Before taking office, Joe Biden declared he would do away with the Trump-era’s conservative Title IX rules on sex discrimination, sexual orientation, and gender identity. On April 19, 2024, President Biden went beyond his pre-election vow and issued his administration’s Title IX rulings, in what FOX contributor Cal Thomas calls the latest of plans to destroy anything left of our country’s moral foundations. Absent any intervention, the new Title IX rules will become law on Sept. 1, 2024, just in time for implementation in our schools for the fall semester.
Who is praying on the wall?
Title IX rules fill a gap created by the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964 that prohibited discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in employment and public accommodations. Excluded in this original act was sex discrimination against persons employed in educational institutions. Title IX, written to address that gap, became law on June 23, 1972. Each administration’s Office of Civil Rights (located within the Department of Education), issues its own Title IX rules to address sex discrimination issues the DOE finds particularly egregious.
Some of the rulings embedded within the 1,530 pages of these new Title IX rulings are:
- There are extended protections for LGBTQ+ students, based on gender identity and not biological sex.
- Biden’s rules revoke the Trump-era rules that gave rights to those accused of sexual crimes to be heard when charged. New rules do not require the accuser to attend live hearings or go through cross-examinations.
- Title IX now extends the definition of sex-based harassment to include pregnant persons on the campus of any school that receives federal funds. The rule clarifies the steps a school must take to protect students, employees, and applicants from discrimination based on pregnancy or related conditions. If abortions were allowed under this rule, this action would override any state’s ban on abortion.
- Students may use the bathroom of their gender identity without fear of discipline.
- Any institution that receives federal funds once designated for women must allow those funds to also be used for anyone who identifies as a woman, even if he is a biological male.
- At this time, Title IX has no definitive ruling on transgender students being allowed to play on a team consistent with gender identity. Biden vowed to issue a ruling by Sept. 1, 2024, shortly before the beginning of the 2024 fall semester. If the administration remains consistent with its past rulings, trans students will be allowed to play on teams consistent with their gender identity.
Critics of the newly released Title IX rules consider this leftist rewrite to be illegal, and they intend to see that Biden’s attack on America’s frail moral fiber fails. Informed intercessors are crucial to defeating this assault on our nation, aimed at undermining the morals of every person enrolled in any school or any other educational institution that receives federal funds.
Pray for law firms and organizations to file law suits or join those listed below that have already initiated legal action. Such pending action stalls Title IX rules from taking effect.

Pray for more attorneys general, governors, and state education superintendents to join those listed below who object openly to the administration’s Title IX rules.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis issued a statement that Florida will not comply with recently unveiled changes to the Biden administration’s TITLE IX rulings.
Arkansas Gov. Sarah Sanders ordered her state to follow its own laws instead of the Biden administration’s new interpretation of Title IX, calling it a “plainly ridiculous change.”
Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Education Ryan Walters, stated that Oklahoma will not comply with Biden’s new Title IX changes.
Louisiana’s superintendent of education told Louisiana educators to ignore the Biden administration’s new Title IX rules, stating that the new rules would conflict with laws Louisiana already has in place to protect students.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a challenge. Montana, Mississippi, and Idaho have also filed lawsuits.
God has not left us without recourse: Intercessors have four months before this law takes effect — which gives us time to pray fervently to our God for an end to this evil agenda.

My heart is broken for the little school kids in the United States. Matthew 19:14 tells us that Jesus wants the little children to come unto him, and forbid them not, for such is the Kingdom of Heaven. All schools teaching all this gender nonsense should be closed if it’s run on taxpayer’s dollars. I have a great granddaughter that attends second grade in Arizona public schools. I don’t know if this gender stuff is being taught to them. In Colorado, a great grandson is in kindergarten. I do not know if it’s being taught in his school. The RED States are probably the best to live in for families with small children. Parents must be bold and declare to these teachers that their boy is a boy and their girl is a girl. They need to attend School Board and PTA meetings. Get active! Get involved! No one can save your child except you so if you have to do Home Schooling, do it. If you have to send them to private schools, I pray you can afford it. Ask questions. Don’t let anyone be vague with their answers. In the long run, you’ll save your child a world of hurt and trouble.
Bravo to governors like Sarah Sanders that says her State will abide by the laws of Arkansas. Our leaders must get bold and stand firm on what is acceptable or not acceptable. I pray wisdom and a divine courage for Christian leaders throughout the United States.
Abba Father, Your word in Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. We thank You for the blessing of children/grandchildren. We intercede on behalf of every child in this nation, as we call upon Your name. We stand against this current administrations Title IX rules and intentional deceptions. We speak “No More, Be Gone” to the spirit of darkness. Jesus shine Your light upon our children and protect them from the evil one. Continue to expose all crafting of wicked ways. Please forgive me if you do not like my wording. biden is NOT President of these United States. Nor is he running things. barack obama, hilary clinton, george soros–who did I miss?–ALL UNelected appear to run “everything”. However, God Has Been Working all along. He Has Promised to UNveil, display, EXPOSE all people who were blatantly, premeditatively destroying things U.S.A. believes & stands for; & to PUNISH: God’s Ways all the aforementioned. Through prophets God Said some will lose their jobs; some will go to prison; some will die seemingly “prematurely”: God’s Choices. Also God Said Through prophets, “You have been saying you want things to go back to the ways they were. No. I’m going to make things better than they were.” Also approximately 5 – 6 yr. ago God Said, ” I am going to get the ROT out of your government.” He Has Neither Been Asleep, Nor Idle, despite how many of us have felt.
It is totally insane what Biden is doing to our Country, and we must stop him from corrupting it more than he already has.
I stand with the many parents and grandparents who do not want our children to be forced to share bathrooms with those of the opposite sex. Girl’s’ athletic teams should not be open to males, regardless of what they claim their sexual identity to be. Biden’s proposed Title IX rule changes are ridiculous and must be stopped!
President Biden needs to remember he is not fighting Mr. Trump, but God’s Word. And God will win! The Word says whoever is in leadership was put there by God. If we get Mr. Biden again we all need to look to ourselves to see if we are representing Christ as we should. If we are not, God will have us suffer our consequences by putting Mr. Biden in office again. Prayer works, but God has the final word. He doesn’t always answer how we want but how it will make His purposes come out the way He wants. He may be letting us all learn the lesson of what happens when we let morality slip away. God help us to be the godly witnesses that we should be and lovers of mankind to bring them to Your throne Lord!
Title I X, praying that God will not let this Title 1X to be used. Praying for only Christians, people who love and obey Jesus will be voted into office in Nov. Then all the evil rules and regulations that are not Of God , can be signed out, and destroyed, just like Biden did his first day in office.
We are praying for America, for healing, restoration, salvation, mercy, grace, wisdom, forgiveness. We love our grandchildren, children and want only the best for them. We are praying for our Nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all. May Jesus’s will be done in America, as it is in heaven. Amen
IFA should also include Canada in its prayer agenda. In the last few years some VERY BAD laws have been passed aimed at any who would disagree with or speak against LGBTQ agenda and lifestyles. One can be fined if found engaging in “conversion” therapy censoring any who would help those who desire to leave the LGBTQ life. Pray for Canadians to truly awaken, intercede, and shout out against this kind of discrimination. One of Canada’s problems is that most of the vote is on the east side, hence the elections are almost over by the time the rest of the country is finished voting hence Canadian elections are often “one sided.” America & Canada tend to “copycat” one another. Let us seek Gods guidance as we intercede for both countries that he may accomplish HIS GOOD will in America & Canada.
Dear Lord may you accomplish your purpose of bringing MANY including all in leadership & authority to salvation in both America & Canada. May these turn to God in full repentance and humility, may they ABOLISH the ungodly laws and ordinances, in Jesus precious name, amen.

This is truly a time for Fathers, Grandfathers, Uncles, Biological male Relatives, Saints to stand up and be the Godly protectors that is in your spiritual DNA. Stand up to this “sissy” demonic giant coming against females/women. We know since the garden that satan hates females.
You won’t see females who think they are males on NFL professional football defensive teams or Hockey teams, using urinals in male bathrooms, nor males who think they are females, in maternity wards birthing babies, buying tampions at the drug store, or experiencing monthly cramps.
Father, we recognize that the weapons of this war are not carnal but the pulling down of strongholds. We pray over all the legal weapons coming together as one to yield a blow to strike this giant right in the middle of his head with the authority we are given in the Name of Jesus!
All need to wake up pray interceed put faith and prayer into action. We will not comply. Faith without works is dead. Churches need to infirm of these bills.7
Father God please thwart this evil plan. I do not want my grandchildren to have to use the restroom with the opposite sex. I do not want girls to suffer harm through this even down to boys playing sports on their female teams. Please stop President Biden and his demon-cratic counterparts from being able to pass this legislation. I pray you increase the Attorney Generals, and law firms that are standing and filing suits against this and that you give them victory over this evil. I know it is not your will that any of this be taking place and that you are a God of order not chaos. I pray your PERFECT WILL over this and all the craziness that is taking place at this time. I trust you and I know you have a plan I will wait upon the Lord and be still knowing you alone are GOD.

Lord, I pray in agreement with these believers who understand the importance of gender identity and Biden’s attempt to make children ashamed of their natural sexual identity. Lord, I pray that the courts will support students and parents all around this nation who oppose this moral decay in our nation. I pray Biden’s Title IX ruling will stuck down by the courts! In addition, South Carolina’s Education Superintendent has ordered the schools not to comply with the new Title IX rules. Father, we lift up those who are standing for truth and righteousness. Give them strength to stand against this lawless Title IX document. Thank You for the lawyers and organizations that have filed law suits against this. Father, our hearts hurt over this document. This is not freedom but rather it is lawlessness and it is immoral. I ask You to use every means possible to strike this down. In Jesus’ Name. Amen
