Three Jews were attacked in New Jersey this Friday in what people are calling a hate crime. Elsewhere, in New York City, anti-Semitic hate crimes have quadrupled since last year. This is a dark time for God’s people.
From Daily Caller. Three Jews in Lakewood, New Jersey, were severely injured Friday night by an attacker who allegedly made anti-Semitic comments to the arresting officers.
The suspect, Dion Marsh, was arrested the same evening at his home and is charged with three counts of attempted murder, carjacking and bias intimidation, according to the Lakewood Police Department. Marsh is alleged to have made anti-Semitic comments upon arrest in a statement released by the Anti-Defamation League….
I applaud the efforts of law enforcement in Lakewood and Ocean County for swiftly apprehending the individual believed to have committed a series of serious criminal acts last night, including multiple violent offenses. Tammy and I pray for the full recovery of all victims.

In a separate incident occurring Saturday night in New York, a group of Jews were threatened and assaulted on their way back from temple. The situation did not escalate.
Anti-Semitic hate crimes in New York City have quadrupled compared to the same time in previous year, according to ABC7 New York.

Abba Father we pray for Your Jewish people worldwide, for their safety and well-being- but even more so for them to come to the saving knowledge of the Truth in Christ Jesus our LORD and Saviour. They desperately need to recognize their Messiah and ours, that they may repent and confess their sin- and cry out to You for mercy, calling upon the name of the LORD.
Mankind needs to recognize the truths in Passover, and what its implications are for each individual who needs salvation found only in Christ…. He is OUR Passover; Glorify Your Name during this Holy Season, in Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

Father, we ask for your protection over your people in New York. We ask for the Holy Spirit to change hearts and minds of those who hate your people and are bent on violence. Put a fence around the evil doers so they will be unable to commit this violence again.
