Our big cities, especially New York City, are becoming ever more dangerous. Now the National Guard has been deployed to the New York City subways. Will this really help?
From ABC7 New York. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has ordered hundreds of National Guard members, MTA police and state police to the subway system after a series of recent high-profile crimes.

Hochul announced the move as part of her five-point plan this week. That includes deploying 750 National Guard members, 250 New York State and MTA officers to flood the subway system.
The NYPD is also ramping up more bag checks to 136 stations, covering nearly one-third of the system, and they will have 94 bag-screening teams. …
The governor deployed the soldiers after denying the city’s request for millions in overtime funding for the NYPD. The department’s Chief of Patrol suggests that was a mistake.
“Our transit system is not a war zone,” Chief John Chell posted on social media. “Bag checks have been around since 2005?” …
“What we want the judges to do, when they have the opportunity to put a really bad recidivist, take them off the street after we do our job, the DA does their job and the judges do their job,” Chell said. “That’s what we want. You take care of those recidivists, crime will plummet in the city and the city will prosper and we’re still the safest city in the world.”
While some riders said they do feel safer, others think it sends the wrong message.
“New Yorkers want the subway to be safe, but the National Guard belong in Hamilton County, they belong in Erie County, not in New York City,” said urban studies Professor Mitchell Moss. “The subways need to be safer and we need police to do that.” …

we agree. give the city law inforcement back there 1 billion dollars taken from their budget,cut the funding for illegal migrants send the guard back -get rid of catch and release get someone in there that will prosecute crime,and deport criminals and the city will return to law and order quick and simple we pray
I think this sets a dangerous precedent…but GOD. Abba Father is in on the throne and working to care for HIS people. May the wisdom of God be imparted to people making these decisions and may the leaders who have the wisdom, use it.
This was their plan! I’ve said this for years because it is how despots work. They create the mess, then say, “oh, my! What a mess! I’ll rescue you!” But, what they don’t get is that God, Whom they reject, set them on a slippery slope.
Governor Hochul is violating US Citizens’ Constitutional rights.
There is NO justification for her to break the law, None.
Plummeting NY state in a Sodom and Gomorrah culture, breaking the law and Constitutional rights is her playbook. Has been since day 1.
Yet many Biblical Christians, mighty in the LORD, are standing in the gap. I know them.

If the illegals and criminals don’t respect police, and DAs and Judges turn a blind eye to righteous judgment and justice, what makes them think that they will respect and listen to the National Guard?? What we need are changes in leadership at the Federal level and all across our states. We need men and women chosen by God, who love God, America and family and who walk in integrity and truth. Also, we need to close our borders, get rid of sanctuary cities (no such thing in our Constitution) and catch and deploy illegal aliens who have invaded our United States. We must invoke the Constitution and enforce laws.
Father God, I agree with Chief Chell. Let the police be able to do their jobs well with ALL their tools they need , especially let dogs be given to them. Let the National Guard do a short (maybe one month? Your call Father) clean sweep of the subway system and let judges sentence criminals and let the jails keep them. Let the truly innocent be set free. Let the mentally ill be helped as You, LORD see fit. Let organized crime (foreign or national) be totally exposed and justly stopped and be unable to reorganize.. Our PENINTENTuary system originally was designed to encourage criminals to be penitent about crime and come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Now common thought is that ,that is where younger or newer criminals learn from older hardened criminals instead. So I pray Lord that You kick solid Christians into the Harvest fields of our prison systems to follow Your leading in HOW to bring in the lost. You know WHO YOU, LORD have created with the skills to get the job done. Encourage them to get in and save souls.
And LORD< we know that our country has enemies which have from long ago announced they will destroy the USA from within. Stop the deep state from allowing our boarders to breached by those with skills and plans to destroy us. Identify those operatives and bring them to justice as You LORD know is rightly needed. Bring workers in Your Harvest to shift the wheat from the tares. SAVE those little children being exploited for evil. Send workers into the field who actually can get them to safety. Reunite them to Godly parents and bring dysfunctional families into a saving knowledge of how to be. LORD their are so many systems that are broken now that once were under people who sought your will and followed your commandments. Give us Godly public servants once again. How can You bless us if we do not follow Your will on earth as it is in Heaven. So I pray GOD SAVE America.
I recently left New York City after living there all my life, 80+ years. Aside from missing my family, I have never looked back. Living in New York is an emotional disaster. The rampant crime is one thing, however, the political climate which was always bad, since 2016 it has become a nightmare. Totally far far left. It used to be the Democrats we’re always talking about freedoms, but honestly, they have become the seat of Satan. Freedoms have been whittled away bit by bit. How anyone could vote democrat is beyond me! The Republicans are not much better but at least they aspire to protect we the people and our Constitution!
I think and know that policeman need freedom to do their jobs. Black Lives Matter is an enemy to all races. And if policemen have the ability and permission to do their jobs things will get back into order. It’s called use your weapons if you need to. You might kill some one who might kill many. No matter what color or nationality they are. With open borders and salaries paid by evil people we need the police more than ever. Our legal system has become secular and liberal and broken down walls is safety for citizens. People are being arrested by the fbi and we need an invasion of righteousness in all camps and categories.
Stolen elections have consequences.
Lord, save the USA. Helo us to make wise decisions about voting for President and all other races.
Lord give discernment to this people, even a 5 year old would know what to do.
A lot of these things would have been stopped if they would recognize your Word and follow it for the sake of the Nation..
ROMANS 1:28 says:

The use of the National Guard is symptomatic of how far this nation has fallen. Lord Jesus, you know what a messy fiasco our nation has become. Apart from your intervention, Lord, nothing is going to change for the better. I pray over these cities where the Guard has been deployed. I bind all the evil spirits that have influenced people to become hurtful to their fellow man, particularly, the spirit of violence. I loose a spirit of peacefulness over all of these misguided people, that they may learn to live in a way that brings glory and honor to You. I pray that those who have perpetrated evil acts upon other people will repent, and become born- again, righteous believers in you, Lord Jesus.
If there are any more cities out there with liberal councils that want to defund the police here is what happens !! NYPD is grossly understaffed with the numbers only rising. While this is certainly not the purpose of the National Guard there is no one else to defend the streets. This stronghold of our enemy is spiraling out of control !
Father all we can do is pray. We stand together shoulder to shoulder against these wiles of the devil. We pray that Jesus loving believers will become the ones in control of these big cities . In our savior Jesus name we pray. Maranatha !!!
