Following Trump’s victory, the DOJ is looking to “wind down” its investigations into the President-Elect. Is the lawfare coming to an end?

The Justice Department is looking to wind down two federal criminal cases against President-elect Trump as he prepares to be sworn in for a second term in the White House — a decision that upholds long-standing policy that prevents Justice Department attorneys from prosecuting a sitting president.

I pray daily for President Trump, his family and new administration. This early morning’s prayer focused on thanking God for dismantling the DOJ’s flimsy cases against The President and kicking Jack Smith to the curb permanently. I prayed also that the Lord would set ambushments against those in the outgoing administration who would yet attempt to oppose DJT’s every move. So with every news headline reflecting correct reporting on this topic, I am encouraged. This is a new day. The Lord is doing a new thing in our nation and in its government. I release my faith daily to expect a different atmosphere over the nation, The White House, The President and his next administration. No more lawfare. No more below the belt slanderous assaults against The President. No more twisting of the nation’s lexicon in order to change the meaning of words to appease the “hive mind”. And no more “word salad,” please. Period. Amen.
Alyse, your comment caused me to chuckle! I love your reference to the “hive mind”, and also to “word salad”. I love the unadulterated English language, if it still exists! The Word of God even comments on the “twisting of a nation’s lexicon”, when it references “calling good evil and evil good”. I get into trouble because I can’t keep up with current slang, and really don’t want to. Oh, to have a cleansed word palette!!
I wonder if anyone knows how much taxpayer money has been spent attacking, harassing, & “investigating” Donald Trump since he came down that Trump Tower escalator??
Those politically motivated expenditures seem to me, to be a crime against the people of these United States.
Lord, thank you for your help to root out all wickedness in high places.
We declare our gratitude to the Lord for His great grace and mercy.
We ask that You would reverse and remove the ungodly and groundless judicial lawfare in our nation. Strike down any and all verdicts that do not match the verdicts handed down by the Heavenly Court.
Praise God for this development. Good still triumphs over evil! Lord, by your great grace, let mercy triumph over justice , and may President Trump be exonerated of ALL the phony charges that have been wielded against him. I pray for a total vindication for our President. Thank you Jesus.

I have no respect for Bill Barr’s opinions on this. His comments on the 2020 elections that there wasn’t enough illegal votes to change the outcome showed me that he is part of the deep state. It was his job to investigate any and all reports of fraud. If he had he would have discovered hundreds of cases of fraud but he failed and now God guided we the people to take charge The DOJ, Jack Smith, and the entire deep state is just regrouping and going to plan B of satan’s evil plan. Until they repent and ask for God’s mercy they will always be a threat to to the God fearing people of this great land given to us by God. With God at our side no one can stand against us. Let us continue to seek and follow God’s guidance and pray that those who are against God will repent and return to God’s ways. Let us pray for all to unite in prayer and ask for God’s blessings.
