Elon Musk recently became the largest shareholder of Twitter, beating even the founder of the social media platform. This news is especially interesting considering the poll Musk shared with his Twitter followers last month. Read more to find out about that. It is so important to pray for media and free speech! From The Daily Wire. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has become Left-wing social media platform Twitter’s largest shareholder, taking 9.2% stake in Twitter Inc….
The move comes after Musk teased a shakeup at Twitter, or possible plans to build a new social media platform that promotes free speech.
Last month, Musk asked his followers to vote in a poll about free speech and Twitter’s adherence to it, emphasizing that the “consequences of this poll will be important.”
“Free speech is essential to a functioning democracy. Do you believe Twitter rigorously adheres to this principle?” the 50-year-old asked. “The consequences of this poll will be important. Please vote carefully.”
When the poll came back to show that more than 70% of the 2,000,000-plus who voted answered “No,” Musk teased creating a new platform of his own….

Free speech is established, was paid for in the rebellion against British rule and embodied into the American constitution. Debating the matter reveals how our neglect of maintaining our rights by allowing ourselves to be conditioned consumer hogs; taken over by the pursuit of mammon and there’s plenty of religious jargon to accompany prosperity. We failed to steward, possess, and prepare properly by allowing monopolies to take over and we relinquish responsibility for convenience further destroying critical thinking and the root of all evil flourishes because the tool is necessary but was not meant to own us. Slavery exists in many forms. So cut the crap. Those who censor are committing a crime and the legalized maneuvering to create monopolies and limit choice needs to be dismantled. Take that to the court of heaven. It’s an illusion of choice. Wake up churches
I think reporter should do more research. Look into Blackrock, Vanguard, Morgan Stanley and I think there is another called State Street before stating Elon holds the highest shares.
Lord, nothing is impossible with you. You can use anyone to fulfill your glorious plan for your people.

Thank You that he is a promoter of free speech, however he may still be on the path to hell, because he may not have asked You into his heart, mind, and soul. May he respond to your love and give his heart/life completely to You, His Maker and Saviour. May he see the folly of living for self alone, realizing that he, like all of mankind, has an appointment with death and must give an account of his life. Would you use Him to uphold Your Name and Your Righteousness. In the Name of Jesus. Amen!
I dont know much about Elon Musk, his name seemed to come out of no where one day, he evidently kept a low profile for a long time. Father I ask you to prepare his heart to receive the full and true gospel of Jesus Christ, not the religious one or the greasy grace easy one, but the true life changing gospel the first apostles taught. Father bring it to him
by an anointed vessel of your choice, and help him to receive it and live it. Father until then, weigh heavy on his heart regarding moral right and wrong and the constitutional freedoms of Americans. Help him to support and live those values and to be a positive influence on his peers and on social media to do the same, especially Twitter. In Jesus name we Pray.
Lord, give Elon Musk wisdom and knowledge from above so he can deal with the situations that come with this Twitter account. Some people would take advantage of it and push their doctrine and others would lead the people astray with their own accountability of various situations. He’ll need you to help him. I pray IFA will continue to pray for Elon Musk long after things become settled. He may need protection! Trustworthy advisers! Etc. I ask all of this in the Name of Jesus. Amen and amen.
I don’t believe that social media is of God, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, so I don’t use it. I read my Bible and listen to God Fearing Men and Women who share on Sunday’s T.V. shows and that is it. Honestly I think just the algorithms and the censorship needs fixed other then that Twitter it’s self is pretty good. The only don’t fix something that ain’t broke. Other then the algorithms and thought police or though bots being wildly corrupt. Just seems to me the greatest thing Elon could do is restore the algorithms to the original glory Twitter once had. Weed out the thought police that do not support free speech or free thought and the thought bots need to dialed back a lot. Great suggestions Elon I’m not sure if your Intercessor but if you are I think it’s terrific and I hope you get these suggestions which you probably pretty much know. As for Twitter it’s self I was very briefly on it. About the time I was on Twitter was back when Dorcy kicked President Donald J Trump then not to long after that Fake Book began censoring. Twitter it was simple for me. If you can sensor and ban a sitting President but yet allow terrorist and sex trafficking then twitter is not worth my time. If Twitter was to crack down then it shouldn’t have been so selective. With Fake Book again pretty much the same thing only with FB and FB messenger it was 10x worse and more obvious for me. The “data breaches” that FB was having I mean come one we all know it was intended and Mark was making a killing selling our data. I was back forth with FB I stopped using FB because of the breaches but because most of my family members are on FB why Lord only knows but I got back on FB then they began censoring conservatives and free thinkers. That was pretty much my last straw with FB. Then what royally ticked me off was when Fake Book decided to censor the New York Post Biden Laptop story just before the election as if that wasn’t obviously corrupt. All I can say is I am glad Elon is doing something in an attempt to help break up the Big Tech Oligarchy Over Lords. He’s definitely got the money. Who knows maybe he can buy Legacy Media and break up the Fake Establishment Media news to while he’s at it. I hope more free thinkers will follow Elons example.
Father I praise you for Elon shaking things up at Twitter. I pray that Elon can fix twitter and who knows maybe even someone else can buy a share of Facebook and they can fix FB. God I’m glad those with the resources are finally to the point to where they’ve had enough and are finally doing something. Lord please bless these people with your wisdom and the discernment to not give into the greed and list for power. Give them the courage to make a change but Lord don’t let them forget why they are making the change. I am a bit skeptical of Elon but mainly because of Tesla and the green force. Lord only you know what role Elon has in this. I’m sure he was just trying to provide an alternative and just wants to make an impact. I don’t think it was ever his intention to completely get rid of fossil fuels. Lord please help us to trust again. Help us to trust you and one another. Remind us that we ARE human and that we ARE sinners. We need your son Jesus and we need the Cross because we sin every day and need salvation. Father I thank you and I repent on my wicked ways. It is my hope others will to. I pray all these things in the undefeated mighty Lord Jesus Amen.
I thank the Lord for opening Elon Musk’s eyes to the threats on our freedom! I ask that You continue to use Musk to advance freedom, and that his eyes would be opened to the good news of the gospel so he would accept Jesus as his Lord & Savior! That’s the only team he needs to be a part of!!

I don’t do Twitter. I read emails on Facebooker for so many of my friends are on it. It’s wonderful that this gentleman is for free speech and so am I, I just don’t need any other program. God Bless him.

I am very encouraged to learn this news, as Diana said in her comment, we never know who God will raise up and use to accomplish His purposes, which are always good and are eternal. Although God can work through unbelievers, I join in praying that Elon will come to know Jesus personally, which is actually more important than anything he might accomplish here on earth. Free speech is essential for democracy – hope people will wake up and realize we are being fed propaganda by a very small minority, who don’t speak for any of the majority on any of the current issues such as abortion, gender issues, CRT, or anything else. Praise God!! Free speech is VERY vital to a functioning democracy. I hope Elon Musk does create a new platform that will NOT have any censoring because of political or religious beliefs.
It is amazing to see who God will raise up “for such a time as this”. Elon Musk has put his financial power to work in becoming Twitter’s largest stakeholder. He recognizes the danger of a society that does not allow free speech. I am not sure what his faith background is, but I pray that if Elon does not know Jesus, a shake up at Twitter or the process of developing an entirely new platform, will result in a new or renewed relationship the Lord. May God grant him wisdom as he weighs all things to be considered in order to insure protection of our free speech.
President Trump has already created a new social network platform in Truth Social which is up and running now. Truth Social allows complete free speech and sharing of opinions however (thankfully) vulgarity etc is NOT allowed.
