I continue to plead to you to help us American’s who are addicted to comfort and serve this idol by sticking our heads in the sands regarding how bad things are in our country, that we would turn from our rebellion and have a single minded heart toward you. Lord, how good can it be with all the preborn deaths that happen here legally day after day. It was secular citizens who gave the alarm that the planes did not bring down the towers at 9/11. Thank you for our President that knew this just weeks after 9/11, that something very sinister was happening on our soil using the terrorist attack as a blind. Lets go further back, mounting evidence points to Johnson as the man behind the assassination of JFK, and the Viet Nam war a promise he made to his munitions buddies if “he was made president”. Help us Christians here Lord, to deal with the wickedness of the heart of man in honesty, to include our own. May we call out to you Lord for mercy, and for your courage so we see clearly what is happening so we might intercede with focus. Lord God, many of us remember Rodney King and the riot that followed in LA. Only a few seconds of a 15 minute police ordeal was used by the media to incite a riot. Lord God, please help us, may Franklin Graham’s prayer come before your throne again that the mouths of lying manipulating media would be stopped as you stopped up the lions mouths, may you favor us, your people here in America as you did Daniel. I am old enough to remember the “most trusted man in America” and his slanted reports of how the war in Viet Nam was being lost and how most Americans were against it. It totally demoralized our country into withdrawing just short of victory. This was the beginning of news anchors not being objective in their reporting and telling the truth but actually wanting to be the news and pandering to ratings.

There are evil forces afoot that desire to see this country in a civil war so that the “house divided cannot stand” and they can easily take over a weakened, divided country. Some of the media is on their payroll and in line with promoting the agenda of those advocating chaos in order to emerge as the new leaders. We must continue to pray for peace, truth, justice and unity.

I feel the news media should be prosecuted for fraudulent, biased & incorrect news releases. Why should they be held to a different standard than the public & other companies who present issues to one another?

Thank-you for this article. While no Trump fan, I had also begun to suspect the media of distorting their reports to make him and Republicans look even worse than they are. Fox and other Trump supportive media are incredibly not credible.Does anyone know where to get “real news”? (That’s a serious question. I’m asking for responses). I am so sick of people seeking to promote their own agenda and vilifying their opponents, rather than seeking to find truth and constructive solutions. Seems like the human default setting.Though it looks to me that the Union of Concerned Scientists and The Nature Conservancy are two groups that do seek facts and, quite creatively, find solutions that address the needs and concerns of ALL parties, and to successfully negotiate their implementation.
