The 2024 election is over, and many prayer warriors are breathing a sigh of relief. However, as members of the Biden Administration prepare to hand the reins to President Trump, some wonder how many eleventh-hour plans they can accomplish before exiting the White House.

President Trump will not take office until January 20, 2025, and this gives the Biden Administration a window of opportunity to sign executive orders and implement policies in what’s been dubbed a “sprint to the finish.” A recent CNN article reported that Biden “will direct his Cabinet to get as much work done as possible–whether that’s moving funding out the door, announcing new programs and policies, or delivering on programs and policies we have already announced.”

Vaccine Passports and Digital ID

While the list of damaging policies is long, Liberty Counsel, a law and policy organization that advocates Christian principles, warns that the Biden Administration’s plan to cede power to the World Health Organization before the end of the year is one of the most daunting. A recent email alert stated, “On December 1, the WHO will launch a Vaccine Passport. This is part of the new amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that were ‘agreed’ upon in May of this year. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are racing to position the WHO over America.”

For several months, media sources have reported that the White House is working on a cybersecurity executive order that would focus on identity management and artificial intelligence. A recent article in Biometric Update reveals, “A draft executive order yet to be signed by U.S. President Joe Biden will “strongly encourage the use of digital identity documents.”  This order would piggyback off Biden’s 2021 Executive Order to tackle “unfinished business in the cybersecurity policy landscape.”

Liberty Counsel explains that this executive order is supposed to “strongly encourage the use of digital identity documents” and that the digital ID could be required to use “biometric authentication.”

Currently, there are 13 states that have launched a digital ID based on driver licenses, and at least 11 others are looking into it. Liberty Counsel stresses, “when this is digitized for a mobile device, government surveillance, tracking and tracing create a digital prison. This digital ID has the capacity to consolidate your health and financial data–in addition to all the information the government has on you.”

Big Pharma is Moving Forward

In April 2024, an international meeting called the World Vaccine Congress was held in Washington D.C., bringing together key players in the vaccine industry, such as Pfizer and Moderna, as well as representatives from the Rockefeller Foundation. The World Vaccine Congress will convene again in April 2025, where large numbers of vaccine developers, regulators, and investors will gather to discuss how to tackle the WHO’s “priority pathogens,” which include diseases such as COVID-19, RSV, and influenza. Even though the COVID mRNA vaccine caused record injuries and deaths worldwide, the pharma train keeps pushing “novel technology” before safety.

Vaccine Patch Technology

In tandem with the push for vaccine passports and digital IDs, new technologies such as vaccine patches are being developed at break-neck speed. In October 2024, University of Connecticut associate Professor Thanh Nguyen received “significant” funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to develop vaccine microneedle patches. So far, the Gates Foundation has awarded a series of grants equaling $6.6 million to pursue this technology, which is supported by the National Institutes of Health and the US Department of Agriculture. Because of its affordability, patch enthusiasts believe the new technology will have a global health impact on human and animal vaccination.

Covid Restrictions Could’ve Been Worse!

The possibility of vaccine passports does not sit well in a post-Covid world. A recent article by the Brownstone Institute reminds the public how these digital or paper documents can infringe upon personal freedoms. “Consider the vaccine passports alone. Six cities were locked down to include only the vaccinated in public indoor places. They were New York City, Boston, Chicago, New Orleans, Washington D.C., and Seattle. The plan was to enforce this with a vaccine passport. It broke. Once the news leaked that the shot didn’t stop infection or transmission, the planners lost public support and the scheme collapsed.”

The article reveals that even though these Covid policies were bad, they were “intended to be worse.” The vaccine passport was meant to be permanent, nationwide, and possibly worldwide.

The Brownstone article highlights a plan that the CDC posted to its website on July 26, 2020, describing nationwide quarantine camps. The CDC titled this plan Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings. The framework prioritized isolating “high-risk individuals” and banning (shielding) them from interacting with the rest of the population.

The original document read, “High-risk individuals would be temporarily relocated to safe or ‘green zones’ established at the household, neighborhood, camp/sector or community level depending on the context and setting. They would have minimal contact with family members and other low-risk residents.” Another detail noted within the plan says, “One entry point is used for exchange of food, supplies, etc. A meeting area is used for residents and visitors to interact while practicing physical distancing (2 meters). No movement into or outside the green zone.”

Will There Be Another Pandemic?

Future pandemics are always on the minds of the World Health Organization and the CDC. Currently, the newsfeeds are abuzz with bird flu fears. Since January 2024, bird flu outbreaks among birds and cows have caused health authorities to sound the alarm that the H5N1 virus (bird flu) could spread all over the United States. Thus far, it’s suspected that bird flu has infected over 100 million birds and almost 500 dairy cattle herds across 15 states. The CDC reports that there have been 46 “confirmed” human cases of bird flu in the United States since the outbreak began, and those cases were mainly among dairy or poultry workers who had very close contact with infected animals.

Even though illness is mild in humans and there’s no evidence that the virus spreads from person to person, the U.S. government awarded Moderna $176 million in July 2024 to produce an mRNA bird flu vaccine against pandemic influenza. That same month, the WHO announced it had “launched an initiative to help accelerate the development of a human bird flu vaccine using mRNA technology.” The initiative is part of the WHO’s mRNA Technology Transfer Program, which will allow for a more “equitable response” when the next pandemic arrives. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has also funded clinical trials for a self-amplifying mRNA vaccine targeting the bird flu virus.

While the Covid pandemic seems to have come and gone, there are still plans in the works that must be stopped in their tracks. There is a continual push for digital ID, both nationally and globally. Additionally, the pharmaceutical industry is producing a never-ending supply of vaccines for the WHO’s projected disease threats.

It’s Time to Take Action

Liberty Counsel states, “The WHO launched ‘voluntary’ international vaccine passports in March 2022, and instantly, two continents and the European Union jumped on board. Now the WHO wants these digital health records to be mandatory around the world. We have a very short window to stop the WHO Pandemic Agreement/Treaty and the IHR amendments!”

Liberty Counsel warns that Biden’s impending cybersecurity executive order and the last-minute plan to push the expanded International Health Regulations onto the American public pose a real danger to our freedoms. The World Health Organization continues to meet in a last-ditch effort to finalize its Pandemic Agreement/Treaty.

The White House plans to cede power to the WHO before President Trump takes office. Liberty Counsel stresses, “Once America signs on to this WHO Pandemic Agreement/Treaty, the global damage will be done…even if President Trump opts the U.S. out of the WHO, it will take 18 months to undo this entanglement. In the meantime, many other nations will be wrapped up in the international web. And this will directly impact America far beyond the 18-month window.”

Liberty Counsel has provided this link where you can fax members of Congress and let them know that you are against this globalist plan. The Sovereignty Coalition, an organization dedicated to stopping the WHO’s international takeover, has also provided resources and links where intercessors can take action.

Intercessory prayer is critical in addressing the looming threats of digital ID/vaccine passports and the release of “novel” vaccines.

1. Pray that any last-minute plans of the Biden Administration to launch digital ID and/or vaccine passports are stopped immediately. Pray that the executive order in process will fall to pieces.
2. Pray that Big Pharma projects, such as new mRNA vaccines or vaccine patches, would be halted.
3. Pray that the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty and IHR amendments would be scattered to the four winds as countries and their citizens rise up and speak out against schemes of global control.
4. Pray that the United States will exit the WHO and sever ties with the United Nations. (President Trump began the process to exit the WHO when he was in office, so pray that he is successful in securing a full withdrawal when he is back in the White House.)
5. Pray that people will not be overcome by a spirit of fear when it comes to pandemics and that God will protect our medical freedoms, as well as our national sovereignty.

Lord Jesus, the globalists want to control our country and our lives. Please protect us from these dangers and infuse our leaders and citizens with the courage to fight for our freedoms.
