In the settlement, Daleiden secured an agreement to obtain significant additional public documents relating to the UW’s purchase, processing, and sale of the organs and tissue from aborted human fetuses. …
The settlement dictates that UW will provide numerous documents and records relating to agreements between the university’s medical and research programs and Planned Parenthood or any other abortion provider during a specified time frame. The settlement also requires the release of communications and manuals dealing with policies or procedures, and any records dealing with the acquisition or use of human fetal tissue, human fetal organs, human fetal cell products, human fetal placenta and/or other human products of conception from induced abortions, along with subsequent research, financial records, contracts, grant applications, correspondence, and reports.

Thank you so much for reporting on this case. David Daleiden has been prosecuted wrongly to keep his undercover work about Planned Parenthood from being exposed. He is a hero, not a felon. I have been following this case for years and I have faithfully prayed that he would win. God gets all the glory! No weapons formed against him shall prosper, and any tongue that rises against him in judgment, You Lord shall condemn.

Thank our Almighty Father for stomping on the head of Satan in this case! We are grateful to the Thomas More Society and its amazing legal team who fought so hard for David and those precious babies! I decree and declare favor upon David and his legal team and for more exposure and prosecution to follow. This is a season of exposure and justice. I am thankful to men like David standing up for life and willing ot go the course. There is a mighty army rising up to defeat the enemy on all fronts.

It is reported David Daleiden is the “child of a crisis pregnancy” who was born on January 1, 1989.
The lawsuit was originally brought by an “anonymous group of abortion and aborted fetal tissue workers” in August 2016, in response to Daleiden’s February 2016 request for documents about their taxpayer-funded programs at UW.
