The leaked draft opinion for the Supreme Court written by Justice Alito overturns Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. Calling it answered prayer feels like a major understatement. IFA intercessors have prayed for this for nearly 50 years. Yet, we must question the timing of the leak on the night of the premiere of 2000 Mules, a documentary describing proof of widespread election trafficking. We must also ask why this was leaked and what the leaker hoped to achieve. Leaking is unprecedented in Supreme Court history and is illegal and unethical. We must pray! Pray for the Court, the justices, the clerks. Pray for this opinion to remain as it is. Pray for courage. Pray that the election trafficking proof will be dealt with properly by law enforcement.
From The Daily Wire. Late on Monday evening, May 2, Politico broke a world-shattering story: it posted an exclusive leak of a purported majority opinion in Dobbs v. Mississippi (2022), the case considering whether or not Roe v. Wade (1973), which created out of whole cloth a right to abortion, ought to be overruled.
That majority opinion was written by Justice Samuel Alito; it rejected in totality both Roe and the entire chain of cases following therefrom, including Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992). The draft decision states:
It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives…This is what the Constitution and the rule of law demand….
Who Leaked The Decision?
But there is another issue, here, too: who leaked the draft decision?
This is not an ancillary issue – it’s absolutely primary. It’s primary for two reasons.
First, the draft decision is just that: a draft decision….
The attempt to leverage public pressure against the justices is an attempt to strangle the Alito majority opinion in the crib, to generate fractures on the Court. Were the final Court decision to depart widely from Alito’s draft now, it would be crystal clear that public pressure played the main role….
Second, the leak of the draft decision demonstrates the absolute disdain that the legal Left holds for the rule of law. As SCOTUSblog puts it: “It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff. This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.”
Whomever leaked this – and the smart bet is on some social activist in Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s office – should immediately be prosecuted….
The Impact Of The Draft Majority
If the Supreme Court majority does indeed endorse the Alito draft decision, it would completely revolutionize politics in the United States, which has been polarized around the abortion issue since Roe and its subsequent line of cases.
Those cases froze the law in place based on nothing more than specious social activism by Left-wing lawyers wearing black robes; those cases also federalized what had been a state issue, polarizing Americans further on the issue….
Furthermore, the Supreme Court would go a long way toward re-establishing the credibility it has lost over time. The Supreme Court was never meant to be a super-legislature on behalf of liberal interests. It was meant to be a separate branch of government, interpreting the law as written. Striking down Roe would be a return to the days when the judicial branch was actually a judicial branch….

I’m not surprised that this decision is going the right way, it’s long past time. What surprises me is little acknowledgement of the coordinated effort that took place. There were nearly immediate responses to the news as if expected. And boy oh boy the media likes their canned responses. What puppets satan has spawned. People we must pray and be ready to catch up these trained monkeys when the veil is lifted and they become humans again. There will be some that will want help and they will want the truth. Jesus is the truth and the tomb is empty. We win but we still have battles to fight. May the Holy LORD God Almighty wrap you in his loving arms.
Father, we thank You for the anti-Roe draft that was leaked. We pray that the effects of this leak would be minimal, and that the Supreme Court would hold fast to their decision.

I dont know why noone is questioning if this could be yet ANOTHER fake (Russian collusion type) hype. I think it is a scheme to purposely cause strife and discord and should be shut down immediately.

Based on what we have seen in the last 5 years, I speculate this illegal and unethical action was done by a liberal/leftist who wants to drum up support for the abortion side so that this opinion is overturned. I will pray accordingly.

Dear God,
Deliver us from evil. They are calling the innocent, the people who want abortion. This is the same logic that was used to linch men back in the day. They are putting up every group that is anti God to stand against it. They’re putting the poor in this! Please pray that this will not stand and the person who leaked it be fired and investigated. Abortion says to everyone on the world that we are Hippocrates. We don’t love our people. We hate our own and will not give them what the constitution guarantees. We have exalted everyone but the righteous! They are saying fight like hell on fox and calling people to march and call their legislators.
It may have been (and was) wrong for this draft to be released. It may well have been specifically timed to draw attention away from 2000 Mules. But this has also given me great hope and encouragement! As an intercessor, I have felt like I’m swimming upstream, and not seeing the results or any real movement in certain areas. This encourages me that God is indeed working mightily, and we are winning the battle even on fronts we can’t see yet.

Fox News: Chief Justice John Roberts strongly condemned the leak to the press.
“Justices circulate draft opinions internally as a routine and essential part of the Court’s confidential deliberative work. Although the document described in yesterday’s reports is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case,” the court said.
Roberts… has called upon the Marshal of the Court to investigate the situation and find the source who leaked the document to Politico. Roberts also spoke out against the notion that the leak could succeed as a political maneuver to influence the outcome of the case.
“To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the
integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the Court will not be affected
in any way,” Roberts said. “We at the Court are blessed to have a workforce – permanent employees and law clerks
alike – intensely loyal to the institution and dedicated to the rule of law,” he said. “Court employees have an exemplary and important tradition of respecting the confidentiality of the judicial process and upholding the trust of the Court. This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work
here.”

Lord, we pray Your Heavenly Host dispatched to us, those who are called by Your name, for encouragement, inspiration, and protection. That protection be provided to our nation’s SCOTUS for their maturity opinion to stand, for the eventual ceasing of all abortions, the murder of the unborn and just born. That You will raise up a mighty declaration and ceasing of abortions that have darkened our nation and the world. And that our nation’s wickedness in propagating abortion around the world be canceled, in Jesus name. Amen.
Father, may this not change the opinion of the Justices. Guard this decision that it will be just as it is said! Guard us from the negative consequences of this release. May the perpetrator be caught and the negative consequences of this action be turned around. We ask for your righteousness to be extended over our country and states, and over our world.

Father God, We pray that each of the Supreme Court Justices would stand firm in their decision to over turn Roe vrs Wade. We bind the enemy from trying to overturn their decision in any way. Silence voices that stir up strife & violence.
We declare in the Name of Jesus that the Justices have heard Your voice & will continually hear Your voice in every upcoming decision & will stand firm. We declare that the power of death has been broken over America & that Life will once again be honored in Jesus Name!
