Following the recent surge of Islamic terror, the Israeli police are worried that Ramadan may bring even more violence.
From Ynetnews. Israel Police is preparing for a “worst-case scenario” on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, Jerusalem District Police Commander Nati Gur told Ynet on Sunday as the Muslim world welcomes the month of Ramadan — a time of heightened religious fervor.
This would be Gur’s third year filling one of the most stressful positions in the Israeli police force, but during a tour of the capital’s historical Old City, he confidently said: “We will know how to respond to any incident….”

Oh, Heavenly Father, stop this anger and hate poured out during the Muslim’s Ramadan. Don’t let them harm any of your people in Israel. We are trying to reach the Jewish people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. For those, and there are many, that have become fulfilled Jews, don’t let them be harmed. Protect their families and their dearest friends. Let them feel and know the love of the Father and the Son for them and their own little ones. I don’t know how you can do this but you are the one that dried up the Red Sea so they could walk on dry ground. Nothing is too hard or impossible to you because you know the end from the beginning. Protect all the agencies working to feed the poor and take care of their needs. Protect the seniors that have been through so much. Protect them all. I ask this in the Holy Name of Jesus. Amen.

The Muslims are not our brothers and sisters because we do not have the same Father, the same goals, the same theology, the same Savior, the same inheritance in that Savior! This post needs to be updated. That having been said, we do need to pray for our enemies and those that persecute us. May the Messiah appear to them as He did to Paul.

By the way, Muslims are not our brothers and sisters unless they are adopted into God’s family. Not sure what was meant by those words in the prayer. Islam is directly opposed to Christianity and our way of life. It is a religious political system and anti-Christ.
We still call them brothers and sisters because they are created in the image of GOD. Just pray for their souls to be saved. Just learn to love them (agape).
Actually, Adam and Eve were made in the image of God. We are made in the image of Adam and Eve, with original sin upon us. We are not created perfect as they were. I know that you mean that we should love everyone and that is true, but this theology needs to be corrected as it leads to false applications of the Word.

Lord, save Muslims everywhere. May they see Christ crucified, dead, buried, resurrected and alive, sitting at the right hand of God. Give them visions, dreams, and Damascus Road experiences. Draw them to Yourself, for no one can come to God unless he is drawn. Cause Muslims everywhere to come into God’s family. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
We as Christians are commanded to pray for the peace of Isreal, this gives some specific places in Isreal to pray about., and people to pray for.
