulated because they are connected to the internet – is where the massive fraud is taking place.
I thought the same thing when reading the article. Many people will help a family member to fill out a mail in ballot which I assume is legal. But it does highlight how easy it is to commit fraud. In Virginia with in person voting you can have someone help you but you need to fill out a form. There are no such checks with mail in voting. Mail in should really be done in very limited circumstances where a person’s right to vote would otherwise not happen. This new, Covid-era, no excuse mail in voting is just wrong.
Father, it seems that Americans have lost integrity and sanctity toward certain institutions, in this case the freedom to vote. I ask that instruction about voting would occur in every school, city, village, and state. Help us to secure our elections. Help people to realize that this republic depends on a moral society to do what is right and good. We await Your breath of life upon every person in these United States. Revive us. Awaken us. Ten to twenty percent of US voters do not respect the principle of one registered voter has one vote, and that vote in their state of permanent residence. This was only 1,000 people. It is beyond imagining how cynical and entitled millions of people have become to preference themselves over other Americans. And these are those willing to admit to it.
Father, thank you for bringing out more truth and for making it more widely known. We repent for having so lost the soul of this nation that so many voters have no respect for others and no respect for true democracy. Turn us back to you, turn our nation back to you, restore our foundations, we pray in Jesus’s name.
It is not clear if some of this is occurring because people are in the process of moving. When you are dealing with large numbers of people, some percentage may be moving and not had a chance to reregister at their new location and in the case of a large number of people that number could be in the hundreds.
A good poll should have a question which clarifies the reason. If people are dishonest and trying to vote twice then it is unlikely that they would admit to that in a poll.
