We previously covered Rebecca Lavrenz, the “J6 Praying Grandma.” She was sentenced on Monday to a year of probation.
From The Colorado Sun. A Falcon woman convicted of breaching the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, during the riot to disrupt the results of the 2020 presidential election was sentenced Monday to one year of probation.

Rebecca Lavrenz, known as “J6 Praying Grandma” on social media, will also be required to pay a $103,000 fine and $500 in restitution, a spokesperson for the U.S. District Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., said. …
In a Facebook post before the ruling, the 72-year-old great-grandmother, who operates a bed and breakfast northeast of Colorado Springs, offered no apologies for her crimes and said she felt the judge’s decision was in God’s hands.
“I am confident that his sentence will be what God, the Highest Judge, thinks is best to wake up our country,” Lavrenz wrote Monday morning. “Trusting and obeying God is my assignment for today.”
Lavrenz’s defense attorneys requested a one-year probation, no fine and no restitution, in court documents filed last week. They argued that she was a retired, first-time offender with “countless ties” to her community and commitments to her extended family. …
Federal prosecutors requested the judge order Lavrenz to serve 10 months in prison, followed by a year of supervised release and 60 hours of community service. The sentence was justified, prosecutors wrote in a letter to the judge filed last week, because Lavrenz has been “one of the loudest public voices calling the prosecution of January 6 riots a corrupt exercise.” …

Precious Jesus,
You always hear and answer our Prayers in Your Time, in Your Way, and according to Your Will.
I humbly request that You Divinely Intervene on behalf of Mrs. Lavrenz and ALL the J6 prisoners.
You know their hearts and their “crimes” during that time period in Washington, DC.
Please have mercy on each one, and grant each of them Your grace for whatever they are charged
with. Allow the time they have served to be a time of their seeking Your Face and drawing closer and
closer to You every moment. Expose the tricks of the enemy about the entire situation. and protect
these prisoners from ALL harm and evil, including sickness and diseases.
I Praise Your Holy Name, Jesus and Almighty God, that Your Mercy would be showered on these
men and women in this filthy DC prison. Do a quick, short work in Your Righteousness, as only You can do.
In Your Mighty Name and for Your Glory and Honor I ask these things.
Is there a pla e to donate for her fines?
Where is the $103000 going and $500 restitution goes to who. The blm and antifa burn down property to the tune of billions and our lousy justice system sends home with virtually no punishment or fines paid by someone else. Makes little sense to me. May God judge all those who think this is a fair sentence as this grandma was. Trust in God Thy will be done. 🙏😇🙏

unfortunately, this is the world we live in. I am praying for Rebecca. I am also proud of her for praying for our country. Seriously, She was just praying for our country. Why? probably because she loves our country. Rebecca, if you read this, know there are many people praying for you and others that have been treated unfairly. I have a friend that attended that day as well. She didn’t go into the capital, but she said the grounds were filled with people praying and singing praise songs, she said it was so precious. All those people loving their Savior. Which is why some people were attacked, the enemy doesn’t like it when we worship our Savior.
For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 NLT.
She may not have had to go to prison, but 100,000+ is big bucks for nothing but praying at the dc capital. They’re turning loose rapist and murderers free everyday, some never seeing jail. Just a wrist slap. This is horrendous to think it happened in America. Our country is gone, and never will return to its former glory, bc God has sent judgement upon it. Where wolves are now running the show. I’m glad she didn’t go to prison literally, but on probation and a huge out of this world fine for praying??? So sad what we’ve allowed to come into the halls of so called justice. We now live in the Late Great Un-United States.

As a fellow grandma, I salute her faith and pray that she be vindicated fully. What a travesty of justice, that she be prosecuted, much less fined.
Lord, I pray that Rebecca will not have to pay one cent. I pray that you will thwart the plans of the enemies over this great country and allow them to turn against one another as in the days of Jehoshaphat. Lord, you are the vindicator for all evil. Let us look to You for peace and assurance that You are still on the throne no matter what our eyes are seeing and our ears are hearing. Praise be to God!

Lord thank you that Rebecca lavrenz was shown Mercy and allowed to remain free however Lord please help her to pay the $103,000 fine which is really an ostentatious amount of money even for a woman that has a business that apparently is doing well.. bed and breakfasts do not make that much money.. and mainly serve as a service to the community. Lord as we have entered evil these times and overarching bureaucratic powers rule over the common people and extort with outrageous fines-, their budgets and lives are put at risk by having to pay such a large amounts of money. Lord please allow someone to step up and help her as the judge ordered her Give- Send Go funds to be confiscated-, which is also unconstitutional.

I thank You that more injustices and evil plans will be revealed. Keep all those that are in prison due to standing for what is right, safe and focused on the missions You have appointed them.
Give them a song of praise and worship to sing to You – let it resonate throughout the whole facility. Shake the prison doors as You did for Paul and Silas. Open the doors for their release.
LORD, I also ask that the arbitrary fine of $103,000.00 be reduced to $1.03, a miracle for Rebecca and her family.

Actually did you read in previous months ..even last year- as I read-, that as you mentioned, having a song of praise- they actually do sing at night.. I forget which praise song- but they do sing at night, at least they were for a long time

I vaguely remember a post – seems so long ago.
I know that some J6’s have been released due to the Supreme Court ruling and others remain incarcerated. Hope their release is soon approaching, until then may they sing, sing, sing!
