The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is continuing its U.S. agricultural takeover, buying hundreds of thousands of arable acres across the nation. The purchase of U.S. land is part of the CCP’s food security initiative, posing a significant threat to food and national security for the American public. Republicans appear willing to confront the risk by introducing amendments to H.R. 4356 and 2022 Agricultural Appropriations bill to limit land ownership and tax incentives for foreign investors
At the beginning of 2020, Chinese investors had purchased upwards of 192,000 acres of American agricultural land. The value of the land is roughly $1.9 billion, which is an exponential increase in ownership over the ten years prior. Exact numbers on the land owned by China and Chinese companies are almost impossible to track, as the USDA’s data on farmland ownership is two-years out of date.
One large purchase that was tracked was made by a Chinese billionaire named Sun Guangxin and his company GH America Energy LLC, a subsidiary of China’s Guanghui Energy Company. Sun spent $110 million purchasing 140,000 acres in a Texas county near the Mexico border and Laughlin Air Force Base.
The land was set aside for the owner to build a wind-farm to feed into Texas’ electricity grid. Known as Blue Hills Wind development, local ranchers, politicians, and the US Military were quick to note the proximity of the development as a serious risk for multiple threats from hostile actors.
The wind-farm development was only 70 miles from Laughlin, raising concerns of potential efforts to spy or “otherwise interfere with US flight training.” Military outlets further noted that the power supply to the Air Force base could be vulnerable should the development go ahead…
Despite America suffering supply chain shortages, leaving shelves bare, the Biden’s Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack continues to build strong ties with the CCP. Vilsack’s efforts in support of China came after reports surfaced of China’s land purchases posing a significant threat to American national security.
“The current trend in the U.S. is leading us toward the creation of a Chinese-owned agricultural land monopoly,” warned Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-Wash.) last July.

I am really struggling with anger, resentment and bitterness over the way our government is selling off our country to China. I’m trying to be “angry and sin not”, but it’s very elusive.
I am very aware that bitterness blocks effective prayer, and that’s why I need to get rid of this, but I’m stuck.
I am praying for you.
I am struggling to remain steadfast. Below is a letter to my representatives, sent with at prayer for action.
China is buying huge amounts of American farmland, seemingly a takeover of U.S. agriculture. What has happened to our leadership? Despite having a border hemorrhaging criminals, 140,000 acres in a Texas county near the Mexico border and Laughlin Air Force Base is now owned by a subsidiary of China’s Guanghui Energy Co. Americans are struggling like no other time in my life but the leadership continues to allow illegal activity from within our own government. Ownership of American land should not be in the hands of the enemy. And in regard to all who are benefitting from business dealings with the enemy, I am hoping and praying a day of reckoning. We are desperately lacking national security.

This is news that has been reported on conservative sites for months now. I’m glad that someone is finally seeking to establish laws to protect this country’s arable land and to protect this country’s security.
I pray that these amendments will become part of the established law.
I pray for God’s plan, purpose, will, and wish be done according to his perfect timing.
God is righteous and just. Evil plans are turned to good by His power.
Stand with faith in the Almighty who sees all and knows all.
Lord God, we need You more everyday!! Why on earth would we allow one of our greatest enemies to buy up our farmland or any land at all in the US? Common sense tells us they are going to us it against us. We the people have been uninformed for way to long…thankful to God when truth is revealed …thankful we can bring it our King of kings and Lord of lords in prayer…and contact our leaders…and do our part to preserve on lands, elections and God given freedoms, and so much more. Raise us up Lord God to stand for what You stand for…and that is to love You above all else and to love others …oh, how much ground this really covers!! Help us see it Lord, help us do it, through Your Holy Spirit in us…for without You we can do nothing…but with You all things are possible and there is nothing to difficult for You. Help us all submit to You, God, resist the devil and he will flee!! Your righteous right hand Oh, Lord, shatters the enemy!! At Your right hand sits Lord Jesus and us…so therefore there is HOPE for us by our faith in His shed Blood and His powerful resurrection!! You don’t just resurrect dead bodies, and dead lives, You resurrect dead nations!!! Resurrect us from the dead Lord God!! In Jesus’ Powerful Name, Blood, Word, Authority, and Power break in Jesus’ Name every demonic stronghold coming against America and other nations like her. “The Lord shall go forth like a warrior. He will stir up His zeal like a man of war. He will shout out “ YES!” He will raise a war cry. He will prevail mightily against His ( and American’s) enemies. In Jesus’ Name I/we pray believing Who is glorious in power to defeat the enemy. Amen.
