The public knows that the FBI relied extensively on the Democratic Party-financed dossier, whose list of anti-Trump allegations influenced the bureau’s overall attitude toward the candidate and eventual president.
Now, Attorney General William P. Barr has made it clear he wants to know more: Just how far did the discredited dossier take the FBI into the depths of a nearly three-year Trump investigation?
“What were the standards that were applied? What was the evidence?” Mr. Barr told CBS News, adding that his focus is not on the rank-and-file but on senior FBI leaders. . . .
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on an investigation that found no conspiracy effectively destroyed the dossier.
The dossier’s impact inside FBI headquarters is a topic of investigation by John Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut. Mr. Barr has assigned him the special job of finding out how and why the FBI targeted the Trump campaign — which means a focus on the dossier.
“These counterintelligence activities that were directed at the Trump campaign were not done in the normal course and not through the normal procedures, as far as I can tell,” Mr. Barr said Friday.
The attorney general said he wants Mr. Durham to find out “what was the predicate for it,” “was everyone operating in their proper lane” and “what was the evidence.”
He belittled the FBI’s decision to place an informant on campaign volunteer George Papadopoulos. He referred to the operation as “dangling a confidential informant in front of a peripheral player in the Trump campaign.”
Mr. Barr said the investigation is not FBI-wide but is focused on “a small group at the top. … And a lot of the people who were involved are no longer there.”

Praying that our God, who is the God of truth , will cause truth to prevail. Praying that William Barr will be persistent and thorough in his investigation. Praying that lies will be exposed and that voters will know what is real about this whole affair. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Lord, I pray that your kingdom come and that your will be done in this nation as we your people pray. In Jesus Name.
God please give Attorney Barr supernatural knowledge and John Durham regarding what actually happened and that they will be successful in their investigation. It is time that the people who instigated this will be brought to justice for their crimes. What was done was not righteous but evil. Cover them with mercy, grace, favor, guidance, courage, boldness in dealing into this matter. In your word you said that what was done in the darkness will be brought to the iight so guide their paths to discover the truth.
Lord you are justice and the only answer to injustice.
Praying for the Light to penetrate the darkness, courage to speak the truth in the face of evil…for hearts and souls to be convicted of wrong, fear, and silence.
Thank you Lord for exposing and bringing truth to light. I apply the blood of Jesus Christ over all involved in this and a specific shield of protection over Barr. That his name is symbolic of what is going forward in our nation as the bar is of righteousness is being raised and aligned in the USA as it is in heaven. Truth will prevail and the gates of Hell demolished as You Lord have called for. Lies are being trampled underfoot as truth raises up. Amen

I pray that eyes will be opened and that individuals who have been duped into being Trump haters would see that they are being played. I pray that our citizens would take their right to vote seriously and seek truth and vote their conscience.
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for William Barr and the work You’re doing in and through him. Guide him in every decision bringing Truth and Light into the darkness to expose every untruth and remove it from our leadership and our behavior.
Whatever the enemy attempts to do to hold back the truth turn it back on himself. Open doors that no one can shut and close doors that no one can open so that only Truth can stand.

I pray that voters will understand the enormity of the deception the Democrats perpetrated on the public and that voters will want to hold accountable the Democrats who corrupted the FBI in order to smear Trump. I pray that as the 2020 election approaches, voters look at the candidates with an open mind. Each person is entitled to his or her own preferences on policy, but I pray we all get informed on facts instead of headlines. Lord, I pray that you put in each voter’s heart a love of truth and a desire to see candidates worthy of their trust in positions of power. I pray for Your wisdom to enlighten each voter and for You to give them the will to vote for the candidate You know is best. In the name of Jesus Who exposed corrupt leaders: “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.”-Matthew 23:27.
