Illinois’ schools are in a battle over masks mandates, as is the case in California and other parts of the country. We need to pray for an end to these unscientific mask mandates that are hurting kids and setting them back developmentally.
From Fox News: CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago will follow the state in lifting face mask requirements for many indoor spaces next week, Mayor Lori Lightfoot said Tuesday.

Chicago public health officials said the decision to lift the order was based on metrics including infections and hospitalizations. An average of 27 Chicagoans are being hospitalized daily, down from nearly 300 during the omicron surge.
